Think of the added bureaucratic paper-work.... would fees be cost-effective? Think of the lawsuits... incentives for Fire Dept. to show up at accidents whether needed or not? And where does the tax money go that Fire Departments already receive???? [Article Quote]: "... 'Go away, I can't afford the jaws of life'...". Los Angeles Times Editorial [7/26/2010]: "Fire department fees: An abdication of government - It's absurd to charge motorists when the fire department shows up at the scene of an accident." http://www.latimes.com/news/opinion/editorials/la-ed-fire-20100726,0,7972490.storyWhat's the purpose of a business, other than having a name? In Los Angeles alone, a recent audit found that roughly $80,000,000 dollars in purchases made by city employees has just vanished...BIG Screen TV's...IPOD's...IPHONES...LAPTOPS...LAKERS TICKETs...all on the taxpayers dime. Crowds hurl bottles and other objects at police, smash marquees, jump on vehicles, break windows and light a small fire along Figueroa Street. At least one person is beaten unconscious. Despite a massive Los Angeles police presence Thursday night, sporadic violence broke out near Staples Center after the Lakers defeated the Boston Celtics in the NBA Finals. Crowds hurled bottles and other objects at police, smashed marquees, jumped on vehicles, broke windows, and set rubbish dumpsters and vehicles on fire along Figueroa Street north of Staples Center and on Flower Street. Police fired non-lethal rounds to disperse the crowd at Figueroa and Venice Boulevard after several small fires were set, as well as at 11th and Hope streets. At 7th and Flower, a car believed to be a taxicab was engulfed in flames. At least one person was beaten unconscious as fights broke out on Flower Street near Olympic Boulevard. A bicyclist was injured when struck by a Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department vehicle near 11th and Flower streets, according to the LAPD. In all, there were multiple injuries but no loss of life, officials said. One police officer suffered a broken nose. As night wore on, fire crews responded to many rubbish fires and some vehicle fires, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department. The LAPD declared an unlawful assembly moments after the game ended. Hundreds of officers in patrol cars, on foot and on horseback moved in to clear streets and break up the crowds. At least 12 people were arrested for crimes including public drunkenness, vandalism and inciting a riot. One person was arrested for assault on a police officer, authorities said. Several dozen people rushed onto the 10 Freeway near Figueroa and Washington boulevards, disrupting traffic, the California Highway Patrol said. http://www.latimes.com/news/local/la-me-lakers-fans-pictures,0,379783.photogallery moreVoting Question: Can I legally sit on my Los Angeles fire escape?
My landlord is saying that I can't smoke on my fire escape because "the fire department will fine the building owner". The fire escape is NOT obstructed in any way; I just prefer to smoke out there than in my apartment. I called the local fire house, and they said I can sit there as long as it's unobstructed, but I need written documentation that says such. I've already looked through the LA fire code, but can't find anything one way or the other about it. moreResolved Question: Los Angeles Mayor Antonio solves gang-related "Tagger" problem...pure genius?

SANTA ANA – Police have re-opened Santa Ana Boulevard after they arrested eight protesters of Arizona's new anti-illegal immigration law who had lain down in the street. The protesters declined to give police their names and were taken to the Santa Ana Jail.Using ropes, duct tape, bolts, and PVC pipes, they had linked themselves together into a circular chain in the westbound lanes of busy Santa Ana Boulevard. Police and firefighters had to use medical scissors and wrenches to free the protesters, all of whom lay on the baking asphalt, looking into the sun. A banner lay on the street in the center of the circle, reading: "Arizona to Costa Mesa, racism ends here." Stickers on the pipes said, "Brown and proud." Some of the protesters either couldn't stand or refused to stand once they were freed. All refused to give police their names, and many even refused to speak to Fire Department paramedics who gave them a once-over before they were loaded into a waiting police holding van. Officers arrested them on suspicion of unlawful assembly and refusal to disperse, Santa Ana Police Cpl. Anthony Bertagna said. He added that the eight would be cited and released, depending on whether they provided their names and could be identified by officers. If not, they would remain in jail. A much larger group of about 60 peaceful but loud protesters helped block the street in front of the federal building for several hours. Police vehicles and fire trucks blocked off Santa Ana Boulevard between Parton and Flower streets. Police directed traffic around the closure. Authorities didn't know about the blockade until an officer happened upon it as he drove down the boulevard. "We were given no notice" of the gathering, Bertagna said, noting the protest affected traffic downtown and nearby businesses. "This is a major thoroughfare in the city of Santa Ana." The protesters, among other things, demanded that Santa Ana declare itself a so-called sanctuary city; that police officers not work with immigration officials; and that Costa Mesa repeal its Rule of Law resolution. One banner read: "Vengo a Defender los Derechos de la Humanidad'' – "I Come Here to Defend the Rights of Humanity.'' Sarina Sanchez, 21, a UCLA student from Los Angeles, was one of the protesters. She said the group wants Santa Ana to take a firmer stance against the Arizona immigration-enforcement law and wants Santa Ana police to stop collaborating with Immigration and Customs Enforcement. She said