Resolved Question: Is this English writing okay?

Chek Keng is a traditional settlement consisting of five different lineage groups living together, and it was probably founded more than 200 years ago. Regarding the history of lineages in this Hakka village, there were five different lineages with surnames Fan, Chiu, Lee, Wong and Cheng living in the village; however, most of the descendants of these lineages are living in UK, Holland and Hong Kong city now. This is situated in a quiet bay, three sides are surrounded by mountains, therefore the sea breeze is a lot calmer, scenery is breathtaking. Due to the terrain being flat, there used to be farmers cultivating on the terrace for a living. But now ... where the washes are less aggressive, we can find beaches; where the washes are gentle in the bay, we can find swamps; whereas the red mangrove are situated where they best grow at the mouth of the river where swamp is. Chek Keng has 7 of all 8 true mangrove species occurring in Hong Kong. And you can also find fiddler crabs, mollusks and other mudskipper. I WOULD THANK YOU so much if u could give me some advice...Many thanks  more

Resolved Question: Who Do You Think Is Smarter?

I heard this in a show yesterday and i was like "WOW, OMG" BTW, this is from wikipedia, Dester Holland from the Offspring: Holland was the class valedictorian at Pacifica High School in Garden Grove, California and was a Ph.D. candidate[4] in Molecular Biology from the University of Southern California; however, he abandoned his Ph.D. in favor of focusing on The Offspring. He has a Bachelor's degree in Biology and a Master's degree in Molecular Biology, both from the University of Southern California.[5] Dexter Holland in Charlotte, North Carolina, in 2008.Dexter's interests include surfing, skateboarding, snowboarding and skydiving Holland married hairstylist Kristine Luna, who co-wrote the Offspring song "Session", on August 12, 1995.[6] He has one daughter, Alexa Holland Holland is also a licensed Airline Transport Pilot and has made a solo trip around the world in ten days.[7] He also participated in the 2006 Los Angeles Marathon; his charity of choice was the Innocence Project, a non-profit legal clinic that handles legal cases where post-conviction DNA testing of evidence can yield conclusive proof of innocence.[8] Holland has his own brand of hot sauce, Gringo Bandito. According to the Arts & Music section of the Los Angeles Times, the Hot Sauce is bottled in a Newport Beach facility that distributes 300 gallons a month.[9] Holland says that Albertsons has started carrying his hot sauce, which he reports is "huge for us".[10] Brian May from Queen: May studied physics at Imperial College London, graduating with a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in both Physics and Mathematics and ARCS with Upper Second-Class Honours. He then proceeded to study for a Ph.D degree, also at the Imperial College London departments of Physics and Mathematics, and was part way through this Ph.D programme, studying reflected light from interplanetary dust and the velocity of dust in the plane of the Solar System, when Queen became successful. He abandoned his physics doctorate but did co-author two scientific research papers: MgI Emission in the Night-Sky Spectrum (1972)[7] and An Investigation of the Motion of Zodiacal Dust Particles (Part I) (1973),[8] which were based on May's observations at the Teide Observatory in Tenerife. He is the co-author of Bang! – The Complete History of the Universe with Patrick Moore and Chris Lintott, which was published in October 2006.[9] More than 30 years after he started his research, in October 2007 he completed his Ph.D. thesis in astrophysics[10], entitled A Survey of Radial Velocities in the Zodiacal Dust Cloud[11], passed his viva voce, and performed the required corrections.[12][13][14][15] He officially graduated at the postgraduate awards ceremony held in the Royal Albert Hall, on the afternoon of Wednesday 14 May 2008. On 17 November 2007, Brian May was appointed Chancellor of Liverpool John Moores University,[16] taking over from Cherie Blair, and installed in 2008. I know that there is also someone in Iron Maiden who is freaking smart, but i can't remember who. BQ: Do you know any other musician who is also really smart?  more

Resolved Question: Sint Maarten, ABC, or some other island(s)?

I'm planning to fly from the middle east to the caribbean to hang out with my Dad (he'll be flying from central US). Less travel time is a big plus, and I'm a fan of Holland, so the Dutch West Indies via Amsterdam on KLM is probably my route of choice. So, where should I take my Dad? We'll want to do some lounging on the beach and at the pool-bar in the hotel. Maybe some scuba diving, definitely some snorkeling. If there's a casino, we might stop in for a minute, but neither of us gamble. Right now, I'm leaning towards Aruba... what do you think? It may not have been clear, but I'm not in the US, and would prefer to fly as direct as possible (probably through AMS) from BAH or DMM.  more

Resolved Question: Can I do caricatures on a public beach or boardwalk, specifically in Grand Haven or Holland, MI?

