Open Question: need help with situation.. please help?

so I just has a great weekend with the guy im dating who took me to the beach- surfing However, he went to the shops and said I could look through his photos on his camera, so i did... he must have forgot that these photos were on there as i dont think he wanted me to see them on purpose, but what i found were photos of him and another girl doing the exact same thing we were, same place and even the same poses in some of them.. but the weirdest thing was that me and that girl looked almost identical I look on the arabic side, with tanned skin dark complexion and curly hair, this girl was exactly the same (which is rare in england) Although I know this was last year as the date was kept on the camera.. when he came back i was so uncomfortable, i didnt know how to react, so i said nothing, he could tell something was wrong but i kept quiet.. should i be worried? i mean ok i see that I'm his type thats obvious im just abit wierded out by the fact he told me to pose the same as her.. know im just constantly thinking about it.. any advice?I suppose why it got to me is because i thought the weekend for me was really special, and he really made me feel special, but after looking at the photos i couldn't help but think.. yeah hes done this before aha more

Me and my partner were on holiday last week and took a nice long stroll on the beach at night. He told me to run down to the sea (it was quite far out!!) and he would get a photo of me. It was dark and I couldn't see him with the camera so I ran back up to him. Open Question: Airplanes circling above my condo! Please help?

There are these white airplanes that are circling above my condo apartment in Newport Beach! They are loud and annoying! I'm not seeing anyone, so I wonder if it's a stalker? The strange thing is this has been going on since the beginning of this year! They sound like loud bombers about to attack! They don't leave. It seems like when I leave they follow me! What's going on? I've talked to the police about this and they act like I'm delusional or something! I'm not because I've recorded it happening with my camera! This all seemed to start after I mentioned something about Obama to my bff on my cell phone. I don't know if that has anything to with it or not, but that's when it seemed to start. I'm young and I don't deserve this! I've done nothing wrong! I want this to stop! I've talked to some other people who suggested it might be police drones, but why would they be over my condo? Something is up here! Does anyone else live in Newport Beach and are having this same problem? What can I do to stop this? Resolved Question: Looking for a rugged 35mm camera?

I am a student/amateur photographer looking to start becoming more professional. My current camera is a canon t2i which is Considered "entry level". I like it a lot but I want to upgrade to something more professional like a 7d. I like to shoot a lot out doors in rough weather such as snow rain and on the beach with sand and stuff. I am always worried about taking my t2i out in these conditions because it is not "weather sealed" but I can't afford a 7d so I am looking for a rugged 35mm film camera to use in the mean time. Does anyone know of any rugged canon film cameras that can share lenses with my t2i for under 300? more

I was at the beach today, and when I came back I turned on my camera and it's blurry. Whenever i take a picture, it comes out blurry as well. Resolved Question: Camera dropped in ocean...??? HELP?

So i had my purse on the beach and the high tides came up and got my purse wet with my Nikon coolpix digital camera. I turned it on when wet (yes i know dumb) and the flash light turned red. I then took the battery out, memory card and let it sit in a dry place.. i also tried putting it in the fridge (read online) and the oven ( bc i spilled on it once before and it worked). Resolved Question: How can I adjust my digital camera's settings to capture clear pictures of the aurora?

