"The fog was where I wanted to be. Halfway down the path you cant see this house. You'd never know it was here. Or any of the otehr places down the avenue. I couldn't see but a few feet ahead. I didn't meet a soul. Everything looked and sounded unreal. Nothing was what it is. That's what I wanted- to be alone with myself in another world where truth is untrue and life can hide from itself. Out beyond the harbor, where the road runs along the beach, I even lost feeling of being on land. The fog and the sea seemed part of each other. It was like walking on the bottom of the sea. As if I had drowned long ago. As if I was a ghost belonging to the fog, and the fog was the ghost of the sea. It felt damned peaceful to be nothing more than a ghost within a ghost." Please help! moreOpen Question: Planning a trip to California. North or South?
My friend and I want to go to California this August. I was thinking of going south and being a beach bum while she wanted to road trip through the northern part and go up to Oregon. I've never been north of San Diego, so I was wondering what northern California is like in August (I'm expecting a lot of rain). Also, is there a nice location where there would still be beaches but would be close enough that maybe we could do a day trip up north or something? Thanks for any suggestions.Thank you Joe! moreOpen Question: question about vintage getaway places in toronto or canada?

I am going to Spain with some friends the summer of 2011. I know it's early, but I like to plan ahead. We are going to Barcelona, Madrid, San Sebastian, Sevilla, Granada and Mallorca. We'll be doing a little road trip. We will have an extra night or two to hit up one more location. I am not sure where to go. I am thinking between Salamanca, Valencia or Marbella. We will only have one day and night. Is there any one city that would be best for us? A place that is easy to get around and has a lot to see. I also wouldn't be opposed to a nice cute beach area where we can relax. I'm open to anything. Even a place I didn't list. Any thoughts?I guess I should explain some things. I am aware Mallorca is an island. I've been there before. I plan on driving from Barcelona to San Sebastian/Bilbao. From Bilbao we will fly to Sevilla, then drive to Granada and anywhere else we go. I was going to fly to Mallorca from Barcelona or Valencia (if we went there). I won't be driving around the entire country, mainly the north and then south. Salamanca does not really fit into where we will be driving, but I keep hearing great things about the area. Valencia or Malaga area might make more sense with where we will be driving. moreOpen Question: Can some one give me Ideas for a project/speech I have for my Speech class for College?

I had a dream more than once, In it , where I live which is on one side of a low valley over a smallish river (almost a mile above actual river) was flooded with water which was brownish and I knew from looking out that there was a rough sea from a flood which just came up to below the farm where I used to live as home until recently. The sea was roughish and I knew that the brownish colour was because the flood had only recently occurred and had not settled . There was also a beach with sand that I did not feel safe swimming in as it hadnt settled yet and was dull at the farm. I wasnt anxious and was very kinda conscious of what I was doing even though I couldnt control what was happening. Next I remember walking up the farm feilds by the road and I was with othe young people. I was very friendly with a guy who reminded me of an exboyfriend yet he actually looked like me and also my physically ideal man. We tried walking down the hill but had to turn back as we were sinking in mud. Next I found a strange white worm that had progections almost looking likw a centipede in my pants and had to get it out . Any interpretations! lol moreOpen Question: What do you think of my book?
