I met a wonderful man (a musician) and although I was hesitant because he plays in a pretty popular jazz band and tours a lot, he convinced me and we started dating. Everything was great at first and we would travel and have the most wonderful time. We're both in our 30's and his family was thrilled that he was finally settling down. In the beginning he sent me flowers for no reason, I convinced him to come to church with me (even though he sometimes says he's an atheist) and we talked constantly. Because our relationship was long distance and I got laid off from my fab job, we decided that I would move to his city and we would start a life together. Now for the problems... Once I started staying with him for extended periods of time, I found out he was a drug user. He does cocaine, pot, pills, ecstacy or whatever is available. I would come to town and he would go out with his friends until 5 or 6 in the morn but said he "loved coming home to me". I didn't appreciate the drug use and especially 2 of his friends. I told him I could not tell him who he could hang out with but that I didn't feel comfortable around this couple (suspected swingers and drug users). He was furious and invited them out anyway without telling me. A major argument insued and I yelled at him in front of said couple because he left me in a bar while he went out to do drugs with them. This was our first argument - and he threw me out and made me get a hotel. I went back to my city and we made up somehow and I made the move in with him a month later. He could not let the argument in front of this couple go. He told me that I thought I was better than his friends and that everyone does drugs. He said that I am judgemental, argumentative and that I ruined our relationship. He threw me out after 7 days and I returned home with no place to live, I'd given up my pet because he was allergic, etc. Fast forward and we are still in touch. I want to work it out but he is still using and becoming more and more resentful of me. He is moody and constantly blames me for all of our arguments and disagreements. He even tells me that his friends talk bad about me and it's my fault. I try talking things out like adults but he has decided that he really "tried" and after dating me he doesn't want to be monogamous anymore - he says I wore him out and he wants to still see me but wants to just have a good time. I feel bad because he is somewhat of a celeb and he can have many wome... he has "fans". I cannot stop thinking of how much he loved me at first and maybe my judgemental nature ruined things. Please help! moreResolved Question: Affordable Hotels (Extended stay) in Celebration, FL - near hospital?
Hello - my father is having surgery at the Florida Hospital in Celebration, FL and we are looking for hotels (extended stay) that are VERY close to the Hospital...we are looking for something that is priced reasonably (no deluxe/suite type of places since it's too expensive). We found "Home Suite Homes" which is $150 a week..but that seems to be too good to be true (It's probably a rough place - but we need somewhere quiet so he can rest and feel better quicker). ANY suggestions would be appreciated - something AFFORDABLE and very close to the Hospital. I WILL PICK BEST ANSWER! Thanks! moreVoting Question: Isn't three hotels in three nights is going to be rough on a 3 year old, 16 month old and 2 month old?
My mom, my brother and his wife (parents of the oldest and youngest kids) and I (mother of the 16 month old) started planning a road trip to visit some long lost relatives. We were talking about a fairly leisurely trip that would have us staying in a hotel near our relatives Friday & Saturday night and another one Sunday night since we plan to break up the trip home over two days. My brother has hijacked this trip so that we’re adding a side trip that will require us to drive several hours out of the way and stay in a different hotel each night. I honestly don’t think we’re going to accomplish much besides driving once we accommodate the kids’ naps & meals. He has my mom all excited about this side trip so I’m alone in thinking this is a bad idea. I’m now faced with either dragging my child along on a trip that I think is going to be very stressful for her, trying to convince my family to scale back their plans, or backing out of seeing some elderly relatives I desperately want to visit. It difficult for my husband to get away long enough for us to go separately and it’s really not possible for my family to extend the length of this trip to accommodate what my brother wants to do. Am I freaking out over nothing or is all this running around with little ones as bad an idea as I think? moreResolved Question: I'm moving to Tampa, Fl...............?
I've never visited Tampa, but my sister lives near there and says its really nice. I was already offered a job. Should I stay at a extended stay hotel for a month or two before moving? moreVoting Question: Employment question, relocating to a different state for work?