In the area I live we're supposed to be able to see an aurora sometime after midnight, and I'd really like to take some amazing pictures! I have a Nikon Coolpix S6100 (I know, not very advanced) with 7x zoom. My scene settings include: Portrait, Landscape, Sports, Night Portrait, Party/Indoor, Beach, Snow, Dusk/Dawn, Sunset, Night Landscape, Close Up, Food, Museum, Fireworks Show, Backlighting, Panorama assist, and Pet Portrait. There's also an auto mode. I then of course can adjust the light contrast, flash, and macro mode. My ISO sensitivity levels are Auto, A ISO, 80, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1600, 3200. White Balances are Auto, Preset Manual, Daylight, Incandescent, Fluorescent, Cloudy, and Flash. Finally my Image modes are 16m*(4680x3456*), 16m(4680x3456), 8m(3264x2448), 5m(2592x1944), 3m(2048x1536), PC(1024x768), VGA(640x480), 16:9 12m(4608x2592). I hope I provided enough info about my camera so if you know the best way to set up my camera to be able to take pictures of an aurora, or the moon/stars/night sky please tell me how! I've tried taking pictures of a full moon under the night landscape setting on 16m* while adjusting the light contrast but they always come out blurry, even if I have the camera set up on a tripod so it's perfectly level/still. So iv been with my boyfriend a year and a half, and he often goes to Spain / Morocco / Amsterdam for sometimes a month each time, and i dont feel good about it! I feel like the stay at home wife while he enjoys his life! Il go to his house and he will ask me to help pick him some nice swimming trunks and sunglasses, Il sit with him while he shops for holiday clothes, flip flops But me I dont have a passport and I cant afford these trips, and i feel like when i can afford it, hes gonna be like - yeah, iv already been there done that, i dont wanna do it again - but when do i get my break?? I used to get excited for him, but now i get jealous! I used to show a real interest when he showed me these youtube videos, but now i feel resentment, i dont want to watch something If i dont have a chance in going! I dont want to watch ladies shaking their bums at the camera if i know thats where he will be in a weeks time! But as soon as i show this attitude towards him, hes gonna feel like hes lost his freedom. Resolved Question: Should I tell my cousin she is being totally unrealistic about life & her career goals or not say anything?