I am writing a book called Brown Eyed Girl. I have written a few chapters and i need some opinions on it...Can you read this first chapter and just tell me what you think? Chapter One: Rosalie Anne Scarlett Journal Entry #2 The date is June 12, 1956 My name is Rosalie Anne Scarlett. Well, all of my friends just call me Rose, so I guess you can too. I live on Chesterville Avenue in Cardington, Ohio with Momma and Richard Gold, my new step-father. Momma made us move out here in the middle of who-knows-where after she married him. But I love Momma. Her full name is Avery Scarlett Gold; she doesn’t have a middle name. I love the way her voice sounds all sloppy when she’s tired, the soft purr she makes when she sleeps, and the small but still visible lines that come up around her eyes, mouth, and chin when she smiles. Though I don’t give crap about my stupid step-dad. I don’t know much about my real daddy, but Momma gave me a picture of him when I was six, and I kept it ever since. He has nice brown eyes, like me, pale skin that looks as soft as a baby’s butt, and bushy dark brown hair. The picture’s in this journal I’m writing in. Momma said daddy left us when I was just a newborn and that she’s never seen him since. His name is Jeremy Scarlett. Nice name. Even though I don’t know him, I’m sure I would’ve loved him if I did. I think I do even now…The way Momma tells me about him is sweet. She says that she loved him once and not anymore, but secretly, I think she still does. Once, I was lying on her bed, and I had to fix it cuz I messed it up (I’m a restless sleeper). Well, I pulled on the pillow, and there was a picture of daddy and her on the beach kissin’, in her pillow case…But do you think that means she still loves him? We’ve lived here since I was eight and now I’m twelve in the seventh grade. I go to Cardington Middle School, directly across the street. Pretty ironic huh? My closest friends: Walter, he’s twelve like me and I met him on the second day of school so we became real good friends; Delilah, she’s four months older than I am and she’s Walters’ sister; and last is Frankie Jay, who I met a year later. He’s one month older than me and he’s chubby and short but has such a good personality that I just can’t live without him. My favorite things about Chesterville, Ohio are the big, greenish-yellow farms that I see swaying in the wind on my way to school, the dark and cracked roads that run too long down my street, and the nice purple roses they sell in town. You ever seen purple roses before? Me neither, until I moved here. Momma told me that they don’t grow naturally purple, though, like I used to think back when I was just a child. The trick is, the people actually pick regular red roses, and to make them different, they soak ‘em in purple flower dye. Then they can sell ‘em for more. She said that they do it just to make money, but I don’t care. What do you think? moreResolved Question: Road Trip To Florida?
Me and a few buds (3 of them) we are all 21 and will be driving from Toronto to Florida over the Spring Break. We'll be going to my house down in Naples, FL. The problem is, I'm afraid there won't be any action over in Naples. I haven't been down in Naples yet, but my parents go down sometimes so I don't know what's really down there. Do you think it will be a major buzz kill to be down there? Or should we pony up some extra cash to go to Miami? Or should I drive to Miami for a few days? I bet I can make it there in an hour and a half but I don't want to drive at night after partying, clubbing, etc. so I wanted to stay there a few nights. Do you think the rest of the trip (probably going to be down there for 10-14 days) is going to be really boring? I know Naples, FL has a beautiful beach but does it have clubs too that are bumping at night and in spring break? I guess I'll see for myself when I get down there, I'll probably drive down there - rest in Naples for a bit, head out to Miami for a few nights, drive back to Naples, rest and relax on the beach, and head up to Orlando to chill at some amusement parks with the buds lol. But yeah my ultimate question is if there are clubs in Naples, or relatively close? Thanks everyone. moreOpen Question: Would you call this a stall tactic? (With bonus questions)?

Here's the song: by Neil Young We've been through some things together With trunks of memories still to come We found things to do in stormy weather Long may you run. Long may you run. Long may you run. Although these changes have come With your chrome heart shining in the sun Long may you run. Well, it was back in Blind River in 1962 When I last saw you alive But we missed that shift on the long decline Long may you run. Long may you run. Long may you run. Although these changes have come With your chrome heart shining in the sun Long may you run. Maybe The Beach Boys have got you now With those waves singing "Caroline No" Rollin' down that empty ocean road Gettin' to the surf on time. Long may you run. Long may you run. Although these changes have come With your chrome heart shining in the sun Long may you run. moreVoting Question: What do you think of my story so far? its only the introduction?