I have a dilemma, I've been unemployed for over a year, I live in California, my field is Retail/Visual Merchandising, the city where I live has very few to almost nothing available in my field of work, I've been applying and even changed my resume in a variety of ways, I'm not changing the info on the resume, just the presentation, and have gotten no call backs, also applied for other types of jobs, restaurant, clerical, etc. 99.9% of the job openings do not want walk-ins or accept phone calls, very few will ask that you apply in person, so I know for a fact that I'm doing the right thing. Lets face it, I'm getting no where. I have a few friends in the same situation, they have either moved or plan on moving; I never had a problem in the past getting a job, but now the city is so crowded and congested that even when I apply in person, I stand in line 3 hours; So it has nothing to do with me, it's just I'm in the wrong city. The neighboring state of Nevada is higher in unemployment than California, however, when it comes to Retail/Visual Merch, I find that there is much more and have been wanting to send my resume but don't believe they will call if someone is out of state. My decision to move to Nevada is a definite one, unless I want to starve here in SO CAL. I have been looking into month to month apartments in Nevada, because with me being unemployed It's obvious no one will cut me a lease. There is a place where they will allow me to pay a 3 month lease up front, I do have some savings. Problem is that this apartment complex is fancy so everything extra would be too much monthly. The other option is living in an extended stay suite for a month or two till i find a job, that way I don't have to pay utilities, internet, etc. sounds like a better plan. So my question is- If I apply for jobs in Nevada and I'm staying at the hotel suite, would they now the current address is a hotel? can they find out or would it be bad, and would that stop them from hiring me?In other words, is it bad to have a hotel address on your resume even if it's only for a few months? I wouldn't be mentioning it's a hotelAgain, the resume is not the problem, in the past I have gotten phone calls the next day, I live in a city that is very congested, there are 300 applicants per job. moreResolved Question: Should I let go of my dream and move on?
Just wondering if you where me would you stay or go? In 2006 in Texas I had a spiritual awakening..I had been fasting from media, food, water, and sleep...and starting speaking in tongues on the 7th day and had a vision of a house with Nome's and fairies and and a labyrinth and merlin the wizard had came to visit me with a white owl and told me that if I connected the past with the present that I would build a spiritual retreat that my family would teach at. Merlin told me about Terah dying in Haran and how my family was connected to Abraham in the bible. Our last name is Teran. The visions went on for hours. I went to my husband and he at the time thought I had gone mad. This was the first time I had ever fasted and I did it on my own so I thought this is what happened to everyone. I tried to go to the library and research this after it happened and found no answers. I let it go and 3 years had passed and one night at 2 am I was awakened by a voice that told me to look up our last name Teran on google and go to page 6 on there I found a website called talk to Teran. I got goose bumps from head to toe. The owners of the website had a spiritual retreat for sale called Circle of Teran in Ashland Oregon. They had just built it a few years before. On the property the have a labyrinth like the one I had in my vision and had a room called Merlin's sanctuary with white owls, and a fairy room, all the visions I had where actually a place in Ashland Oregon. NOt only was the property named our last name Teran but where it is located Ashland is my 10 year old daughters name. Well her name is Ashland which means dream. I was going to name her Ashland but at the time of her birth I changed it cause I thought it was corny to have A daughter named Ashland and another daughter named Ireland. So i did more research on the property that night and found out the property was previously owed by the Ireland's and the Circle of Teran ranch was formerly Ireland ranch. I immediately got my husband and showed him all the connections and at that moment he knew everything I had told him 3 years prior was true. He said we are supposed to move there.. So we packed up our 6 kids, the parrot, the dog, the cat, the frogs, the turtles, the ferret, and the snake and set out for Ashland Oregon in September 2009. We knew it would take some time to get the money together for the property. At the same time that we felt led to this property my husband was placed in front of several big life changing deals. There were two separate partners with several different deals (Let's call them Partner A and Partner B). If just one of these deals were to go through we would have enough to accomplish purchasing the property. So, we moved to Oregon on the faith and hope that this was our path. When we get to Oregon partner A continues promising us a payout out week after week but it never comes. Although, we made the move up to Oregon and now are in a position with no steady income, we have reached a critical point. We have ran out of money till the other partner B's deals pay. So we are wondering what to do now? We are currently staying in a extended stay hotel and we have to check out in 2 days do to running out of funds. Partner B deals are supposed to pay in 2 weeks. BUt what is a family of 8 with all these animals supposed to do until then? Do I give up on all this and go back to Texas? I dont even know how we would get back to Texas..We are so close to the finish line but I am so scared of the idea of living in the car.. I dont know who to turn to.. Any idea's??I am 30 years old my husband is 37 and we have 3 daughters ages 13, 10, 5 and 3 sons ages 3 years old and 2 years old and a 11 month old.the property is 14.6 millions dollars. moreResolved Question: Questions about my trip to Yosemite from Orange County?
On February 28th, I'm planning on visiting Yosemite for the first time. The plan is to wake up around 3 A.M. and drive down there, then come home later during the same day. This means that I'm not camping, or staying at a hotel, while I'm up at central California. Here are some of my questions: 1) Do you think that this plan is a good idea? We'll be there for about 5-7 hours, so do you think that would be a good enough time to enjoy Yosemite? 2) How long do you approximate that the trip TO THERE is going to take? Around 7 hours??? 3) Are there any sights to stop at while visiting Yosemite? If you have extended information that doesn't regard any of my questions, but would be useful, please share! Thank you. moreVoting Question: My Mum and I Don't get on- any Advice (PLEASE) !?