I'm wondering this because I'm a caricature artist (like you see at theme parks) and am interested in making a little extra cash this summer by doing caricatures near the beaches and on the boardwalk. I'm independent; I don't work for a company. Are there laws or regulations that would prohibit this? Would I be asked to leave, mainly, but also are there certain areas that it is allowed (like in front of a store with permission from the owner,) or conditions I would have to follow? Or, who would I have to contact to figure out the answer? Any information would be appreciated a LOT! Thanks!  more

Resolved Question: All That Jazz - puzzle help?!?

Theres five times (Friday Evening, Saturday Lunch, Saturday Evening, Sunday Lunch, Sunday Evening), five countries (England, Germany, Holland, Scotland, and Sweden), five bands (Dixie Four, Dixieland Serenaders, New Orleans Joymakers, Not so Hot Five, and the Red Hot Stompers), and five venues (Beach Hotel, Civic Hall, Theatre, White Lion, and Winter Gardens). I'm going to all these concerts, and I need to find out which band from which country played at which time at which venue. The clues given are: 1. I'll listen to the Dixie Four from Holland as the same day I'll be at the Civic Hotel. 2. The sunday lunch time concert will take place at the White Lion. 3. I'll hear the New Orleans Joymakers at the next concert I have tickets for after the one at the Beach Hotel, which itself is not the next one I'll attend after hearing the band from Sweden. 4. The Red Hot Stompers, which is not the German band, will be playing at the Winter Gardens. 5. The English band will perform at my Saturday lunchtime concert. 6. The Dixieland Serenaders will be the last concert I attend. 7. The Not so Hot Five will play at one of the lunchtime concerts. 8. The Scottish band will be on stage at the Theatre. Thanks in advance to anyone who offers help. This is an extra credit sheet, not homework. I desperately need the EC, though, and have tried to figure this out for hours.  more

Voting Question: Read this dating profile! Is this woman serious?!?

This has got to be one of the most outrageous dating profiles I've ever read. What do you think? She says she enjoys "doing things to keep my man happy" but the most enjoyable adult activity she doesn't want. "I am very truthful and honest. I am very upfront about my feeling. I do not want to date guys who live out of the state, who like country music, and who are taller than 5'8 inches tall. I will not date any guys older than 43 or younger than 38. If a guy was to date me he has to be able to stay without sex for two or more years. I am a little open with everything not the sex part. If you are looking for sex only go some where else you will not find it here. I enjoy traveling, going to the movies, photography is my hobby. I enjoy entertaining my friends. My favorite cars are the Mercedes, and BMW's. I enjoy walks along the beach and candlelight dinners. I enjoy doing things for my man to keep him happy. I am a very loving, caring, gentle and giving person. I would like to date a guy with a PhD because I am attracted to any intelligent guys and guys who are gentle, loving, caring, and logical. I have visited Italy, Japan, Germany, Holland, Switzerland, and Greece."  more

Resolved Question: Do these sound like good travel plans?