It was a stupid mistake, really. My sunglasses seemed to settle into the groove of my nose so pleasantly in the precise moment I kissed Tucker Hope. That little tidbit of information was all that I can remember of that sunny day, besides my lips being plastered to his in such a way that it took copious amounts of effort not to project vomit all over Tucker’s sunglasses. “Are you okay?” Tucker mumbled as his hand moved from below my waistline to my face. This gesture, of which humans generally think of as compassionate, felt like a small anvil was being deposited onto my cheekbone. I cursed Mrs. Hope in my mind and her uncanny desire to stuff Tucker like a star football player. Reverting to cavewoman-like tongue, I grunted what I thought sounded like a “yes” into the spit gland-encased cavern known as Tucker Hope’s mouth. He then returned to his roots as well and used his crusty caveman tongue to its full extent. I could not stop thinking about anatomy. That’s another thing I can remember perfectly about that day; how I contemplated ulcers and aortas like they were the stars of Gossip Girl. It was almost like the gorgeous Tucker Hope wasn’t right in front of me, kissing and holding me passionately on the beach on a relaxing day of June. It was almost like I wasn’t enjoying it. I wasn’t. I know, it was spoiled of me, I assure you. And I also suppose I remember quite a lot about that day, I just didn’t want to tell you about it. It is kind of embarrassing that a four-eyed recently updated to contacts B-average student besides her outstanding A in English sort of kind of a loser was bummed about Tucker Hope’s lip-locking abilities. “Blay?” I hated that nickname. My name is Blair. That’s it. “Yes, Tuck?” “I’m sorry, but it’s burning. Icecream? My treat.” He smiled, and I thought I was looking at a toothpaste ad. I wondered why in the world he’d want to sugar up his perfectly white teeth with plaque-encrusted Rocky Road, but I consented. I licked the icecream. He watched. I bit a small bit off the cone, because it was falling off. He watched. I watched him. He looked away. Peering coolly behind my oversized sunglasses, which I had still not taken off even though we were indoors, I could see that Tucker was just a typical sixteen year old boy with raging hormones. The minute I looked away, I could feel him staring blatantly at my chest. I don’t really know the phrase to describe the feeling I felt when he did this, other than really weirded out. While being careful not to lick my icecream in any sexual way whatsoever, I tuned out his blabbing about surfing and reflected on the date. It was a stupid mistake, really. “Blind dates never turn out well. Especially if the man is sexual” (my mom). If I can’t find a better title for this book by the time I’m done with it, I am going to title it that quote. My best friend Casey had set me up with him, assuring me that he was the best of the best. I had fretted about this day for months, and even plastered my binder with little hearts labeled “Tyler” at school. It’s not just that Tucker was a horrendous kisser, or that he had sexual thoughts. I’m not that shallow and I’m not that mom-like to dump him for those two reasons. But I am Blair-like, because the reason I dumped him the following day over texting was completely and utterly Blair-like (as Casey would call it). He was boring. Tucker Hope hated literature. He hated poems, books, and absolutely anything about Emily Barrett Browning. The boy despised Charles Dickens, for God’s sake, there must have been something wrong in that frontal lobe of his. There I go with the anatomy again. Making brain analogies? Very Blair-like. I must say that I am definitely an individual, seeing that not many 15 year old teen girls like to curl up and write poems in their free time. This goes without saying I am not proud of it. I made a list the other night of things I should look for in a husband when I’m older. I decided to do this now at age 15, because when I’m older and searching for a mate my mind will probably be distorted with adult things such as alcohol and work, and my brain won’t function properly. Then I’ll end up marrying someone like Tucker Hope. When I wrote that sentence, I’ll have you know that I shuddered like a wet dog trying to dry itself off. But I will keep it there, I guess. It’s not like this book of my sophomore year of high school is anything to be proud of, either. I wrote it simply because I am Blair. I have probably written poems or stories about every personal experience I’ve ever encountered, from the experiences of counseling at Camp Oakak to the little robin’s nest I discovered over my bedroom window. But hey, here it is. Read it. Laugh about it. Cry about it. Do what you want with it, just don’t tell me what. I just turned 20 years old, since I was in my teens I planned on learning a construction trade and starting a company. Unfortunately my 2 previous attempts to paste pics ended in failure, so here's an article instead. It makes excellent reading. It was written by an 8-year-old named Danny Dutton, who lives in Chula Vista , CA . He wrote it for his third grade homework assignment, to 'explain God.' I wonder if any of us could have done as well? EXPLANATION OF GOD: 'One of God's main jobs is making people. He makes them to replace the ones that die, so there will be enough people to take care of things on earth. He doesn't make grownups, just babies. I think because they are smaller and easier to make. That way he doesn't have to take up his valuable time teaching them to talk and walk. He can just leave that to mothers and fathers.' 