Ok, this a bit hard to explain. First of all thanks to everyone who reads this. Basically this has been going on for about a month or so, maybe longer. I am 18 and I live with my mum, my dad, my 16 year old sister, my 12 year old sister and my 10 year old brother. Basically my mum disregards me totally. It’s like being back at school and I am the ‘uncool’ one to hang out with. When we are at the dinner table, they make fun of me- and although it’s ‘just a joke’ there is always a serious undertone. I never really look at people because I am very self conscious, and suffer from depression- I am on Prozac. Because of this, I am called selfish and stupid. I am like a normal teenager, I do treat my house like a hotel but I do try and help out when I can. I have faded into the background, my whole family (extended included) have written me off as a fat failure. We were having lunch, and my whole family were complimenting and doting on my sisters (I don’t mind, they are doing well) and I am just nothing. It seems to me, that my mum prefers my 16 year old sister, and is always buying her new clothes talking about what her and her boyfriend are up to, and have even bitched about me to her in the past. My sister and I are quite close it’s not her fault. I just feel like an outsider: My dad stays neutral not wanting to get in the argument. My mum has a go at me for the most trivial things. For example I was staring out into space for a second, just absent minded and my mum had a go at me. I’m tired and it’s making my depression worse. I don’t know what to do, does anyone have any sort of advice? moreResolved Question: places to stay near appalachian state university?

This is my old college roommate. We communicate via email (live several states apart.) Her son is twelve. The father has always been involved. He lives eight hours from her. He is married, no kids. He has a good living, and good employment skills, and I believe his wife stays at home. My friend can't keep a job, despite some technical computer skills, and she can't manage money well. She never keeps an apartment for more than seven or eight months. (She gets evicted for non-payment of rent.) She's burned a lot of landlords where she lives-so she's living in an extended stay hotel right now, having just been evicted again. She has switched the kid's schools back and forth, depending on where she's working and where she lives. She struggles to buy wholesome food. (As you might have guessed, she has some emotional issues. She has been a rougher parent at times, to the point where we've offered to have the kid visit us for a few months, but she wouldn't take us up on the offer. She does love him. She just doesn't have the skills to care for him properly. The kid wants to stay with her, not the dad.) So, the father has decided to fight for custody. She is, of course, devastated. It's so painful. She is going to fight him. She has all her arguments lined up, but she can't see how horrible her case looks. I just can't see how she's going to win. I honestly think the father can do a better job than she can. But I can't say that---that's the cruelist thing you can say to a woman: "You're not a good mom." I want to be supportive. I'd like to ease her pain if I could. I just don't even know what to do. moreResolved Question: Has anyone ever stayed at an Extended Stay Hotel? I stayed 11 weeks in Florida at a short term rental property with a pool. The pool turned green and was unusable for 25 days. Greater diligence would have corrected it sooner. Our August vacation was a bit spoiled, since we opted for the $1000 a week rental house BECAUSE of the pool. I'm unsure if standard landlord 15 cure periods to rectify the problem apply. Since the company operates under a Hotel license - I believe 'hotel law' is the applicable law. AM I ENTITLED TO A REFUND FOR THE FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE POOL~?? I BELIEVE THAT I WOULD BE UNDER LANDLORD LAW. THE 'LANDLORD/MANAGERS' WERE PUT ON NOTICE IN WRITING. There defense then could be that we could have simply gone elsewhere, but that isn't so easily done on short notice and with a large family. We also were giving them reasonable time to fix, and it's 20/20 hindsight to say we should have left in the past, when we had no way of predicting it would take too long to rectify the problem. moreResolved Question: Single entry visa jumble?

