To give you a bit of a brief summary, it's about a girl who spends her summer in Miami trying to get this guy to like her, and also figuring out who killed this person. C h a p t e r o n e My parents and I had a deal. The deal was, if I graduated high school (I skipped classes a lot) then I could go on a trip with two friends, to anywhere in the world I want, fully paid by my 'rents. If I didn't, then I would have to work a full-time job over the summer, would be grounded, and had to hand over the money for their weekly dates. So you can say I was pretty damn pleased when Mrs. Harper called my name to receive the certificate. But no one was more pleased than Laura Collins and Sarah Becker, my two best friends who I picked to go on the trip with me, to—wait for it—Miami, Florida, for an entire summer filled with baking in the sun, beach time, and as many hotties that you can flirt with. “Oh, my gosh,” Sarah kept saying. “I still can not believe your parents actually held up their side of the deal!” “Well, maybe you'll believe it when we're in Miami!” Laura said, picking up her golden suitcase, stuffed with bikinis and cuffed shorts. “Yeah, most definitely,” I laughed. “What I really can't believe is how you passed the twelfth grade,” Sarah said. “You failed, like, every test.” “Maybe, yeah,” I said. “I just didn't get the shit. And with a “Miami, here we come, baby!” we were off, on our own little adventure slash road trip, about to have the summer of our lives. C h a p t e r two My wallet filled with my parents credit cards, thousands of dollars in cash, and my drivers license, I sped off a little too fast while basking in the joy of solitary freedom. I knew I was going too fast, but I didn't it would be fast enough to actually get pulled over by a cop. But, that's exactly what happened. “Excuse me, Miss,” he spoke in a deep, Texas accent. “You're excused,” I joked. “Miss, how old are you?” Officer Bradley—I checked his name tag—asked. “Eighteen. And three fourths. Legal.” I said briskly. Legal to drive. “Miss, you were passing the speed limit by--” I cut him off by pulling out a hundred dollars and waving them in his face. “I think this should cover the cost of the unwritten ticket, if you get my drift, Officer,” I winked. I looked in the rear view mirror to see Laura shaking her head at me. Typical Laura. “I—I believe you're right,” He grinned sheepishly, and walked back to the cop car with an almost strut. Laura's jaw was dropped. “I can't believe—can't believe—” “That I did that?” I said. “Laura, you know me by now.” “Well that was obvious of you,” she said, “but the cop? He went for bribery? What happened to this world?” “We've all become addicted to money, and good views,” Sarah said. “Views?” I said. “What views?” “Your shirt,” she whispered. I looked down; my shirt was low cut, and you could see my entire chest if you were standing above me...like a certain cop I knew. “Oh,” I said, embarrassed. I pulled up my shirt. I was never one to show off my body, no matter how bad of a kid I was. I only had a “whatever” attitude, not a whole slutty side of me. “Yeah,” Sarah nodded. “He was staring at your chest the whole time, didn't you notice?” “I was too busy trying to not-so-subtly flirt,” I said. I don't mean like sickly skinny...but say someone wanted to lose some weight in a short amount of time...would vomiting after every meal do that? Like say...10lbs in 2 months? I'm just the biggest I've been in my life and I have a holiday coming up - I've never left Canada before - and I want to be able to wear a bikini without feeling like a disgusting slob while there's all these little hotties around. Ok first off Im 6'4 223 ripped with long think dark brown hair (classic beach rat looks, gotee/stash). I get looks big time all the time (double takes with smiles etc). Shes petite cute as a little bunny and tan and gorgeous. When I first started talking to her I got a great vibe. She would look in my eyes for a long enough time.. and eventually looks at her feet or looks away. Resolved Question: QUESTION FOR HOT GUYS - Do you expect perfection from the girls you date?