'God's second most important job is listening to prayers. An awful lot of this goes on, since some people, like preachers and things, pray at times beside bedtime. God doesn't have time to listen to the radio or TV because of this.. Because he hears everything, there must be a terrible lot of noise in his ears, unless he has thought of a way to turn it off.' 'God sees everything and hears everything and is everywhere which keeps Him pretty busy. So you shouldn't go wasting his time by going over your mom and dad's head asking for something they said you couldn't have.' 'Atheists are people who don't believe in God. I don't think there are any in Chula Vista . At least there aren't any who come to our church.' 'Jesus is God's Son.. He used to do all the hard work, like walking on water and performing miracles and trying to teach the people who didn't want to learn about God. They finally got tired of him preaching to them and they crucified him But he was good and kind, like his father, and he told his father that they didn't know what they were doing and to forgive them and God said O.K.' 'His dad (God) appreciated everything that he had done and all his hard work on earth so he told him he didn't have to go out on the road anymore. He could stay in heaven. So he did. And now he helps his dad out by listening to prayers and seeing things which are important for God to take care of and which ones he can take care of himself without having to bother God. Like a secretary, only more important.' 'You can pray anytime you want and they are sure to help you because they got it worked out so one of them is on duty all the time.' 'You should always go to church on Sabbath because it makes God happy, and if there's anybody you want to make happy, it's God! Don't skip church to do something you think will be more fun like going to the beach. This is wrong. And besides the sun doesn't come out at the beach until noon anyway.' 'If you don't believe in God, besides being an atheist, you will be very lonely, because your parents can't go everywhere with you, like to camp, but God can. It is good to know He's around you when you're scared, in the dark or when you can't swim and you get thrown into real deep water by big kids.' 'But...you shouldn't just always think of what God can do for you.. I figure God put me here and he can take me back anytime he pleases. And...that's why I believe in God. Nicely put, eh? And here's a clip of that excellent goal scored by Marco van Basten in the Euro 88 Final. It was so good that even Neeskens, a player who scored great goals himself, couldn't believe it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t8pfQpaPI6M&feature=PlayList&p=DF1E0B3ADCA734BE&index=36 moreResolved Question: What is the Boys Like Girls Fan Club Pre-sale Password - Bamboozle Road Show?

As soon as Marissa opened the doors and walked outside, the hustle and bustle of Boston hit her. She had missed city life for the past two months while she wasn’t allowed to go outside. It was windy, and she reached to push back her long, blonde hair, but all she felt was her scarf and an empty feeling deep down in her stomach. She anxiously tapped her hand against her leg as she scanned the parking lot for her dad’s old pickup truck, a habit of hers. Finally, her dad pulled up next to where she was standing. Marissa opened the door and hopped in. “Hey kiddo,” her dad leaned over and kissed her on the forehead. “I missed you.” Marissa smiled back, “I missed you too.” She leaned forward and turned on the radio. Marissa and her father had the same taste in music. But to her surprise, her dad hit the power button again and turned the music off. “What are we going to do today?” “Well… I have an idea,” Marissa said cautiously. “Okay,” her dad said, “Let’s hear it!” “Can we go to the boardwalk? In Cape Cod? And maybe you could you just drop me off?” Marissa felt like she was aiming too high, like her dad wouldn’t approve of her plan. But she only had one day. And it was her day. Her dad seemed to be thinking that too. “Okay. I’ll pick you up at seven by the gates of the pier.” He turned the radio back on and they drove the rest of the two hours listening to the melodies alternative bands. When the pickup finally crossed the bridge into Cape Cod, Marissa rolled down the window and leaned out. The fresh smell of the ocean mixed with kettle corn and funnel cake washed over her. Seagulls cawed overhead, and children playfully shrieked in the distance. A smile spread across Marissa’s face. She felt free again, like she had been released from prison for one day. When the pickup finally pulled up to the boardwalk, the wrought iron gates were just opening. Cape Cod was where most of Marissa’s happiest childhood memories took place. Her family used to have a beach house there, but they sold it a few months ago to pay off debt that was piling up. She loved riding the Ferris wheel and the merry-go-round, eating ice cream sundaes, swimming in the ocean, and hiding in the tree house at the park. And that was her plan for the day. Marissa wanted to relive her happy, carefree childhood days. “Marissa?” Her father’s voice took her out of her trance. “Hey. Are you ready? We’re here.” Marissa smiled gratefully. “Alright Dad, thanks. Seven o’clock, right here?” She asked as she hopped out of the car. “Yup. See you then!” Marissa’s dad handed her a bag, and Marissa blew her father a kiss and shut the door. She watched as the car drove away, following the winding roads and eventually disappearing over the bridge. Only then did she turn away and walk through the big iron gates of the boardwalk. moreResolved Question: Is this good enough, it sucks that leap year is every four years, but is it good enough?