Thursday's protest was lead by the youth in the city. "There is a lot of youth here and immigrant families in Santa Ana," she said. She added that the eight arrested by authorities were in the country legally. The demonstration was organized by word of mouth. Phone calls were made and messages sent through social networking sites, such as Facebook. "We see an attack in the communities all over the nation,'' said protester Abraham Medina, a 21-year-old Santa Ana resident who attends UC Irvine. "People are scared to even go to work and come home from work.'' The protesters are not part of any specific group, he said, but represent "the community that has been silenced because of policies that introduce terror in our communities.'' The protesters scoffed – "Whose street? Our street!" -- after police issued a dispersal warning more than two hours after they first blocked Santa Ana Boulevard. Others chanted, "la raza unida, jamás será vencida"—"a race, united, will never be defeated." http://www.ocregister.com/news/immigration-251704-protestors-blocked.html?cb=1275597533 moreResolved Question: Should Arizona utilize its' right of Eminent domain and grab control of power plants in its border?
then shut off power to Calif? Eminent domain (United States, Canada), compulsory purchase (United Kingdom, New Zealand, Ireland), resumption/compulsory acquisition (Australia) or expropriation (South Africa and Canada's common law systems) is the inherent power of the state to seize a citizen's private property, expropriate property, or seize a citizen's rights in property with due monetary compensation, but without the owner's consent. The property is taken either for government use or by delegation to third parties who will devote it to public or civic use or, in some cases, economic development. The most common uses of property taken by eminent domain are for public utilities, highways, and railroads[citation needed], however it may also be taken for reasons of public safety, such as in the case of Centralia, Pennsylvania. Some jurisdictions require that the government body offer to purchase the property before resorting to the use of eminent domain. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eminent_domain Arizona falsely threatens L.A. power supply Los Angeles is the largest of several cities in California voting to boycott Arizona because of its new immigration enforcement law. An Arizona commissioner took the controversy up a notch by suggesting that Los Angeles stop receiving power from its two Arizona-based plants. It's not going to happen. Arizona can't turn off the power on its own. The Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station is located west of Phoenix. The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power owns 5 percent of the plant and 21 percent of a coal-fired plant on Navajo land to the north. Up to 25 percent of Los Angeles electricity comes from those two Arizona-based plants. Then AZ can show LA that yes indeed they CAN shut off power to LA. http://abclocal.go.com/kabc/story?section=news/local/los_angeles&id=7450784Attention all: It is NOT federal (no part of the "plants" cross state lines.sorry intel: Feds don't trump states in the power arena. The electric power industry is evolving from a monopolistic industry characterized by vertically integrated electric utilities providing generation, transmission and distribution service to consumers at cost-based rates to an industry where ownership and/or operation of generation, transmission and distribution facilities have been increasingly separated functionally or by divestiture of generating assets. Increasingly wholesale and retail electricity prices are determined by competitive market forces, subject to a regulatory framework that is based on rules that monitor market participants’ behavior to ensure workable competition. Monopoly transmission and distribution service providers generally operate under a traditional cost-based regulatory frameworkintel : Do you understand what the commerce clause is? It regulates Interstate Bussiness. Let me simplify if for you. If a man makes a hat and sells that hat in his local State; NOTHING the Feds do can force the many to sell his hats ACROSS state lines. This all stems from the manager not replacing a wall A/C which he has had tested twice by a C-20 licensed A/C contractor. It puts out 42 degree air. The tenant complains about the A/C when it is 59 degrees outside. This tenant has done the following: 1) in all of her letters and talk to others she calls the manager a "liar", a "bad manager", and he "does not like women." 2) she has sent three long rambling letters of complaint to the owners of the building asking he be fired; 3) sent a complaint to consumer affairs which they contacted the owner; 4) filed a complaint with the Los Angeles Housing Department; 5) posted a letter of complaint on the apt building for other tenants to see; 6) posted two negative comments to an internet site mentioning the manager and telling others to stay away from the building; 6) told the A/C vendor the manager is a liar and a lousey manager; 7) sends these letters from her employer's fax machine and her employer's computers; 8) has not stopped her complaints to other tenants after receiving a cease and desist letter. All of this makes it impossible for the manager to now function effectively around the building as his character and the trust he needs from other tenants is now damaged. He cannot now enter her apartment for any maintenance request for fear of being set-up for something. So, what are the chances of a defamation of character suite for punitive damages in small claims court? The owners are tired of all of this but cannot evict the lady. Can her employer be put in the suit as leverage? Any suggestions? moreResolved Question: Should children born in the US to illegal aliens be considered Americans?