Hello there. My husband and I plan a long summer vacation every year for the month of July. Last year we went to Europe. This year we are planning on going to the Orlando area for our vacation. This will be our first trip to Orlando and Disney World. We’ve done our homework and know about the EMH Disney offers, so we will be staying in a Disney resort while in the Disney area (Polynesian), then we will switch to a hotel across the street of Downtown Disney (Hyatt Grand regency resort). Has anyone stayed in those resorts? How are they? We will be driving there, so we’ll have our car to do our activities while not in the parks. We’ve researched things to do on international drive, and picked out a bunch. Our kids ages are 8 and 11. My question is: could you take a look at our itinerary and tell me if you think its too busy? Should we extend our vacation a few days longer? What should we keep in and take out? What are your experiences? I want to get everything figured out so we can start booking our dining reservations (character dining, etc…) and do you have any Orlando tips you would like to share with me? what type of activites/ snacks should we pack for the car ride? any answers and advice would help greatly! Good evening, I'm a 28 yr old single divorced father with a 5 yr old son, who I've had the majority of physical contact since June 2008. Me and my son live in Florida. My sons' mother used to live here in Florida too, but in August 2009 she moved to Ohio to live with her sister. Then she couldn't get along with her sister, so she had to move in with her mom in Ohio. Her reasons for moving to Ohio was to "better herself". I honestly think she could've tried harder to convince her family in Florida to help her out with a place to stay for awhile. At least she would've be able to see her son on a weekly basis. She even had a good job in Florida making decent money, so she had to quit that job and now she's working at McDonalds in Ohio. While in Florida, she moved around 4-5 times in a 3 year span. She just couldn't get along with anybody it seemed and burned her bridges whereever she went. She says her goal is to come back to Florida in a year or whenever she had enough money to support herself to get her own place. I honestly don't see this happening within a year or even two years at that with her lack of money management. Since August 2009, when she left to Ohio, she has not attempted to visit. However, she does call everyday and talks to him for 2-3 minutes on the phone. She had originally planned to come to Florida for a week on Christmas, but that didn't happen. She told our son on News Years Eve that she would call him at midnight, and that didn't happen. GRRR Now she's asking for our son to stay in Ohio for 2 months in the summer. I refused my consent because I felt that 2 months was too long for a 5 year old to be away from his home, plus I have concerns about what she would do with our son for an extended period of time knowing she doesn't have alot of money, his health insurance is through Florida medicaid, and she has no car (she's using her moms car though). I know she has rights to see her son and I want him to see her too, but for 2 whole months out-of-state in Ohio? On top of money issues and travel concerns, in 2008 she had two domestic violence issues with a boyfriend she was living with. The first one, the boyfriend got into an arguement with her, and smashed our sons' lightning mcqueen shaped TV with a baseball bat because he was mad at her. No police were called and thankfully my son wasn't there when it happened. So then couple weeks later she gets back with the same boyfriend, and couple months later another incident but it was worse that time. They got into another arguement and her boyfriend punched my sons' art easle board with his fist, breaking it. There was also a hole punched in a bathroom door. Police were called that time, a report was made, and my son was there at the time. There's a public record on file, but the charges were dropped. She was the one that went to jail that night because apparently she started the fight by hitting her boyfriend first. I had to pickup my son because the police had to take her to jail. She was ordered to complete anger management class and had 1 year probation. After talking to my son about it, he tells me that Mommy and him had a "hiding spot" during the incident. Well now she has a new boyfriend in Ohio, making me very nervous about out of state visitation. At least here in Florida, she would have to stay with family or by herself in a hotel. I just question her decisions as a mother, she's so self-centered it makes me sick. And I just don't want to expose my son to more domestic violence incidents. Perhaps you understand further why I'm so hesitant to allow our son to travel to Ohio with her. Any advice is appreciated! Also, our Parenting Plan was drawn up when she was living here in Florida, so it would be very difficult to carry out whats contained within the current plan. Before she moved to Ohio, she would see our son Friday/Saturday nights and a couple hours on Wednesday evenings. Since August 2009, she has had no physical contact with our son. I do send her copies of school work and pictures to keep her in the loop. moreResolved Question: Do hotels offer discounts for staying for extended time, like renting a room?

Hi everybody! I'm translating a Hotel Regulation, and I've made this translation by myself but English is not my first language so I will be pleased if you can help to correct this. This is supossed to be an official document. HOTEL RULES AND REGULATIONS During the stay in Patagonia Insular Hotel the guest shall be ruled according to the current legislation and to the present regulation. 1.-Accommodation is counted by days. In order to this, the first day considers the period of time when the guest arrives and 12.00 hrs (midday), of the same day or the next day. Guests using the service Day Use are exempted to this, and they must inform that they require this service when they book. 2.-Guests must check out before midday in order to avoid an additional charge. 3.-Each stay must last at least one day. 4.-Guests who wish to extend their stay beyond the check out time should request at Reception. That shall be possible only if there is availability. Otherwise guests must leave the room. 5.-All guests must leave a guarantee when they arrive, i.e. credit card, payment, etc. In the case of Enterprises with Credit Agreement, an e-mail or fax is needed. The Credit Limit established is 10 nights, then a payment must be done. 6.