My husbands birthday was on February 29th. It is so sad. His parents are divorced and his mother celebrated his birthday every 4 years and his Dad celebrated it on the 28th. Is this fair that his mother wanted him to be born on that date, he was 10 weeks pre-mature and he gets a birthday every four years? According to his mother, he will be celebrating his 8th birthday in 4 years, which I think it is sad. We are getting married in March, and I think it is sad, the way his mother treats him with gifts. His Dad, is the best. When I am with his brothers and sisters and half sibling and step siblings, who ALL live with his Dad, they make me feel like I am in Cheaper By The Dozen or 19 Kids and Counting or Yours Mine and Ours. They are so loving. Especially his step-mother. She is happy and they are like the best family, ever. They are like normal parents and they give birthday gifts every year, not every four years. His mother abused him by verbal, his mother just hates him. I am not serious, she even admitted it. She has a good job, she is not poor, she can afford birthday gifts all the time! She had my husband when she was 14, she is 42 years old! She has a good retirement plan and she had rich parents, who gave her a lot of money. She still refuses to care for my husband and love him. Is that sad ^? Well this year, he wants to forget about his mother and focus on other things. Tonight, we will have a special dinner. I will take him and we will eat with nobody, last night we had a family birthday dinner (and we had a ball/fun time). And I am getting him 2 puppies. I found both at the pound for free, they were cute, they are different breeds, person at pound said they get along great! They will be 8 weeks old today, and I cant wait! We will go to church at 2:00 pm, we will change once we are home and pack up. I am taking him to the beach for 5days, where the pound is located. We will leave the house at 4:30 pm. We will go to a fancy restaurant in fancy clothes at 5:30 pm, while on road. We will eat and have a small cake for dessert. Then we will arrive at the beach condo at 9:30 pm and enjoy a few days. The condo is his Dads so no money :). Road Trip is like $400 and dinner will be $100, but we are fine. I had a budget of $1,500. I got a little extra money at work, so I made it his gift. We will open a gift I got him in the condo and have some whine. Then we will change in PJ's and watch a movie or play video games. Then we will just enjoy 5 days of the beach, we will walk on the beach, take some photos for the wedding, relax, go mini golfing and go to an arcade. We will also go rock climbing and do fun/romantic/interesting things. We will mostly be inside and enjoy the sun set. Then on Friday, we will leave. I will tell him we will have time to look at the pound for an hour or two and we go in. We go to see the English Bull Dog (female) and the Puggle (female) and I will tell him it is ours. He will flip out and get them. We will keep on driving and stop at a Pet Smart, buy supplies and all. Then on Saturday, the next day, at night, he will do a work thing from 3:00 pm- 6:00 pm Then he will come home at 7:00 pm, then we will have a surprise party. I spent about $1,500 on this WHOLE thing and it was my extra money. I bet he will do something special for my birthday, and we might make a baby on the way. Please dont call me spoiled. It is our extra wedding money that we had for the budget of the wedding, the extra honey moon money, the extra work money from work, and some money I saved just for him. I have seen my friends who spent like $4,000 on their husband/wifes birthday. My friend, got her husband an ice sculpture, that would melt in like 3 days or less, for $5,000. Oh, and it was, like a small sculpture. I just build memories for my husband for his birthday, and make up some years his mother ruined for him! moreVoting Question: Car is shaking and steering wheel feels loose...?
I have a 99 Hyundai Accent 5 speed. It is just under 91K miles. I bought it in September. I recently started noticing a shake and the steering wheel felt a little loose, but I just figured it was the tires, so I replaced 2 of the tires, and then went on a road trip (Virginia Beach to Central PA)..I still felt the shaking so I figured it needed balanced. So I took it to get it balanced and changed another tire in the process. But the shaking is still happening..it's at it worst when I hit about 60. I'll have my hands on the steering wheel trying to go straight, but it's like weaving slightly back and forth, with it leaning more toward the right. I started noticing it got really bad on my way home from PA and has gotten progressively worse since then. I've been looking on here and it seems like it's the wheel bearing or the ball joint. And it's weird how it shakes, because it's almost like it goes in a circle..It vibrates for 2 seconds, stops for 2 seconds, vibrates for 2 seconds, etc. I don't want to take it to the shop because my brother can fix what ever it is, it's just the fact that I don't want to drive this car to his house if it's something that could cause me to get in an accident, so could someone tell me what it possibly could be?? Thank you so much! moreResolved Question: I need relationship advice! I feel let down, again...?
