Resolved Question: Traveling 16 hours airplain , to Europe ...?
1. What can I take with me to eat while flying (I know they serve food but yuck.)
2. What can I take to ensure I do not get silk (flue / or cold) from recycled air on the plain? I have always gotten sick when flying and I am only going for 2 weeks I would HATE to get sick and ruin my trip .
3. Melatonin ? What do you think , does it work ?
4. Reccomendations on preventing jet lag ?
5. Travel tips (do you take travel pillows , or eye shades?) What helps you get through a long flight ?