-All guests’ expenses must be paid at Reception or service tickets must be signed by the guests. Tips can be charged to a respective room, these tips cannot be included in the final ticket or invoice at the moment of check out, and they must be paid by cheque or cash. It is important to mention that the tip is a voluntary contribution for a service already provided by a member of our staff, reception only plays an intermediary role in this case. 7.-Excessive noise or music is prohibited, pets are not allowed, the guest cannot use the room for acts or games against the law, parties, disobey the law or current regulations, smoke in no-smoking areas, use the electric current with other purposes. It is forbidden to damage the furniture, the decor, and in general any activity that might annoy other guests. 8.- It is guest’s obligation to leave the key at Reception at moment of leaving the hotel temporarily or definitely. The loss of the key costs $30.000 CLP or its equivalent in USD, because it involves a complete change of the lock. 9.-Visiting hours are from 09.00 hrs to 21.00 hrs. and people who have not been checked in will not be admitted. 10.-To contravent any of these regulations give the Hotel the right of putting an end of the accommodation contract. 11.-There are Safety Boxes available in the rooms for the guests to keep their valuable items, because of this the Hotel shall not be responsible for any loss. 12.- The Hotel shall not be responsible in case of damage or deterioration of goods kept in the car park. 13.-The Hotel shall not be responsible for damage caused in fires, earthquakes, robberies, etc. 14.-All damages, loss of pieces of furniture or equipments caused by guests’s behaviour or their visits shall be charged on their bill. 15.-The Management shall not be held responsible because of forgotten items left at the Hotel after 60 days since check out date. Does anyone have experience with this? My boyfriend and I are moving from Denver to LA in the spring. Here's the issue. Most apartments require you to verify proof of employment before they approve you, correct? Well, we're both employed in Denver, but once we get to LA, we won't be, at least not immediately. So how does this work? Will it be enough that we'll be employed at the time of the application (even though it's not in LA), or should we go the route of staying at an extended stay hotel or something of the like, finding a job, and then signing? I've heard you can show them that you have enough money in the bank to make a deposit, first and last rent, is this true? Thanks all!Staying in Denver is not really an option for me, so I can't exactly choose that one. moreResolved Question: Experienced step families please reply!!?
I am categorizing this under marriage because I want to know if any married people have had to deal with anything similar before getting married and the singles and dating category seems filled with younger dating issues today... Ok.. so my bf (both 41 years old and 2 years together) are both divorced and looking to share our lives together full time.. and I took the kids on a family vacation for the first time... (mine ages 9, twins a boy and girl.. his ages 17 and 14 two boys)... BF and I introduced the kids slowly last year and spend two weekends a month together with all the kids.. the rest of the time its me and the kids with BF or just me and the bf... we had a rough first year - because a lot of time plans made with all of us with kids were canceled by BF - I think because he worried about his kids 'not wanting to do it'... or at least that is my take now. This family vacation had its good moments but overall it was a disaster.,. His kids prefer video games and sitting in a hotel or just the pool and eating out to actually doing much... and I get it that they are teens and we tried to accomodate some.. my kids are kind of active (translation if I am honest means -- a bit hyper, always on the go, asking lots of questions, getting goofy, high energy level, etc)... so keeping my kids in a hotel room leads to boredom, even with the board games and art supplies I brought... they are more a TV / movie / video game family.. we are more a lets go do something.. Now, the ages are a factor.. and we DID all have fun for a few hours snow tubing...but it felt like and us versus them thing and not a family vacation. BF and I love one another very much.. we have a lot in common. We come from the same area, we grew up with parents who are similar, and we share the same goals... we are good to and for one another, we really talk things out and rarely fight (BF has raised his voice maybe twice in two years.. I am the more passionate one)... but I like that.. we are talking about the next step in our relationship but now I am wondering if the kids together is making that an issue... Our kids on the other hand.. it seems my kids are always trying to get his kids attention, his kids roll their eyes, sigh and complain about doing anything.. my kids bug his kids - I know,. they are looked at by his kids as a pain in the butt. His kids do not have a lot of experience with younger kids... and my kids DO have experience with older kids... My kids are youngest in extended family, his kids are pretty much it to his extended family.. BF HAS made a huge effort to get his kids active this week on the vacation - yet they still had their laptops, they still revolved everything around their times for their 'raids' on the computers and they still shut themselves in their own room (that I paid for!) and refused to let my kids in - except ONCE the entire week.. and then they complained they did not want them in there... OK, so I made sure my kids stayed in our room.. I made my kids give the boys their privacy and time alone.. I get it that kids my kids ages are a little much for teens - but I have older nieces and friends with older boys/ nephews and this is rarely an issue. Once going back to the room from dinner, we let the kids run ahead.. it was not even two minutes later my daughter comes out screaming 'they took all his clothes off" -- my son was in our room stripped down to his underwear because BF's kids thought it was funny... they took my kids clothes off.. They do not pick on my daughter - she is a bit tougher and honestly would not tolerate it I feel. My son is a lot more sensitive - and they refer to him as a girly and sissy.. Its more than this - m,y kids like to read, his kids joke (reading is for rich folk) its annoying I raise my kids a a certain