County Spends $600 Mil On Welfare For Illegal Immigrants Last Updated: Thu, 03/11/2010 - 3:14pm For the second consecutive year taxpayers in a single U.S. county will dish out more than half a billion dollars just to cover the welfare and food-stamp costs of illegal immigrants. Los Angeles County, the nation’s most populous, may be in the midst of a dire financial crisis but somehow there are plenty of funds for illegal aliens. In January alone, anchor babies born to the county’s illegal immigrants collected more than $50 million in welfare benefits. At that rate the cash-strapped county will pay around $600 million this year to provide illegal aliens’ offspring with food stamps and other welfare perks. The exorbitant figure, revealed this week by a county supervisor, doesn’t even include the enormous cost of educating, medically treating or incarcerating illegal aliens in the sprawling county of about 10 million residents. Los Angeles County annually spends more than $1 billion for those combined services, including $500 million for healthcare and $350 million for public safety. About a quarter of the county’s welfare and food stamp issuances go to parents who reside in the United States illegally and collect benefits for their anchor babies, according to the figures from the county’s Department of Social Services. In 2009 the tab ran $570 million and this year’s figure is expected to increase by several million dollars. Illegal immigration continues to have a “catastrophic impact on Los Angeles County taxpayers,” the veteran county supervisor (Michael Antonovich) who revealed the information has said. The former fifth-grade history teacher has repeatedly come under fire from his liberal counterparts for publicizing statistics that confirm the devastation illegal immigration has had on the region. Antonovich, who has served on the board for nearly three decades, represents a portion of the county that is roughly twice the size of Rhode Island and has about 2 million residents. His district is simply a snippet of a larger crisis. Nationwide, Americans pay around $22 billion annually to provide illegal immigrants with welfare benefits that include food assistance programs such as free school lunches in public schools, food stamps and a nutritional program (known as WIC) for low-income women and their children. Tens of billions more are spent on other social services, medical care, public education and legal costs such as incarceration and public defenders. http://www.judicialwatch.org/blog/2010/mar/county-spends-600-mil-welfare-illegals moreResolved Question: Why is it so difficult for Obama to select appointments without crooked backgrounds?
Maj. Gen. Robert A. Harding, a retired Army intelligence officer, was selected to take over the Transportation Security Administration, or T.S.A., just two and a half weeks ago, following the withdrawal of Mr. Obama’s first pick under fire. No third choice was announced, and the back-to-back failed nominations mean that the job is likely to remain unfilled for months to come. General Harding’s bid came unraveled after reports that his firm collected more federal money than it was entitled to for providing interrogators in Iraq. In a statement, General Harding said, “I felt that I could bring some leadership, vision and intelligence expertise” to the post. “However, I feel that the distractions caused by my work as a defense contractor would not be good for this administration nor for the Department of Homeland Security.” The president’s first nominee, Erroll G. Southers, a former F.B.I. agent and counterterrorism supervisor for the Los Angeles airport police, withdrew his nomination in January after giving conflicting answers about conducting police background checks on a man his estranged wife was seeing.http://www.nytimes.com/2010/03/27/us/27tsa.html?hp moreVoting Question: What is the 'name' for the following as one group?