BACKGROUND INFO: My boyfriend of two years and I have had our 'bumps' along the way, we even took a 4 month "break" recently when i truly did not think we would work out certian problems between us. Sure enough we both agreed to work on things about ourselves to make the relationship better, and have been back together for 3 months. I go to school 4 hours away from where he lives, my home town, and due to a stressful semester and weather conditions on the roads we have barely been able to see eachother this semester. PROBLEM: The idea of taking a roadtrip to California for spring break was brought up, and after a few weeks started to really appeal to me so i brought it up again and he was serious about the idea as well! We made some 'play it by ear' plans to take the roadtrip and stay with some of his family for my upcomming spring break. The idea definately got me excited since I have not met his older brother who lives out there, and have ony met his grandmother once, and got worked up about getting to finnally relax on a beach. Unfortunatly, some of the head people visited his work place and said that if sales are not up in the next 40 days they will have to lay-off the people working there and re-hire. I already got off work from my job, and find out (one week before the planned trip) that he wont be able to take the time off............. Im not only extremely bummed about not going, but dissappointed that he hadnt spoken with his boss alot earlier about needing the time off and just assummed it wouldnt be a big deal to do that at last min. He is 4 years older than me, and still seems more immature about things that can be so important to me. I dont think i would be this mad about all of this if he hadn't reassured me that he really did want to do the trip a few times following the initial talk of it, and discussing plans of going. I need advice about what is going on here, I dont know anymore...... moreResolved Question: what part of miami is a good place to vacation?

I know the procedures and all that jazz, I'm just wondering where I should touch down. Pretty soon I'm going to fly the coast of a popular beach with some friends in a Cessna 172. If the engine goes out, I want to know where to land. So here are the choices (add more if you can think of any): Land in the deep water: Pro- No bystanders injured Con- Totalled airplane, risk of aircraft flipping upsidedown, risk of passengers and me drowning Land in the shallow water: Pro- Low risk of bystanders getting injured, lowered risk of aircraft flipping upsidedown Con- Terrible water damage to aircraft, and a mess to get it out Land on beach: Pro- Airplane is still fixable or maybe not damaged at all, passengers and I can walk out of it Con- Risk of hitting bystanders, slight risk of nose gear collapsing after catching in the sand Land on road by the shore: Pro- Aircraft might be alright, risk of death is very low for everyone Con- Hitting a car on landing, hitting bystanders on landing, wires, poles, trees. I can't think of other places where I could make an emergency landing, so these were the best options I could come up with. I'm y'all to please give me your best answer, or maybe even propose another landing area. Thanks! moreResolved Question: Spring Break in Florida?