way and it seems his kids just disrespect so much about life and parenting roles, its unnerving... I do not fully blame BF - they live with their mom most of the time - and she had some issues with us taking them (I do not know why i really do not... she takes her kid out of town, but BF wanting to do the same bothered her).. the mom and BF get along surface wise and I do not communicate with her - so its not me per say she has an issue with... its bf doing things with his kids... We are going through a divorce and we live in Houston,TX but since this marriage is not working and I don't have family here I will be moving back with family in Birmingham,AL..I have a full time job and I can transfer, I have a town home in Birmingham, and family support. My husband have a contract job and he is always out of town and he has no one in Houston that is family that would look after him and oh wait he has a sister but she work full time and she loves to work..so that's a no. I'm not leaving behind my only child because of his selfish reasons he is 9 months and my son needs me, I'm still breastfeeding so---no shot for him. He is barely home anyway so technically I am a single mom already, even now he is not around, and he wasn't around during the childbirth, so what good will it do him to get full custody when his job is not stable and he claim that when we divorce he will move into a extended stay hotel..What the hell...I don't want my son being in no damn hotel.Oh gosh I just want to move on with my life away from him..I will not deny his rights to his son, He can visit his son anytime in Birmingham, AL.. I met this wonderful guy at my place of work (sigh, it's never a good combo). We started dating last year and were together 11 months. But let me back up and get all the details. There was an instant spark (at least on my end) from the moment we had our first conversation. When we actually started dating, it was a match made in heaven. We had and continue to have so much in common, throughout our relationship we never stopped laughing, never stopped talking and were nearly attached at the hip. I started staying over his house two months into the relationship, and at the end of the relationship I was there 6 nights a week out of 7. We grew so close...or did we? His best friend is a girl, and she's married (well, common wealth - there hasn't been an actual ceremony yet), has a child (a son, who is five, the father is the man she's with), and her mother works with me at my job as well. From day one, I would hear her mother on the phone talking about them (my now ex and her daughter) as a unit (even before we started dating). "Charlie" and "Annie" this, Charlie and Annie that. It caused a lot of heartache for me, as a person, because he kept us seperated (Annie and I) saying it would be too difficult for him because he could tell neither one of us liked each other and he didn't want to have to choose (I know this shows no backbone). I became very distraught over this and the only arguments (I think there were 2 in our entire relationship?) we ever had were over Annie. Annie sent me a very long email about how I was worthless and how Charlie deserved so much better than me. Charlie defended her, saying I provoked it (the day before I was pretty fed up of never being included and finally said something) and that's just how Annie is. At one point we nearly broke up because he told me Annie and her mother were like family to him and I was to never disrespect them. We decided to keep our relationship going because what we had we both enjoyed and their could be something more (I think this was 5 months in?). He said he was going to try to include me in on their friendship and I said I'd try to keep an open mind. I tried talking to her, I added her on a social networking site. I started talking to her mother more at work, he started opening up a little bit about their friendship. Charlie and I were nearly inseperable. We started talking about moving in together. He took me to meet his extended family 9 states away, for my birthday he took me to a ritzy hotel and we spent the entire romantic weekend together alone. Then this is where I get confused. Suddenly, the communication between Annie, her mother and I break down (over unfriending them on a network site by accident!) - and he becomes a little withdrawn. A week after this romantic vacation, three days after the snafu with Annie and her mother - he was telling me it was over. He said he was never in love with me and took me places and did things with me because he was trying to see if he could "fall in love" with me. No one (family, friends, coworkers) saw it coming, no one could believe it because the holiday had just come and gone and nothing was different in the way we were behaving. During the breakup he was crying, hard. He was hugging me and telling me I was beautiful and he was going to have a hard time looking at me because I was so sexy and he was still attracted to me, he kept kissing my forehead, my cheeks, wiping away my tears. When we said goodbye, he had my face in his hands, looked me in the eyes (still crying) and said he loved me. The next few days were a roller coaster, going downhill without brakes. Annie's mother told me the next day that she was sorry, but he was never in love (because she asked him) and the only reason he was with me was because he didn't want to hurt me and he had a hard time with the breakup because the worst part of our relationship was that he really did hurt me. He and I texted that day about it and he told me I never was, never would be his soulmate and said nothing he did should have indicated that - he said he walked on eggshells to not make me think we were a forever thing. These are not his words, I've never heard him say anything so harsh. He is nice to everyone and never speaks ill of anyone. We had agreed to be friends when we broke up, said it would be hard at first, but we'd at least give it our best effort. I had something of his, so one morning (the same week of the breakup), I asked him to come and get it, I had it at my desk. I heard Annie's mother on the phone with Annie stating "She did what? This is going to stop. She's going to stop. This is going to end one of two ways..." She got up and walked to his department and was gone for half an hour. He waited until Annie's mother went on her lunch break, came over to grab what I had and rubbed my shoulders and told me I looked beautiful. He waited until Annie's mother went on her lunch break, came over to grab what I had and