This is my plan for Spring Breaks & Summers from now til the end of High School. I'm going to 9th grade next year. Money really isn't a problem since my dad is making his own company and its really successful and hes really smart. I'm saying where I'm traveling, so going to parties, hanging out with friends and family around where I live is a given so I don't include that. What would you like to do, if you could do anything? And do you know any other cool places to visit? This summer, I already went to Japan. I want to visit Texas, go down the shore where I live, visit New York City, and go to atleast 2 theme parks. Next Spring Break (Freshman in High School) I wanna go to Hawaii with my family and 1-3 of my best friends' families. Next summer, I want to go on another People to People ambassador trip to England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland OR England, France, and Italy. Right after, do another People to People ambassador trip for a big volleyball championship in Holland, possibly with my club team if we can join. Also, go to Disneyworld, Las Vegas, visiting family in America, go down the shore sometimes, and some other theme parks. Next Next Spring Break (Sophomore) I wanna go to the Bahamas with family & once again, 1-3 of my best friends' families. Next Next Summer, I want to go on my last People to People ambassador trip to Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji. Then go to Disneyland in Florida (maybe with some friends again too), go down the shore sometimes, visit family in America, and visit my family in Cameroon & sightsee in Morocco and Egypt (with my family ofcourse). Next Next Next Spring Break (Junior) I want to visit England again to see family, go shopping, and even see some of my fav British bands play there. With the family ofcourse. I dont think I'd go with friends for that one. Next Next Next summer, I want to go some place in South America, perhaps Chile or Brazil. Then visit France, England, and some other neighboring countries. Back in America, I'll go to theme parks again with friends, visit family in America, and go down the shore. Next Next Next Next Spring Break (SENIOR!) I'll want to finish going to the 7 continents by going to a bizzare place like Antarctica with my best friends. I mean how many people can say they went to Antarctica for spring break? I know it would be Autumn there though, since I'm in the Northern Hemisphere. If we can't do that, I can always go to Antarctica when I'm older.. like maybe married with kids or something. Then, we can go to someplace more local like Alaska. Next Next Next Next Summer, I'll be visiting family again in Cameroon, England, and in America, then hang out with my best friends in California & Hawaii. With my family, we'll visit India, and then come to England for the 2012 Olympics. After that, I'll hang out with my friends again like going to theme parks, the beach (family sometimes too), before finally heading off to college, and starting to live on my own (sounds scary!). I'm a dreamer but this seems pretty realistic. My family is pretty upper class, so yeah. I just wanna pick the best places to visit.  more

Voting Question: thank many of you for answreing a question i had regarding, well, size...more on a woman's person,?

below the waist. Many said small was better...tha bigger was well..not as comfortable for men. Of course I am referring to a woman's purse or hand bag. What else? But, from the women i have seen in holland, france, italy...laying out..on their stomachs...god...so many women are full....mature...vertically long...and yet...beautiful. I disagree. I think mature, long and full is much more s.............ecretrial s.................ual then small. But then again, every one is subjective and many people like different sizes, shapes of purses. I guess those women who were laying out on the beaches, with nothing to hide take pride in the purses they carry with them, down below their waist. What does anyone think? What is more beautiful?  more

Resolved Question: Non traditional wedding officiant ideas?

We are located in Grand Rapids Michigan and looking for a non traditional wedding officiant. We are more interested in spiritual than religious. We also need someone who will come to Lake Michigan as we are having a beach wedding and renting a hall on the beach near Holland, MI. Our ideal wedding officiant would be someone who answered an ad in the back of Rolling Stones Magazine (anyone remember Northern Exposure?) . Any one have any ideas? :) Thanks.  more

Voting Question: Where can I find the trendy shirts with the large lettering/sayings?

The font on these shirts is usually impact or something similiar. I've seen these types of shirts mainly with party sayings or with beach names, but I can't find them anywhere! They're usually brightly colored with black font or black with white font. For example, they look similiar to those from House of Holland, only not high fashion (nor that expensive!) Resolved Question: Recommendations for good vacation spot on Lake Michigan?

We are interested in vacationing this summer on a beach on Lake Michigan...preferably fairly close to the Indiana / Michigan border... We'll have five adults and two young children in our group, and we're interested in renting a cabin near the water for about a week or so... On the internet, Chalet on the Lake in Stevensville, MI looks pretty interesting... So does the town of Holland, MI... Does anyone have any first-hand experience with either place? Any other suggestions for places to check out, or to avoid? Thank you!  more

Weird story!, last year, august 06' this boy, added me to msn. Resolved Question: wedding on lake michigan?

I am thinking about getting married on the beach of Lake Michigan. Either in Chicago, IL; Michigan City, IN; Holland, MI; or Grand Haven, MI... Does anyone know any good reception sites that would be close? I want a sunset wedding and an evening reception in May... but there isn't a date set yet, I just want lilacs so it would have to be around Mother's day for the flowers to be in bloom. I was thinking it would be really cold still on the beach and windy in May. Has anyone had experience with weddings on Lake Michigan in any of these areas? I would like to know what kind of rules there are for the ceremony. The reception would be at a different location near the beach, but inside because it will definitely be too cold to be outside at night in May. Thanks! ok im not getting a wedding planner that is just a big waste of money! i am just looking for personal experience  more

Resolved Question: good (english) travel agencies in holland for trip in europe?