So guys, this is the writing a needa do for english, please let me know if you think anything can be changed. oh its about hong kong by the way, Hope that its not too long ^^ please feed back Boat and Beaches Hong Kong may seem to be a small place, but it is a great place to set foot in when you have a few days of holiday nonetheless. People tend to think that Hong Kong is a small busy town that has buried itself in work. People are often familiar with the theme parks and the local market places, as they have read about them in travel guides. However, these guides usually only write about the market places and the famous tourist spots and ignore some of the most beautiful places in Hong Kong. Tai Long Wan is located due east of the Sai Kung country park. You can get there by taking the MTR to Ma On Shan station and following the pathway to Sai Sha Road which will lead you to the Tai Mong Tsai Road. The whole hike is going to take around five hours. It may seem to be a long time but you will not regret it once you did it. There is an alternate route that is by sea. All you need to do is to get yourself to Port Shelter by MTR or you can take the taxi and hire a boat to take you there. The whole trip is merely around a quarter of the time of the hike, which is 1.2 hours. It is recommended that you be in the boat at 4:30 pm so you can watch the sunset. You will be amazed by the difference between Tai Long Wan to the city centre. How the cement forest from the city has changed into a real forest. Everything is natural with no sign of human activity or pollution. As you open you eyes from your nap on the boat, you will be struck by the hot blazing sun that is hanging halfway up the sky. The salty and fishy smell of seawater will hit you a few moments later. When your eyes are adjusted to the sunlight, you will be able to see clearly all the way to the horizon, where the water blends in with the sky. As you look down into the water, you will notice how clear the water is and you may be able to faintly make out the features of the seabed. The fishes in that area often welcome tourists by swimming around their boat. They fear no one and act as it they are the master, the king of this area. Wriggling through the water, their shining bodies cut through the water and reflect sunlight at the same time. You will think how marvelous these creatures are. Right in front you now should be Tai Long Wan. Over the beach are three mountains. All of them are similarly huge and their shapes are almost identical, which makes them look like twin brothers. Green vegetation covers the mountains completely, like a mini version of a tropical jungle. At the same time, the three tall grassy mountains look like they are the peacekeepers of the area, keeping everything in harmony. Due to the fact that the shore is too shallow for the boat to park, you will need to row a small life boat that will be provided by the owner of the boat. As the boat is lowering its anchor, the fishes below the anchor will act as if they know that it will go down. They will go out of the anchor’s way and form a barrier around it at the same time, surrounding it. You will notice that one of them will soon start to swim between the chains, then the rest of them will follow, burying the anchor under their slimy bodies. As you lower the lifeboat with a splash, make sure that you have a paddle with you or else you will have a very hard time getting to the beach. A lot of people underestimate the distance between the shore and the boat, causing them to be exhausted when they arrive at the beach and let me tell you now that I bet you will make the same mistake too. Because of the huge waves, you will need to paddle as hard as you can to move forward slowly. As you reach the shore, the beach there will be a totally different image form what you saw on the boat. The beach is spectacular; the sand, which constantly embraces the rough sea as it licks the beach, making it moist all the time, is so fine that you can almost melt into it. This place here is also great for sunbathing. Allowing the sun’s ray to touch every part of your body, you are guaranteed to be nicely tanned by the end of the day. You might also catch sight of some crows flying freely in the never-ending sky. Viewing them in front of the sun, you will think twice next time before you use them to describe something bad. With them flying elegantly, you will not believe how creatures can portray such a beautiful image upon themselves. Having dinner in this environment will probably be one of the most unforgettable experiences for you. With such little distance from nature and you, you will certainly enjoy the food. Even a plain old ham and cheese sandwich will turn itself into a delicious masterpiece of food. Little by little, you will be stunned by the view as the sun changes from a red face angry headmaster supervising a detention to a warm caring mother. We all pretty much agree that diesel trucks are something of an environmental problem. They're everywhere belching out smoke and gasses which pollute the environment, and there doesn't seem to be much that can be done about it. However, Union Pacific Railroad recently took part in a test. In an effort to "cut out" the middle man in a way, they created this train: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JYdId4rtaeQ Topping out at about 3.5 miles long, with 9 GEVO (General Electric locomotives with the lowest emission ratings next to electric trains) this train carried some SIX HUNDRED truck containers between Dallas, Texas and the Port of Long Beach in California. Would you agree that this program, if it were to be continued, would be an effective way to lower pollution, at the very least in removing tractor trailers from the roads?Stevie N, the train is a diesel electric locomotive. The point I was making about electric, was a what if situation. IE: what if overhead catenary were used. moreResolved Question: 100 things to do before i die suggestions?

ok, so there's this guy i like, eoghan, and his best friend, ash. i saw ash at work once (ash and i havent always gotten along) and we got the train home. we walked along the beach, and then we kissed and he fingered me. This was on valentines night by the way. And now, I've just gotten off facebook after having a huge argument with eoghan, he was saying how annoyed he was at me, and ash, but it was more than anger, i think. he was more pissed off than a normal person would be. we were arguing for about half an hour, me apoloogising over and over, and he blocked me. he's ignoring ash too =/ i'm thinking of going to eoghans house tomorow to apologise, problem is, i only know the road he lives on, not the house number. shall i call at every house? does anyone have any advice on this?oh yeah, Eoghan has a girlfriend too, who wants to beat the sh*t out of me coz i sent him a message with 2 x's :O! lol moreTop Beach Road Links
