that it will eventually lead to a relationship which is what I am seeking. I am friendly, loyal, courteous, well educated and enjoy the simple things in life. The reality is that I want to be able to share my life with someone. I'm not talking about running and get married...no that is not it all. I've been there and done that as they say and I'm really not interested in walking down the aisle again...but one can never say never, who knows? but what I am looking for is a woman that I can be a great friend to and be romantically involved at the same time. Why is finding the right person so difficult? there are so many variables that one must go through, so many obstacles along the way. I am not looking for the perfect woman because I am well aware that perfection in humans is nonexistent but just someone that I can have fun with and have a great time and also become a part of her life and she will do the same. I love a woman that can stimulate me physically as well as intellectually. You don't have be a beautiful specimen or have a Ph.D in Behavioral Science but a regular-looking girl with a brain that can carry a conversation. I tend to be shy and withdrawn at first but once we get going on a given subject, I'm a very good conversalionist in all modesty. I have a Master's degree in English literature so naturally any conversation about books, writers, poets, I am going to be fascinated with. I love music: classic rock from the 60s and 70s and I also like jazz, soul, blues and classical. I like going to the movies, the theater, dinner or just taking a walk along the beach and watching the sun go down. I LOVE sunsets, I can spend a long time watching how the beautiful colors intertwine with the clouds, it makes for a spectacular and most precious celestial sight. I am romantic...yes I am. I still believe in romance and sweeping a girl off her feet with a love poem, candies, and flowers. I guess I'm kind of old-fashioned in that sense. I just want to love somebody and have them reciprocate all of that love in return. I'm really a simple guy overall. I'm not materialistic or selfish and like to share whatever I have with that special someone. I hope I can meet somebody on here. I know that this is not a dating site...believe me I've tried a few of those and so far all of my attempts at finding someone have failed. Most women that I've encountered in the last few years and the ones I've dated seem to want the same thing: MONEY and POWER. I'm sorry but I'm not wealthy and I don't have any power. They all seem to be interested in how much money I make, or what kind of car I drive or whether I own or rent my house and if I own a business. If you're that kind of woman --than with all do respect don't continue reading because I am NOT the man that you're looking for. I wish you well in your seach and hope that you find what you're looking for. I love animals (although I don't have any) but if you have a dog, cat, bird or whatever other species as long as is not extremely dangerous I'm cool with it. Children are fine although I would prefer someone whose kids are pretty much grown but if you have a child that is a minor and living with you, I will understand. I know about kids as I have three of my own. One adult 21 and two teenagers 14 and 15, so I know all about having kids and raising them. I know how difficult it can be especially if you're a single parent. I really admire women that have been forced to raise their children on their own because the father left them and don't receive any kind of assistance either monetary or emotional. I ask that any ladies that read this narrative that sounds more like an advertisement for finding love, LOL and are interested in perhaps meeting and talking with me are from Miami only. I apologize if I seem that I am discriminating against other woman that live in other cities, rest assure I am not. Is just that I would prefer that the person be from Miami which is where I live so that I won't have to travel to another city in another state to meet her, I hope that you can understand. Although any ladies that wish to give me their advice on what they thought about what I've written here is welcome to do so and I appreciate very kindly. Well, I hope to get some responses and hopefully one of those will be the lady that I am looking for. I thank you for taking the time to read this long narrative and I do apologize for its length but I needed to be clear on some of the things that I am looking for in a person and needed to be as thorough as possible. We're both 20 & in college. I know that I'm immature sometimes & I'm not the most open guy when it comes to talking or listening, but I want my girlfriend of almost 2.5 years to know I really do love her even if I act stupid sometimes. Open Question: Which destination would you recommend?