rubbed my shoulders and told me I looked beautiful. Then, later on in the night he told me I needed to get it that we'd only be friends and he was doing his best not to lead me on (again), but he didn't regret any part of our relationship we had. Annie's mother continues to talk of Charlie and Annie, and how she would have John (Annie's son) so that Charlie and Annie could go out and have a good time (Annie's husband was at home working on their house and could not have John underfoot). Any time he and I try to communicate, she's off in his department forever.I don't understand what happened and I still have a hard time sleeping over this (it's been almost a month). How can you go from discussing moving in with each other, telling me he was planning on taking me back up to see his extended family on vacation in the spring, telling me that for my next birthday he was taking me to California (this is about two, maybe three weeks prior to the breakup). How can you go from that to never being in love? I really can't understand this and it's tearing me up inside. My photos are still up on both networking sites, never removed the captions.Does a person cry that hard breaking up with someone? Do they look them in the eyes and say that you love them? Would you still feel attracted to that person? Would you not take down any of your photos on the networking site, and on the other not change your status to single? Did I get played or is there more to this? I really thought he was the one I was going to be with for the rest of my life. I met his entire family (immediate and extended), we shared holiday's with both families, I met all of his friends - we hung out together with all of his friends....except for Annie (only real time, was a double date). Well i've been out of town for about 4 weeks now seeing my girlfriend and she basically told me she just wants to be friends since I leave tomorrow claiming it will hurt less. To sum this up, my relationship started online in a chat room and she fell in love with me the day we met. I had promised to see her several times and each time it fell through, the final straw was when I promised to see her early September and I had to bail out my parents because their home was being foreclosed. She was upset and stopped saying that she loved me and was acting distant throughout september, she would get upset and say it would hurt less if we were friends and asking me to be her friend. I told her I had the money and was going to come out to see her but she kept saying "do what you want" like she didn't want me anymore. I went to sell my handgun and got enough cash to finally see her and she was acting like she didn't want to see me and I remember the next morning the police were at my door because I hadn't slept in 7 days and neighbors said I was acting suicidal so I was committed in florida for 72 hours in psych ward/crisis center. She was really upset and didn't know why I was in there, and I was taken to EMS because I was complaining of kidney pain. When I got out, she said she just wanted to be friends and wanted me to get better first but was talking about another guy already, when I asked her, she said they were just friends but had pictures on their profiles saying "My sweetheart" with them holding each other. I was finally able to get enough money to fly to Chicago when my mother sold the house and flew out there on October 31st which I was originally just coming as her friend. I stayed at the hilton hotel and she didn't see me the first day but came early in the morning the 2nd day and couldn't keep her hands off me. She was happy and I was happy, ordered breakfast, and laid in bed, everything was great. The whole week went well except that she complained that I flinched when she was on top of me a number of times. We were supposed to go to a pow wow downtown with her friend meeting us from Indiana (my gf is full blooded Apache Native American)and that went well, I covered myself, my gf and her friend and I bought them stuff there. Everything went well. By the 2nd week, things were also well but it was the 3rd week I was supposed to leave (I booked a 3 week trip with expedia that included the round air flight) she was distant because she didn't want me to leave and was upset saying she just wanted to be friends with me when I left so it wouldn't hurt as much. She was still talking to the friend of hers who just got out of prison and some of her friends were telling me she was dating him… I also thought it was strange because she didn't want her friends to know we were dating. I bought her a new laptop because her computer wasn't working and helped her with other stuff. By the 3rd week, I decided to extend my stay for her and stay another full week and booked another hotel that wasn't as nice as the hilton but still a 2 star hotel though the room was smaller and not as nice of a tv. She came over few times, I went with her to see her grandpa at the rehabilitation center for the elderly and she said that they didn't allow visitors or something so I had to wait in the lobby (so I never met her grandpa), she also wouldn't tell me where she lived which I thought was strange (living with her ex husband). Also for thanksgiving, I was helping her get stuff for her bathroom to fix it, I thought she was going to invite me over for thanksgiving but she didn't, it felt like she didn't want her family to know who I was or something. She brought me dinner though later that night and things were fine until I flinched again and she became angry and upset and left. Today she came over and she said she loved me and called me her husband, and everything was fine until she became silent and upset saying "your going to leave" and saying "what if you don't come back, why can't you stay here" and I kept telling her I was going to come back (as tomorrow is my last day here). She said "you know how many people have told me that?" She said "just be my friend, it will hurt less" and wouldn't say "I love you" and left. After all of this, I don't know what to think, a close friend of mine is saying that he thinks I was used and that it was strange that she was trying to keep me hidden from her friends and family which she claims was because they were mad at me for being in the psychward and thought I was dangerous and crazy (since I owned guns) but at the same time, why would she try to get me to move here if she didn't want me? I love her a lot and don't really know what to think at this point. moreResolved Question: getting weekly/montly rates in hotels..?