I live in holland and want to go on holidays in other european countries. Are there some good travel agency? I know D-reizen and some others. It seems that they have trips to mostly beaches and people booking trips there just lying on the beaches. But I would like to go to nature and maybe have some round trips in a country. Another thing about the travel agencies I know is they have guided tours only in Dutch. Since I don't speak Dutch, some English speaking organised trips will be nice. Any suggestion is appreciated.  more

Who else is astonished that after all this bad behavior these countries endulge in the USA is always being called Immoral? Bel and your argument is? We are immoral cause what? We are anti killing babies and do not condone same sex relationships? What planet are you from that says either of these two subjects are moral? Oh my God! Give me strength !  more

Resolved Question: Please proof-read this essay?

During the 20th Century man had grown so intelligent and greedy that we started the single largest war man has ever witnessed, The Second World War. It killed almost 52 million people and left almost all of Europe destroyed. The single event that sparked it was Hitler’s greed for power and conquest. By 1939 Austria and Czechoslovakia had fallen into his hands and on September 1st 1939 he attacked Poland and then the following year he took France, Belgium, Luxemburg, Holland, Denmark and Norway. Then on June 22 1941 he attacked the Soviet Union. When his entail attack “Operation Barbarossa” failed he launched “Fall Blau” which sparked the largest single battle in history, the Battle of Stalingrad and turned the tide of the war and stopped Hitler from grabbing a hold of the USSR. In the summer of 1941 the German Whermacht was advancing with staggering speed though the Soviet landscape. The German spearhead groups called “Armee Gruppe” advanced and encircled millions of men. (Stalingrad 2) By October the Germans reached the outskirts of Moscow, the capital of the Soviet Union. Just as the Germans get ready to encircle the Capital, winter sets in; the temperature drops as much as 30 Celsius in a day! By this time the Soviets have lost over 70 million people, 10 million pounds of metal ore, and over 800 million pounds of bread!(Order 227 1) Still on December 5th Stalin orders an offensive to push back the German army. By February 1942 the Germans hold the front stable but are pushed back ~100 KM from Moscow. (Stalingrad – the … 1) When Hitler realized that he could not take Moscow he started planning the next major offensive for 1942. By the time the Germans stopped the offensive for the winter Hitler had the final bugs worked out. When Hitler tells his generals they are outraged and think that an offence on Moscow would throw the Soviets into civil war and they would give up soon after. Hitler strongly disagrees with this and thinks that he will pay too many casualties for not a large reward. (Operation Blue 1) The plan for “Fall Blau” called for “Heeresgruppe Sud” to use the doctrine of Blitzkrieg (or lighting war) to overrun Soviet positions and reach the cities of Buka and Stalingrad. Buka was an extremely important position because it produced over 50 percent of the soviet oil and the Germans by this time realized that they would need more and more oil to support their Panzer divisions. (Operation Blue 1) In the middle of July the German armies advanced, as the 6th and 4th panzer armies established positions on the Don, at the same time Italian, Hungarian and Romanian armies occupied the beaches to prevent the soviets from counter attacking. Mean while the German 17th army advanced into the Cossacks along with the 1st Panzer army. (Operation Blue 1) By October of 1942 the Hungarian, Romania and Italian expeditionary forces were holding the Don from a possible Soviet counter attack, the German 6th army had entered Stalingrad and elements of the 4th panzer army where ordered to hold the line and never to leave Stalingrad. When Hitler sees how well the 4th and 6th armies are doing he orders elements of the 4th panzer army to move down to the south to support the German offensive. A week later for a strange reason Hitler takes personal command of “Heeresgruppe Sud” and splits it