This is something I personally witnessed about six years ago at the Angeles Range in Tujunga, Califonia, just north of Los Angeles. 1) The range is large. 2) On Thursdays, the Los Angeles Police Department would rent out the left side of the rifle ranges. 3) There was a junk car at about the 600 yard line. 4) A police helicopter would fly diagonally towards the junk car, over the RIGHT side of the rifle ranges. 5) Someone would fire a fully automatic weapon from the helicopter. 6) 9mm brass would fall on the RIGHT side of the range, hitting the pavilion roof, and dropping onto the right side of the range. 7) You could see bullets hitting the junk car. This made no sense to me, or any of the civilian shooters on the right side of the range which was civilians. The Police were on the left side of the range. It was witnessed by several hundred people. I went shooting last weekend in the high desert. I had two centerfire handguns. One was a Used Spanish Star Model B I bought from this guy at the range who was out of work, and hard up for cash. The other was this revolver I bought used Police Surplus real cheap. It is a Smith and Wesson Model 64, Four Inch Heavy Barrel, double action only, no hammer spur, former NYPD revolver marked "NY-1." This was, supposedly, the very last revolver make and model used by NYPD. Someone bought it in NYC from John Jovino, and then moved to Los Angeles, didn't want it, and sold it on Commission to Turner's Outdoorsman. We were shooting both guns into the dirt, wet newspaper, clay, and what have you. We were firing +P in the .38 Super, and +P+ Law Enforcement Only 110 Grain in the .38 Special. My brother's department LONG ago went over to an automatic pistol, so my brother gave me several boxes of the +P+ LE stuff, because it was old and he didn't need it anymore. And what I noticed was, compared to the .38 Super, the .38 Special just seemed anemic. When you shot something with the .38 Super, stuff flew, and little bits spun all over the place, and you got a loud sound when it hit anything hard. With the .38 Special, almost nothing. You could barely notice the bullet hitting anything. I wonder why that was?The Machinist A very large percentage of male elementary school teachers are gay. Obama's choice to head TSA withdraws name Washington (CNN) -- The Obama administration's nominee to head the Transportation Security Administration withdrew his name from consideration Wednesday. Erroll Southers, assistant chief for homeland security and intelligence at Los Angeles World Airports Police Department, was nominated for the post by President Obama in early September. He came under fire from the GOP for testimony before Congress in which Senate Republicans say he gave incomplete information about accessing a federal database for personal reasons. The move led to a censure from the FBI. Sen. Jim DeMint, R-South Carolina, also spearheaded GOP objections to Southers based on concerns over the TSA becoming unionized. Specifically, DeMint and other Republicans have expressed concern that collective bargaining -- a union tactic allowing workers to organize together and negotiate on issues such as hours and wages -- would be allowed if Southers takes over. "It is clear that my nomination has become a lightning rod for those who have chosen to push a political agenda at the risk of the safety and security of the American people," Southers said in a written statement. "This partisan climate is unacceptable, and I refuse to allow myself to remain part of their dialogue." Obama "believes that Erroll Southers would have been an excellent TSA administrator but understands his personal decision and the choice he has made," White House spokesman Nick Shapiro said Wednesday. The dispute over Southers' confirmation came as the agency is under the microscope after the failed Christmas Day terrorist attack on a Northwest Airlines plane heading to Detroit, Michigan. ...Damn!!, I Can't Believe It =(, She Was A Great Actress: LOS ANGELES — Brittany Murphy, the actress who got her start in the sleeper hit "Clueless" and rose to stardom in "8 Mile" before her movie roles declined in recent years, died Sunday in Los Angeles of what appeared to be natural causes, a Los Angeles County coroner's official said. She was 32. Murphy was pronounced dead at 10:04 a.m. at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, hospital spokeswoman Sally Stewart said. Murphy was transported to the hospital after the Los Angeles Fire Department responded to a call at 8 a.m. at the home she shared with her husband, British screenwriter Simon Monjack, in the Hollywood Hills. Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter said Murphy apparently collapsed in the bathroom, and authorities were looking into her medical history. An official cause of death may not be determined for some time, since toxicology tests will be required, but "it appears to be natural," Winter said. He said an autopsy was planned for Monday or Tuesday. Winter said Murphy's family was cooperating with the coroner's investigation. Funeral arrangements have not been announced, he said. Los Angeles police have opened an investigation into Murphy's death, Officer Norma Eisenman said. Detectives and coroner's officials were at Murphy and Monjack's home Sunday afternoon but did not talk to reporters. Paparazzi were camped outside the multistory home, located above the Sunset Strip. Tribal Governments, Edison, Gas Company. Huh?