I am a pretty good looking girl with a beautiful face and body except for one part: my stomch area. I lost a lot of weight ten years ago and now there's a little (and I mean just a tad bit, some might not notice it) excess skin in my ab area that won't go away no matter how hard i work out. Other that that, I'd honestly rate myself an 8.5 or 9 on a scale of 1 - 10. Despite looking good every where else, I live in a beach town (love the beach) and am really self-conscious about my abs in a bikini. The other day i met the most gorgeous guy in the world at a party after work. He is a surfer guy and we hit it off well. I can see us as hanging out together at the beach soon but I am really self - conscious about my abs. I'm worried that because he is so perfect (and i do mean perfect) that he will expect perfection. Do hot guys expect perfection from the girls they date? Because of my suspicion of this I've always dated "less than hot" guys (with awesome personalities). So hotties, (and any others who graciously answer), how closely do you scrutinize the body of the girl you're dating? Would you be disappointed if her face was a 10 but her body in a bikini was only a 7? Would it matter if she had a great personality or what? Just how much will he notice my flabby area? Resolved Question: Why do all of the young Women in Coronado act like they are so special?

Coronado is full of nothing but stuck-up / sheltered 18-30 year-old white women (and this is coming from a young white man) who seem to think that they are princesses who deserve only the best material things in life. They also think that they are entitled to the attention that they recieve from many guys (of course, I don't pay any attention to them, no matter how pretty they are). In fact, since I' am a decent looking guy, they seem to get very irritated when I don't pay them any attention, but when I do, then they act stuck-up and or "hard to get." Lately, I have been avoiding Coronado as much as I can, because the women there are not worth all of the trouble and money that you have to go through just to get more than one date. Of course many of them come from families that have inherited a lot of money (inherited, not earned) through the years (I guess that is where some of the supposed "entitlement attitude comes from). Also, many of the younger hotties (18-23) out there seem to think that they don't have to work or go to school (you will see many of them on the beaches or on Orange Avenue during normal work/schhool days) just because they are white, pretty, and come from a well-to-do family. Overall, Coronado doesn't really seem to be a great place for dating (although many of my buddies that live on base over there said it was), meeting new people, or having fun. Maybe if your the kind of guy who's into rich white, needy stuck-up gold-diggers. I know that this is very judgmental (I' am normally not the judgmental type), but I have to let off a little steam. Coronado is really just a "wanna be" Beverly Hills type of place anyway, so I don't see why any normal person would want to come to Coronado when San Diego has everything that Coronado does (X 1000) and A WHOLE LOT MORE. more

Resolved Question: Tiny bikinis only for hotties?

I always used to wear bikinis and loved them! I had my son (who is now a toddler) and I got stretch marks on my stomach and side. They are not red anymore...they have faded over time, but you can still see them. My body isn't what is used to be. I am not "fat" but I'm not as toned anymore and my skin is just not as tight. I am back to my normal weight...my body just changed after this baby and I'm a little self conscious. I bought a bikini. And I LOVE it. I am just so scared about going out in public - thinking people are going to think I look awful and stare at my tummy. I am comfortable around family but at the beach/pool I am worried! Should I just buy a 1-piece and wear that...or should I be brave and wear the bikini? My roomates and I feel like Beavis and Butthead when it comes to girls, we try all the time and never have any success even talking to girls. The thing is though we see these guys that look like complete fools and jerks with so many cute girls. We just don't understand it, we are not bad looking and had no problem with girls before we went to the school we are at now (a college in Daytona Beach that is 86% male). My question is how should we approach girls and keep their interest, I am wondering too if being nice might give off vibes that we don't have any self respect. Additional info: The groom will wear a standard black tux. The bride, a classic off white gown. The bride is 7 months pregnant. The wedding will take place in Nassau, Bahamas next month, on the beach. My wife made dresses for the bridesmaids allready...pink and blue striped (horizontal) from very sheer fabric and very 'body hugging' (the maids are all hotties) **the wed to be do not know the sex of their child yet** So, I'm in charge of the groomsmen's attire. I was thinking off white Bermuda shorts, crisp button down linen shirts tye-died pink and blue, w/ black bow ties, and black sandals. Ya know, something to compliment the maid's colors. Everywhere i go i get sexxi stares from many different hotties (Beach, Mall, Movies etc.) and I always get compliments such as " Ur hott" " I luv ur hair" or " Hot Abs" My problem is I cant approach them by myself, unless i have a ton of buddies with me.