up into two different blocks called, “Heeresgruppe Sud-A and Sud-B” This way he believes that the units will be more mobile and will be able to strike from different directions. Soon he thinks his plan is working so e pulls back the whole 4th panzer army to the north in to Stalingrad while the Romania and Italian troops cover the flanks. (Operation Blue 2) Hitler, by this time, thinks his operation is a great success and takes the Soviets by surprise. He believes that it’s impossible for the Soviets to launch an offensive, but he is wrong. He did not know the Soviets secret weapon, massive reserve troops. Stalin calls down over 100 divisions from all over the Soviet Union, from Moscow, to the Far East defense force. This sets motion to the great battle of Stalingrad. (Walter 31) As the small isolated pockets hold Stalingrad the German air force attacks almost every building in the city down to the ground. The Russians hold out fiercely and try offensive operation to break though the small pockets but they don’t know the trouble brewing to the north of them. The Soviets mass great amount of intelligent and figure that the Romanians have low morale and are supplies with poor weapons, so they chose their target. Then in November the Germans are taken by surprise when they learn they are about to be encircled. German generals pled for the 6th and 4th armies to be pulled out but Hitler insists they stay. (Germans Defeated at … 2) By this time Herman Goring has convinced Hitler that he can supply the whole army daily if he gets the planes and the manpower. Soon massive amounts of both the Luftwaffe and the Red Air Force are moved in and around Stalingrad. (Germans Defeated at … 1) Then the full encirclement is complete and over 200,000 thousand men are encircled in Stalingrad. They defend the city fiercely for every foot of the city. (Stalingrad the fateful… 3) The German defensive is so well organized that the standard living time for a soviet soldier that is send in Stalingrad is under 12 hours! Soon by the end of the battle for every German dead there were 8 Russians that died. By January the Russians where gaining ground quickly and the German armies where poorly supplies because of the massive amount of Russian aircraft that shot over 600 transport planes with lots of cargo. (Wehrmacht Slaughtered 1) While the airplanes where being shot down like ducks in a cage the troops on the ground were fighting in a city of ruin. Over 80 percent of the city was destroyed by the German air force. Also the few tanks that where left could do little to support the defense of the city. As many of them had to maneuver around corners and where shot by Russian infantry easily. The Soviet army found it very hard to control sectors therefore this is where new soviet doctrines appeared. Generals used the tactic of mass defense where they would stash people on the front line and leave few if any reserve troops. But this did not work as well as though it would because when the Russians overran the Germans and advanced the Germans would pick up their weapons and start attacking from behind. (Stalingrad 8) By 1943 the Army size of 200,000 was sunk down to less than 90,000. When Hitler announced that Paules would be promoted to Field General he declined and the next day surrendered all his men and the battle was won.(World War Two 1942 – 1943 3) Even though the Germans only took 110,000 deaths in the encirclements the soviets had a staggering one million deaths. By the summer the Russians had fully recovered and advanced to the Don River. (Stalingrad 10) The retreat to the Don was a hard one for the German soldiers. After Rock stock was taken the Whermacht was forced to retreat back to the mainland and give up the offensive, if they stayed they would have endangered an encirclement of over 1 million men. During the Soviet offensive in the summer is where the Germans scored their last victories in hopes of distracting the Russians while the armies moved across the rivers and took up defensive positions.(Germany Defeated at … 3-4) During this horrible war over 50 million people died and 18 million of them where from the Soviet Union. This shows us how violent we are as people and how far we will go for greed and power.  more