When I'm watching TV in the Los Angeles broadcast market, I notice these two groups of commercials. Can anyone explain to me why they even exist? TRIBAL GOVERNMENTS So indian reservations put their own commercials on TV about how they have their own governments and basically run cities with police officers, fire departments, and hospitals. Great, but what is the message I'm supposed to get from the commercial? Am I being told to do anything? Sure doesn't seem like it. UTILITY COMPANY ADS Why does SoCal Edison have ads on TV? All they do is talk about history, and oh look at the pretty pictures of power lines and windmills. And we've been here for 100 years. Once again, more power to you. Why is LA Times indicating it's hard to see what good will come of throwing undocumented workers out of their jobs ? American Apparel is in the process of firing all of its undocumented workers, under pressure from the Department of Homeland Security -- a move that will cause as much real harm to Los Angeles as it will imaginary good. Taking away as many as 1,800 jobs that pay $10 to $12 an hour plus benefits will probably drive those workers into an underground economy or into sweatshops, maybe into crime, maybe homelessness. They and their children will be more susceptible to poverty and hunger and more likely to require public assistance. There are those who believe that Los Angeles will benefit because those jobs will now go to American citizens. Certainly that is possible. Joblessness in California is at 12.2%, a 70-year high andfar past the national average of 9.7%, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. And between August 2008 and August of this year, Los Angeles lost more jobs than any other U.S. city. Citizens of every race and ethnicity, desperate for employment, are now frequenting day- labor sites in downtown L.A. and Hollywood, according to the Wall Street Journal; some have turned to farm work and labor in the fields. But even if American Apparel replaces its lost workers with U.S. citizens, it's just a shell game; one problem is solved while another is created. President Obama vowed to redirect immigration enforcement away from the workplace actions of the Bush administration -- which often involved Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers storming in and rounding up employees -- and to put the pressure on employers instead. And he has kept that promise. However, it would make more sense for the government to use its strained resources to nab abusive employers -- it is a sure bet that not too far from the American Apparel building downtown, where the company provided decent wages, reasonable benefits and even a masseuse to rub tired shoulders, workers are toiling in sweatshops. http://www.latimes.com/news/opinion/la-ed-apparel5-2009oct05,0,5462529.story What right should there be to give those jobs to the law breakers, the illegal immigrants who jump in front of everyone else ? moreResolved Question: Can a civilian use "For Law Enforcement Use Only," Ammo?
I bought a house I could afford. Which here in Los Angeles, meant a very high crime neighborhood. I got burglar bars, a fence, a big dog, and floodlights. And a revolver. Ammo, particularly hollow point ammo is practically impossible to buy right now in Los Angeles. The landlord of the house next door is a Los Angeles County Sheriff's Deputy. I mentioned this problem, and he told me he could sell me some ammo. I own a police surplus .38 Special. It is a Smith and Wesson Model 64. It is stainless steel, with a heavy four inch barrel, double action only, with a bobbed hammer and black rubber grips that say "Pachmayr" on them. The gun is marked "NY-1," and is supposedly New York Police Surplus. My neighbor's landlord is willing to sell me some old ammo he bought. Apparently, at some time in the past, the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department switched to 9mm, and so he doesn't need the .38 ammo he bought. He stockpiled a lot of .38 ammo. I think his department let him buy it at reduced prices. The ammo is in a red and white box and says "Federal," on it. It is marked on the side: "+P+ High Velocity 110 Gr. Controlled Expansion .38 Special FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT USE ONLY." The bullets are marked on the bottom of the cartridge "L E and then F C" The ammo is over ten years old, but he gave me some rounds, and when I fired them, they all worked just fine, and despite their age, the people at that range said they were loaded "hot," and according to the rangemaster, by the noise and flash, they were "pretty strong .38's" The guy said he would sell me all the boxes I wanted for ten bucks a box of 50. So my questions are these: 1) Will firing a lot of these hurt my gun? 2) His department hasn't used these in ten years. Hollowpoint bullets are perfectly legal in my state. Is there any reason I couldn't buy or use these bullets? His department has changed from .38 Special to 9mm. 3) How long do bullets stay good? 4) Is this a good deal? It's almost impossible to buy hollowpoint bullets right now? 5) Should I stock up? Or just buy a few boxes? .Steven F