Okay, I have two 7 week old pitbull/lab mix puppies i just recently bought a nice medium size wire crate for them. I put a nice blanket a chew toy and some bones in the crate and I have it next to the heater to keep them toasty, but my puppies will constantly whine and whine nothing is working to stop it. I've tried putting a blanket over the crate but that made things worser. They are yelling out of control at the top of there lungs and we live in a hotel. Would it work to put the crate in my jeep and put lots of blankets in it and over it at night so they can sleep as well as me or would that be cruel? I dont want their whining to end up getting us kicked out. Someone plzz help me I tried putting the crate next to me in the day or next to bed at nights when we sleep but they continue to whine for hours and hasn't stop its been 6 hours nonstop now i dont have a alarm clock that ticks to put in their to imitate a mother dogs heartbeart either puppies eat and are full and have plenty of water and has used the bathroom before i put them in the crate the tv or radio doesn't work for this problem either for the people with the smart comments i live in a extended stay hotel which is considered an apartment that allows pets which i have paid my pet deposits moreResolved Question: Is this what the Africans and Nigerians doing now in Malaysia?
I read the following article published in the malaysian Star paper:- Is this what the Africans and Nigerians doing now in Malaysia? KUALA LUMPUR: The Black Money scam, also known as the Nigerian 419 scam, was reported by Interpol to have surfaced in Malaysia in 1998. (419 refers to a section of a Nigerian law that deals with fraud.) Most of these con artists enter the country on a social visit pass which allows them to stay up to 30 days. They tend to enrol in local colleges, some even reputable ones, just to obtain student visas so that they could extend their stay here. These so-called students are believed to pay off college staff to mark their attendance. They would then send out random emails and SMS, promising huge piles of money. Usually a “processing fee” is required in advance from their targets. In some of the cases, the victim lost big amounts of money without realising it until the fraudster goes missing. They are such smooth operators that a number of victims took loans from Ah Longs to pay them. In the Black Money scam, victims are told about a stash of bank notes which had been dyed black to avoid Customs detection. The money was supposedly kept in a safe somewhere and the victim should purchase a type of chemical to wash off the dye which would then unveil “genuine” US dollars. The victim would be promised a share of the money. The supposed origin of the riches varied with each new victim. The most popular version is that the money is the lost fortunes of former Nigerian dictator General Abacha which need to be transported out of Nigeria without the Customs knowing it. Commercial Crime Investigation Department director Comm Datuk Koh Hong Sun said the con men, upon meeting their target, would produce a small vial of washing liquid called “Universal Automatic Washer” and ask the victim to select any black bank note at random. The black banknote would be washed but with a sleight of hand, the con man would substitute it with a real note. Victims are given the “washed” bank notes and are encouraged to verify their authenticity at a money changer. “They would ask the victim to buy the chemical in order to process more money and that the costs of the chemicals are very high,” he said. These con artists modus operandi of “layering,” where a different person is sent to each meeting with the victim. According to sources, places like Puchong Prima, a hotel in Ampang and several areas in Kepong are regular meeting spots for such transactions. Using laptops along with a special software, the con men are also able to forge government documents. Comm Koh, who confirmed this, said that raids on the “students’ residence” found no textbooks but merely computers and laptops. In a raid conducted by the police recently, police arrested 29 Nigerians at their office at Metro Prima in Kepong. All those arrested claimed that they were undergraduates in the Klang Valley, showing their student cards instead of passports. A check by The Star showed that some colleges here had about 70% African students. These places provide hassle-free enrolment for foreign students who pay application fees ranging from US$170 to US$330. Investigations also revealed that these so- called students did not have a clear financial source, yet they had no problems paying tuition fees and sending money home to their countries. In fact, some of them live in posh condominiums and drive luxury cars like the BMW X5. They are also known to use local women to carry out their deception, targeting single mothers or college students and using their bank accounts to conduct their shady business. Some of them, when caught by police, would falsely claim to be Muslims and recite verses from the Quran to gain sympathy, said sources. Most of these con artists are deported to their home countries as authorities usually lack evidence to charge them. However, a number of them would return to Malaysia under different passports. Comm Koh said the authorities were using biometric systems as a measure against such the conmen to prevent them from returning. “But as long as there are Malaysians who are fuelled by greed, there will be someone to take advantage of them,” he said. moreResolved Question: I need help!!!!!! You are given 2 weeks to take a plea, two years in Department of Youth Services, any fights will extend your stay at the hotel. Or you can go to trial. If you lose, sentencing guidelines state the offending parties will be facing charges as an adult 7-14 years per offense bonded over as an adult in the Pen. You are on house arrest indefinitely or at least until the court rules on the case or related matters that can bubble up to the surface before putting a person in the clink sooner. Would you take a plea or go to court? Evidence seems weak. moreTop Extended Stay Hotels Links