warning- this is long, answer only if you read it, thanks, the advice is much appreciated :) My cousin has some really strange ideas about the way the world works. She is 26 years old and still lives with her mom. She spent 8 years getting a bachelors degree without having a job. She only had one job in her life when she was 17 one summer, that's it. She picked her degree in a random subject she doesn't even want a career in because she believed she could just get a degree in anything and expected to make money right out of school with no work experience just because she has a degree. For the past 10 months she has made excuses saying she has to "clean and organize the house" before she could start looking for a job. She doesn't know how to drive on the expressway & won't leave the house hardly ever because her dog is old and needs constant attention. Finally she applied at some jobs, couldn't get hired so she got a job working for minimum wage & quit after the first week saying it was soooo horrible, cant even stand it enough to do temporarily while she tries to get a better job & now she has to get a masters degree in "liberal studies" online. So now she is going to sit there in her room, not working & get more into debt with unnecessary loans. At first she said she was going to film school to be a documentary film maker but decided not to because she didn't want to leave the house or move anywhere. She has all these ideas about how she is going to write books and make movies and be an artist and model. She says she is never leaving her moms house until she can buy a beach house on an island in south fla which she says should take 2 yrs of saving money. Yeah right! she has no idea how much things actually cost! I have no problem with people having big dreams in life or taking a different route but she is so unrealistic. She has not even taught herself anything about film making or put in the effort to even save up some money for a good camera. And of course she never writes, has not done any research into what it takes to write a novel and she can't even paint. I just moved here from a different state about a month ago & have gotten her out of the house to go places but I always have to drive us when we go downtown or go over to her house. When I suggested she should learn how to drive on the expressway she said that she doesn't need to because she never needs to go downtown for anything & would rather learn how to drive a boat because she wants to one day live somewhere where she can take her boat places. Ok, really?? Driving is like a basic life skill! So, first off what do you think is wrong with her, could it be autism maybe? She is intelligent and can carry on a conversation (though she interrupts/talks over a lot). She doesn't appear to be retarded, just thinks very strangely and is totally unrealistic. And of course she is in complete denial that the way she thinks is unrealistic or that anything is wrong with her. And should I say something to her, to try and get her back in touch with reality? She is my cousin & I am finally getting to spend some time with her & it's nice to have someone to go places with (especially cause I'm kinda shy myself), I wouldn't want to offend her so much that I push her away. So as I was about to fall asleep, suddenly I remembered parts of this video on YouTube of this really great song that me and my old girlfriend really liked. (Especially her) No matter how hard I looked, I just couldn't find it...I looked in my likes, my favorites, no prize... But the parts of the music video that I remembered were pretty vivid: It was summer themed. I was with my ex for about 3 years. He cheated multiple times, was very disrespectful and immature and about a little over a week ago I finally let him go after I found out he was doing sexual things to his sister when she was passed out drunk and when I found out he had been putting cameras in her room. I'm so disgusted but I didn't tell his mom or family because I know they won't believe me. My ex is very manipulating. Okay, so today at roughly 10pm I was heading back from the beach with a few of my friends. While I was driving one of my friends was giving me directions to get home, as I had never been on the roads before. Because I was paying attention to my friend's directions and because it was late at night, I didn't notice the speed limit sign of the road I was on. I looked at my surroundings and how fast the other cars were going, and so existimated the speed limit and was driving between 35-40 MPH. However I was suddenly blinded by a huge flash of what I can only guess was a speed camera which was placed about 15ft infront of me. Now I am not a dangerous driver, I always obey the laws of the road and I am always considerate to other drivers and people. If I do receive a speeding ticket, do I have grounds to appeal it? As I was not aware of the speed limit, and had to estimate an appropriate speed that was safe to myself and other drivers/road users. I mean my driving was not endangering anyone. The reason why I'm thinking this over so much is because I'm only 18, and the insurance is already very steep for people my age, and also I am only allowed to be caught speeding twice within two years of passing my test, and if I exceed that, I shall have my lisense taken off me, and considering I'm in a serious relationship with a girl who lives 40 minutes from me, being without a car would not be good indeed. When I was in high school, I studied this film in English class. I don't remember the name of the movie but I will try and give some details as to what happened (from what I can remember - it was like 4 years ago). - The main 'character' is a woman who has gotten bored of her marriage and her life. - The films starts off with her entering her house, saying 'hi' to the wall in her house and then she looks straight into the camera and proceeds to 'talk' to the audience about her day. She is quite plump/fat and has curly hair. - She cooks eggs and chips(?) for her husband for dinner. - She gets into an argument with her husband and then goes on a spontaneous trip to Greece (I think it was Greece...). - In Greece, she goes to a restaurant near the beach around sunset and asks the waiter if she could dine by the beach while watching the ocean and the sunset. The waiter says 'yes' and carries her table over for her to get a better view. - At the restaurant she meets a local and they have a brief conversation then he randomly asks if he can 'f*ck' her. She is taken aback and then he tells her to meet him the next day for a boat trip or something. - On the boat trip thing, they jump off naked into the ocean and none of her is censored. Then they laugh and stuff in the water and then climb back on the boat where they 'do it' hinted by the waves crashing onto the beach. ----- That is all I remember from the film...does anybody know the name of it? Okay so there's this guy who's 14, and 13 months younger than me - year 9. I met him just over a year ago, ONCE, because he's a family friend of a family friend. I went to Mexico a week ago for two weeks. Im 14 and in Mexico I got close with a guy that volunteered at my resort , he was 15. And we've got so close, in just those two weeks. Heres a little about my trip, just extra information. My first day there, at the lobby he was smiling at me so much that it was kinda wierd, but cute.. So I had the nerve to go up to him and ask him "why are you smiling at me?" and he said " you're beautiful! Can you meet me at the beach at 8?" And I later that day' I was ki da nervous, but I got dolled up and I did anyways, and then there he was, standing alone, waiting for me, and the best two weeks of my life began there. Everyday after 6 we would hang out. We grew so close in that short period of time that when I was leaving, I shared my first kiss with him , because we were already holding hands everyday for two weeks. I have videos and pictures with him, and he has pictures of us too. We made videos on my recording camera of us just laying on the beach chairs in the middle of the night laughing and dancing to music from my iPod. He even taught me Spanish. I wish that he can be here with me right now, I miss him. How can I convince my parents to go to the same resort? My parents loved this resort, but my mom would rather go to cuba or Dominican republic. We can afford going next year because my parents said were going to the carribean next year again.