Deep Emotion Response. N. Korea threatens US; world anticipates missile Play Video Video:Vigil To Be Held For Imprisoned Journalists CBS 2 / KCAL 9 Los Angeles By HYUNG-JIN KIM, Associated Press Writer Hyung-jin Kim, Associated Press Writer – 1 hr 28 mins ago SEOUL, South Korea – North Korea threatened Wednesday to wipe the United States off the map as Washington and its allies watched for signs the regime will launch a series of missiles in the coming days. Off China's coast, a U.S. destroyer was tailing a North Korean ship suspected of transporting illicit weapons to Myanmar in what could be the first test of U.N. sanctions passed to punish the nation for an underground nuclear test last month. The Kang Nam left the North Korean port of Nampo a week ago with the USS John S. McCain close behind. The ship, accused of transporting banned goods in the past, is believed bound for Myanmar, according to South Korean and U.S. officials. The new U.N. Security Council resolution requires member states to seek permission to inspect suspicious cargo. North Korea has said it would consider interception a declaration of war and on Wednesday accused the U.S. of seeking to provoke another Korean War. "If the U.S. imperialists start another war, the army and people of Korea will ... wipe out the aggressors on the globe once and for all," the official Korean Central News Agency said. The warning came on the eve of the 59th anniversary of the start of the three-year Korean War, which ended in a truce in 1953, not a peace treaty, leaving the peninsula in state of war. The U.S. has 28,500 troops in South Korea to protect against an outbreak of hostilities. Tensions have been high since North Korea launched a long-range rocket in April and then conducted its second underground atomic test on May 25. Reacting to U.N. condemnation of that test, North Korea walked away from nuclear disarmament talks and warned it would fire a long-range missile. North Korea has banned ships from the waters off its east coast starting Thursday through July 10 for military exercises, Japan's Coast Guard said. South Korea's Yonhap news agency reported Wednesday that the North may fire a Scud missile with a range of up to 310 miles (500 kilometers) or a short-range ground-to-ship missile with a range of 100 miles (160 kilometers) during the no-sail period. A senior South Korean government official said the no-sail ban is believed connected to North Korean plans to fire short- or mid-range missiles. He spoke on condition of anonymity, citing department policy. U.S. defense and counterproliferation officials in Washington said they also expected the North to launch short- to medium-range missiles. The officials spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss sensitive intelligence. South Korea will expedite the introduction of high-tech unmanned aerial surveillance systems and "bunker-buster" bombs in response to North Korea's provocations, the Chosun Ilbo newspaper said, citing unidentified ruling party members. Meanwhile, a flurry of diplomatic efforts were under way to try getting North Korea to return to disarmament talks. Russia's top nuclear envoy, Alexei Borodavkin, said after meeting with his South Korean counterpart that Moscow is open to other formats for discussion since Pyongyang has pulled out of formal six-nation negotiations. In Beijing, top U.S. and Chinese defense officials also discussed North Korea. U.S. Defense Undersecretary Michele Flournoy was heading next to Tokyo and Seoul for talks. South Korea has proposed high-level "consultations" to discuss North Korea with the U.S., Russia, China and Japan. ___ Associated Press writers Jae-soon Chang in Seoul; Pauline Jelinek, Pamela Hess and Lolita Baldor in Washington and Min Lee in Hong Kong contributed to this report. Are we going to wait and see again ?For those of you that do not know, at the Geneva convention many years ago, it was enacted that the US would be in charge of the free world. After loosing his job he has made up all sort of excuses to not look for another one. He never talked about his past so after the last incident we had, I chose to finally do a background search on him... What I found out is devastating. The man has a number of crimes on his record! The report lists a number of codes that i do not understand. Can someone please help me understand what they exactly mean? Thank you. From FL Department of Law Enforcement (AOC): OFFENSE CODE: 0810.09.2A OFFENSE CLASS: N OFFENSE TYPE: Criminal Also from FL (a different date) OFFENSE CODE: 0806.01.1 OFFENSE CLASS: N OFFENSE TYPE: Criminal OFFENSE: ARSON; WILLFULLY AND UNLAWFULLY DAMAGES STRUCTURES BY FIRE OR EXPLOSIVE, WITH GROUNDS TO BELIEVE PERSON IS IN STRUCTURE From CA Los Angeles Superior Court OFFENSE CODE: H 11378 H 11377 H 11350 OFFENSE CLASS: Criminal Felony OFFENSE TYPE: Criminal OFFENSE: POSS CNTL SUB FOR SALE Also from LA from another date: OFFENSE CODE: H 11364 OFFENSE CLASS: Criminal Felony OFFENSE TYPE: Criminal OFFENSE: CNTL SUB PARAPHERNALIA From CA Orange County Superior Court OFFENSE CODE: OFFENSE CLASS: OFFENSE TYPE: Criminal OFFENSE: Complaint I am speechless.