My boyfriend and I are planning on going on vacation at the end of March. We want something different from the "popular spots" like Jamaica, Dominican, Cuba and Mexico. We are looking into St. Lucia, St. Martin, Bahamas, Costa Rica, Barbados, etc. We want beachfront and a very nice resort. Preferably all inclusive. I'd like somewhere that has nice scenery and isn't just beach, although the beach is most important. We are planning for this to be a "romantic" vacation. Do I take my boyfriend seriously? I haven't REALLY broached the subject of marriage with him, and we both agree that we need to be together for some time before that large step, but I just need advice. I am 20, he is 24. I work on an ambulance, obviously, and my boyfriend is an Emergency Room Nurse. We are both financially stable, taking care of past debt now, and live together. We have two dogs together, and share a bank account. We've been dating for almost a year, and have lived together for six months out of that year. Both of us have met each others parents and most of the siblings (he has TONS of brothers and sisters!) and our families love each of us, respectively. Now.. We're going to Vegas in April for my 21st birthday, and he keeps making jokes about eloping, and I know my mom would kill me if I eloped. I'm an independent, goal-oriented woman, but in the past few months, I've just wanted to settle down. I have this stupid, hopeless romantic want to get married, have that symbolic ring on my finger, carry his last name, have kids one day. But he discourages me when he says things like, "Let's get married. Right now. Go down to the courthouse." And then follows that with," Just kidding." I'll counter his random nuptial outbursts with a sarcastic "Yeah Tony, let's go. My husbands birthday was on February 29th. It is so sad. His parents are divorced and his mother celebrated his birthday every 4 years and his Dad celebrated it on the 28th. Is this fair that his mother wanted him to be born on that date, he was 10 weeks pre-mature and he gets a birthday every four years? According to his mother, he will be celebrating his 8th birthday in 4 years, which I think it is sad. We are getting married in March, and I think it is sad, the way his mother treats him with gifts. His Dad, is the best. When I am with his brothers and sisters and half sibling and step siblings, who ALL live with his Dad, they make me feel like I am in Cheaper By The Dozen or 19 Kids and Counting or Yours Mine and Ours. They are so loving. Especially his step-mother. She is happy and they are like the best family, ever. They are like normal parents and they give birthday gifts every year, not every four years. His mother abused him by verbal, his mother just hates him. I am not serious, she even admitted it. She has a good job, she is not poor, she can afford birthday gifts all the time! She had my husband when she was 14, she is 42 years old! She has a good retirement plan and she had rich parents, who gave her a lot of money. She still refuses to care for my husband and love him. Is that sad ^? Well this year, he wants to forget about his mother and focus on other things. Tonight, we will have a special dinner. I will take him and we will eat with nobody, last night we had a family birthday dinner (and we had a ball/fun time). And I am getting him 2 puppies. I found both at the pound for free, they were cute, they are different breeds, person at pound said they get along great! They will be 8 weeks old today, and I cant wait! We will go to church at 2:00 pm, we will change once we are home and pack up. I am taking him to the beach for 5days, where the pound is located. We will leave the house at 4:30 pm. We will go to a fancy restaurant in fancy clothes at 5:30 pm, while on road. We will eat and have a small cake for dessert. Then we will arrive at the beach condo at 9:30 pm and enjoy a few days. The condo is his Dads so no money :). Road Trip is like $400 and dinner will be $100, but we are fine. I had a budget of $1,500. I got a little extra money at work, so I made it his gift. We will open a gift I got him in the condo and have some whine. Then we will change in PJ's and watch a movie or play video games. Then we will just enjoy 5 days of the beach, we will walk on the beach, take some photos for the wedding, relax, go mini golfing and go to an arcade. We will also go rock climbing and do fun/romantic/interesting things. We will mostly be inside and enjoy the sun set. Then on Friday, we will leave. I will tell him we will have time to look at the pound for an hour or two and we go in. We go to see the English Bull Dog (female) and the Puggle (female) and I will tell him it is ours. He will flip out and get them. We will keep on driving and stop at a Pet Smart, buy supplies and all. Then on Saturday, the next day, at night, he will do a work thing from 3:00 pm- 6:00 pm Then he will come home at 7:00 pm, then we will have a surprise party. I spent about $1,500 on this WHOLE thing and it was my extra money. I bet he will do something special for my birthday, and we might make a baby on the way. Please dont call me spoiled. It is our extra wedding money that we had for the budget of the wedding, the extra honey moon money, the extra work money from work, and some money I saved just for him. I have seen my friends who spent like $4,000 on their husband/wifes birthday. My friend, got her husband an ice sculpture, that would melt in like 3 days or less, for $5,000. Oh, and it was, like a small sculpture. I just build memories for my husband for his birthday, and make up some years his mother ruined for him! more

