Resolved Question: Divi Aruba All Inclusive Questions?

Hi, Im going to the Divi Aruba all inclusive resort in a few weeks and i have some questions about the resort. Please help! 1. From best to worst, the restaurants? 2. Is there a teen club? 3. What activities would you reccomend? 4. Are some of the rooms really that nasty? (says so in reviews) 5. What restaurants are hardest to reserve? 6. How is the staff? 7. Is check- in long? 8. Resolved Question: Is Divi Aruba All Inclusive or Divi Village the better Aruban low rise resort?

I have an opportunity to go to Aruba later this year and the package available to me has some specific hotel choices. These are my final two choices for the second half of my vacation(I will be spending a few days in a high rise as part of the package as well). Would you recommend the Divi Aruba All Inclusive or the Divi Village Golf and Beach Resort and why? Please stick to these two choices as I have already researched the other possibilities and have found these two to best fit my needs. more

Has anyone satyed in at the Weston? I was thinkingof staying in the divi but I heard the food was not so hot but otherwise that , it was a nice hotel. If i dont do an all inclusive there then I was thinking staying at Weston/ or Radison however my bf and I are big drinkers and proberly would drink 4- 5 out of the 7 day stay> So how much roughly are drinks also? more

I'm planning on going back to Aruba in March. I stayed at La Cabana before, and loved it. I doesn't seem that they rent rooms for the week anymore though. So I'm looking for a place that is right on the beach, with umbrellas or huts, and preferably a kitchen. So far I'm looking at Divi Dutch Village Beach Resort, Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort. Which is better, or do you have any other suggestions? more

In short: going to aruba and staying at the divi resort in a friends timeshare. Want to save a few bucks: what am i paying for a case of beer and/or a handle of rum. Resolved Question: Luxury Hotel in Aruba in October..?

Hi everyone, I need help choosing a hotel in Aruba. My brother is getting married there in October. He and his fiancé have been there and are having their wedding at the Divi Aruba. I have never been there – so I am torn as to where to stay. He likes the more Americanized atmosphere – where I like more authentic eateries and what have you. So he is fine doing an all-inclusive at the resort and eating the bad resort food…where I would opt for more traditional, whole in the wall places over that any day of the week…hope that makes sense?? I’m not a snob – I can just appreciate authentic food more than him. So I am trying to find a luxury hotel in Aruba – not all-inclusive. Any suggestions? BTW – I’m 30 and my boyfriend is 42. He is leaving the planning up to me since it is my brother’s wedding. Help!! Any suggestions are welcomed… (and restaurant suggestions too) Thanks!Or what hotel is better - Hyatt or Renaissance Aruba? more

Hi. I am off to Aruba in teh first week of October. I intend to scuba alot. Looking for a good hotel on the beach if possible. I saw rates of $112 at Aruba Resort Spa And Casino and $105 at Divi Dutch Village. Which would be a better hotel to stay at. I want the beach/pool for my wife who won't dive. But we want to eat in the city... I hear the restaurants in the city are great. So which is closer? Should I rent a car, or can I do without one? Anyone know a good Scuba Dive shop in Aruba? more
