Resolved Question: Questions on reporting an employer?

So I have been living in North Myrtle Beach and worked for an employer who is very less than ethical. She hires on a girl who is 16, and at least 2 people who cannot legally work in the US as of yet. Every time I got paid I was suppose to be on payroll but got paid cash instead. She fired me because I was pregnant and not perfectly skinny like when she hired me due to baby showing... I seriously doubt she will say that to anyone though of course. There is only a couple people who are on payroll and they are independent contractors. I want to know exactly what I can do to this employer and who exactly I should contact. more

Resolved Question: fear of tornadoes. storms also..?

I've been terrified over tornadoes over a year now and I'm not sure why. During storms I even freak out and have to watch the weather channel to feel safe. I really want to get over this fear and I've been trying by looking out my window to watch the storm or put my headphones on and lay down on my bed but, somehow It doesn't work for me. My mind somehow tells me to turn on the television or walk back and forth around the house. I went to the doctor a few weeks ago and I really think I have anxiety. My heart feels like it's pounding out of my chest, I puke each time during storms, I feel like something terribly wrong is gonna happen, I have the worse stomach cramps, headaches, etc. pretty much symptoms that follow anxiety. Well my doctor asked me what was up with all the knot I have on my upper back and some on my lower back and I told her it could be from me being on my laptop a lot but, also that morning before my doctors appointment I took a shower during a storm and while I was taking a shower I felt this painful string and burn feeling by my heart. I told my doctor about it and she said it sounds like I had an anxiety attack while I was in the shower and I also remember falling down in the shower also. Each time a storm is coming near my area here comes the symptoms each time. I live at South Carolina near North Myrtle Beach. How can I make myself comfortable during a storm? Does it sound like I have anxiety, maybe a anxiety disorder? How can I get over this fear? please help.:) more

For a long story short, I plan on moving from North Carolina to Myrtle Beach, SC. I realize it's a 4 hour drive. Resolved Question: should i go to a concert or the beach?

I really want to go to this concert at Myrtle Beach SC on July the 29th. It's at the House of Blues!!! The dilema: My family is going on vacation in Seabrook Island, SC (3 hours away from myrtle beach) during the concert date. My parents have already told me either I can go to the beach, or stay home and go to the concert on its date. One of my friends wants to go . They said they would be willing to drive down to Seabrook and then drive back up to the concert with me. My parents think its too much for one person to do though. I'm just upset, because the last time this artist ( who is Ke$ha by the way ) came around here it was in Nashville, and I missed it. Now she is in SC at the beach!!!!