I'm 31 years old and have not had a girlfriend or sex since December 13th 1996. I have not kissed a girl since October 31st 1999. I have not had a date since February 2006. Ironically I first had sex at age 14. My last relationship was with a beautiful girl which lasted from ages 16 to almost 19. This was the first and last deep sexual relationship I had. I was in love and just wanted to get married. That’s all I wanted. But she went a different direction. I had always believed if you love something – you let it go. So that’s what I did. And ever since then I have been alone. Isolated. Few friends and nothing else. I have kept this dark secret inside me for what feels like forever. Some people think I'm a “ladies man” (HA!!!) and when I'm asked about this / my love life etc….I lie about imaginary dates that never happened and nonexistent past relationships, just so people will think I'm normal. I do not know what crime I committed against God that was so horrible to be punished in this manner. Not even Cain, who murdered his brother in cold blood, was punished like this. Even CAIN HAD A WIFE. Are you listening to me God? If there is one thing I could ask you it’s this: Why was this done to me? NOT EVEN CAIN WAS PUNISHED LIKE YOU ARE PUNISHING ME. Girls NEVER talk to me first and NEVER make the first move. EVER!!! At best they will stare quietly and muse something to themselves. And I'm afraid to say anything or put myself out here. I’m confident (in business) and deal with complex issues and business meetings. I drive a Land Rover and make 90k per year. I live in Los Angeles, CA, ON THE BEACH (which in case you did not know is very pretty and expensive). 2) I'm constantly carded. People are shocked at my age and tell me I'm good looking, I'm 5'11. Athletic. Brown Hair. Blue eyes (everyone in my family has blue eyes it’s an anomaly). Good face, V-Shape. Good genetics. Zero allergies. Never had surgery or been hospitalized in any way. Everyone in my family has lived 90+ years old (a sign of good genes). 3) I'm a good person. On the inside. Honestly I am. I believe in “doing the right thing”. I’m not “religious” and don’t go to church or talk about my religion to others but I’m constantly trying to reflect on God and asking myself unanswerable questions. I'm a hopeless romantic. I have always been in love with being in love, even though I have a high sex drive. I treat every woman like gold. I'm responsible. Reliable. Dependable. Supportive. I compliment women. I've been described as “the kind of guy who would make a perfect husband”. I have decided to commit Suicide on December 13th 2012. I am setting this in stone. I cannot go on living like this. I did not do anything to deserve this unimaginable emptiness of not feeling ANY physical or even mental companionship with a female. Recently I read about a guy named George Sodoni. This person was a sick coward who targeted and murdered innocent women in a gym because of the mental instability created by his personal problems. However there is one thing, and ONLY one thing, he said in his blog that I agree 100% which is quote: "a man needs a woman for confidence. He gets a boost on the job, career, with other men, and everywhere else when he knows inside he has someone to spend the night with and who is also a friend. This type of life I see is a closed world with me specifically and totally excluded. Every other guy does this successfully to a degree. Flying solo for many years is a destroyer" This is my first and last testament to God or whichever spiritual being or force is doing this to me. I cannot take this deprivation and pain any longer. Please hear me…. Without companionship, love, sex and female comfort, my life means nothing to me. I will commit Suicide on December 13th 2012 if by that time you have not allowed me to get on with my life. My BF and I want to go to the Bahamas in May and I have heard cruises are better. We are looking to have fun, not a necessarily hopelessly romantic trip. We have the options of flying or taking a cruise. I don't know what is down there so I am not sure if we will be bored if we fly there as opposed to having an itinerary and being on a ship. However, I don't want to only have a few hours a day to spend there and be stuck on the ship the rest of the time.. I've heard the weather is decent during those months, so I know the beaches/ship deck is an option, but I'm Irish and don't tan well, so are there a lot more things to do/see/buy (:)) at night? i want to have a romantic/fun date for valentine's day. just something else rather than the usual going over his house/ my house, concerts, movie theater. bowling alley, museum thing. its cold here on the east coast so going outside isnt much of an option. i was thinking maybe a nice restuarant but my bf isnt too big of of fan of going out to restaurants.. i thought maybe about going to the beach even though its like 20 degrees outside and go to a restaurant by the water but idk what can i doo?!!?! 10 pts best answer!!! <3 more

We live in the Pensacola FL area (panhandle) and we're thinking mid to late march, so it still needs to be in the south where it will be a bit warmer. We are looking for a romantic and relaxing getaway for about 4-5 days, and don't want to spend more than 6-700. We would be driving of course, so nothing too far West. Maybe within a 7 hour drive. We were going to go to Gatlinburg TN, which we've already been to and love, but I'm concerned what type of weather they'll be having, and was interested in trying something different. I heard hot springs, AR is nice, but we're expecting our fist child in August and I can't get into any hot tubs, or hot springs cause it can hurt the baby :( We wouldn't mind still being at the beach, but the water will still be kindda chilly, so the town has to have lots to do. Any recommendations?(not louisianna, we plan on doing that on a weekend, and we are military, so if a base were near by, we could stay on that and save money maybe)daytona may have been nice, but i just remembered it will be spring break time for kids :( Not very relaxing lol more