Resolved Question: Article - Legalized Sex Slavery - Why are some Governments ignoring God's Commandments?

Women and Children are supposed to be protected by the Governments of the world. The Governments should not be legalizing Prostitution. The World Governments should be working to eliminate prostitution. *Perilous Times and Decaying Morality Europe's brothel - in a corner of Spain* Madam's is just one of a series of macro-brothels making prostitution a growth industry Giles Tremlett in Capmany Saturday June 24, 2006 The Guardian The small stone chapel that local people once used for baptisms, first communions and weddings is now a storeroom and the sign that read Hotel Mercéi has been replaced by a glowing piece of neon announcing that this is now a busy brothel called Madam's. Selling sex is, as this thriving, 50-room "macro-brothel" shows, a far more lucrative business than catering for the family celebrations of a scattered population of farmers and wine-growers in this north-eastern corner of Spain. Located on a main road just inside the Spanish border with France, Madam's has a large sign reading Entrée.The yellow number-plates on the Peugeots and Renaults in the car park are also mainly French. "Most of the clients are from over the border," says Patricio, the muscle-bound, tattooed manager of what is now one of the biggest businesses in the small municipality of Capmany. "Things are a lot stricter over there." Inside, several dozen scantily clad women in thongs and micro-skirts sit at the neon-lit chrome bar. Others totter around on glittery platform shoes or in thigh-length boots. Despite the ample display of flesh, they are having trouble competing for the attention of a handful of early evening punters with the World Cup football showing on a giant screen. Occasionally, one walks off, a client in tow, to the lifts that take them up to the four floors of bedrooms above. Exploitation Madam's is just one of more than a dozen macro-brothels to be found on the outskirts of the small inland villages of a region known as the Alt Empordà. "They are turning us into Europe's brothel," complains Ferran Jarabo, the priest for four small village parishes. "We shouldn't tolerate this sort of exploitation. Women are being reduced to mere objects." Dallas, Desiree and Baby Doll are a few of the names that shout out from huge neon signs. On back roads, bikini-wearing prostitutes from Romania, Nigeria or Colombia watch the cars going past, pimps discreetly in the distance. The brothels here, just a few miles from the tourist beaches of the Costa Brava, are part of a nationwide growth industry that Spanish politicians - immersed in a debate over whether to fully legalise and regulate prostitution - are finally waking up to. Although no proposals have yet emerged, Roman Catholic Spain already rivals liberal Holland and Germany in its laissez-faire attitude. Brothel-owners themselves claim that prostitution, and its spin-offs, are now an €18bn (£12.4bn) business sector - equivalent to half of Spain's education budget. The country's confusing prostitution laws mean that running a brothel is neither fully legal, nor fully illegal. At the moment, it is illegal only to live directly off prostituting other people. That allows many brothel owners, like those who run Madam's, to argue that they are hoteliers who only rent out rooms towomen who work for themselves. "I only make money on the rooms. The girls are free. We don't force them to work a timetable, or fine them if they don't turn up - which is what happens in other places," says Patricio. A doctor and a psychologist are, he says, also on the payroll. Regulation Madam's has a licence from the regional government of Catalonia "to gather people to practise prostitution". The government has decided the only way to control prostitution is by regulating it. Police say the number of prostitutes in Spain has doubled since 1999, with one civil guard report from 2004 counting 20,000 in a region containing a third of the country's population. In reality, say campaigners, only a minority of brothels obey both the spirit and letter of the law. Many are run by mafia outfits using women trafficked from around the world or who are forced to pay off massive, interest-bearing "debts" to those who brought them here. Apart from a group of six priests who have lobbied for the brothels to close down, local people have been quiet. One of the visitors to Madam's on the day the Guardian called was Jesús Figa, the mayor of Capmany. "The town hall is not allowed to ban a business for ethical or social reasons," said Mr Figa, who was there to see Patricio. "That is up to the government of Catalonia" Claudia, 25, arrived from her home in the Transylvania region of Romania two years ago. She escaped from the pimp who brought her to Spain but continues to sell her body at Madam's. "He has threatened to kill me and has even come here to the club," she says. Three black-uniformed security guards, kitted with combat boots, batons and walkie-talkies, man the doors. She sends money home to her mother and the five-year-old son she has not seen for two years. "It means they have three or four times as much money as they would normally earn," she says. Madam's even operates as a Western Union branch - and has posters in Russian advertising its services - so the prostitutes can wire money home. Just over a mile up the road, police this week raided a notorious club called Lady's Dallas. A total of 143 prostitutes were working there, including 38 illegal immigrants and one under-age Romanian girl. The prostitutes came from 15 developing world and eastern European countries. None was Spanish. Spain's National Statistics Institute reported in 2003 that more than 27% of Spanish men under 49 had had sex with a prostitute during their lives, and one in 15 over the previous year - "noticeably higher than those in other surveys in Europe". Arguments presented to a parliamentary committee investigating prostitution vary from calls for abolition and the prosecution of male customers to German or Dutch-style legalisation. All sides agree on one thing. Whatever happens, Spanish men are going to keep paying for sex. "What needs to be done is to educate men so they relate to women as equals and respect them in all walks of life," argues Irene Boada, a columnist in El País newspaper.  more

Resolved Question: Why is England so dirty?

Everywhere you look in England there is rubbish. On the streets, on the roads, in the parks, in the countryside, on the coastline and beaches... and as for motorway verges and lay-byes they are just open rubbish tips full of plastic bottles, plastic bags, empty burger cartons, cigarette ends etc etc. England must be the filthiest country in Europe! When you go to Germany, France or Holland for example you never see so much trash everywhere. Why do people treat the streets and public spaces like an open skip? Why is there no civic pride anymore? Can anything be done about it, before this country is swallowed up under a mountain of trash? Or maybe that's just what we deserve.  more
