I'm fifteen, and I've had a fairly good guy friend since eighth grade. In eighth grade I had a major crush on him, and he found out about it at the end of the year. We said we'd still be friends, but as summer went along we lost touch. We'd occasionally text eachother once in a while, but then lose touch again. It seems politicians are always making laws tougher and tougher. I mean, one day I can imagine it'll be illegal to kiss my GF in public! A law may be on the books but that doesn't make it just. I noticed that a lot of laws for sex offenders are vague and very general. Like In California There is a sex offender law that reads, touching someone for the purpose of sexual arousal without permission. Okay, what can that be? Touching a woman's arm? bumping into someone in an elevator? Who decides if it was for arousal? Adolfo Aparicio, a documented Santa Ana gang member misidentified himself as an illegal alien so that he could avoid capture for an attempted murder charge for which he was being sought. Turns out Aparicio got into a domestic dispute with his wife and mother in law. When the cops came, he took off but soon returned and took some shots at his wife, who fortunately, wasn't hurt. Aparicio fled the area again and was arrested in Arizona, where he gave a fake name. But his fingerprints did him in: they matched a wanted out of Santa Ana for the attempted murder of his wife. Aparicio is getting deported....to Santa Ana. He'll face the criminal charges. It will be interesting to see if the District Attorney tries to charge it as a gang offense, which this incident doesn't smack of. In either event, Mr. Aparicio is going to need good legal representation, because like it or not, his gang background will come up and may work against him. Resolved Question: Fun Valentines Day Date Ideas in Southern California?

I plan to take my date to Newport Beach on Valentines Day. She loves water so I thought it would be nice to go there and just walk around and maybe take a dive. Afterward is where I draw a blank. I was thinking Dave and Busters. We can eat and then just play right after. I don't know the area very much so maybe there are other things to do while we are out there.
