I am 14 years old, going to turn 15 very soon. I just recently got my braces taken off, but I have been missing both of my upper lateral incisors congenitally (I never grew them since I was a baby).

I just got a retainer that has these teeth (kind of like dentures, but without the hassle) and it is not too bad.
I heard about bonded "Maryland" bridges from my dentist and when I was searching online. I have one question, can I get this bridge to replace my teeth? Or do I have to wait until my teeth are set (maybe one year or so?)
I already know about implants, but those have to wait until maybe 18 to 21 years, and I really want to know if I can have a bonded bridge until then!
I really need a person who has had past experience to answer this question, or some one who is qualified. Thank you!

Searching Yahoo Answers led me to information on the "Affordable Dentures" chain. One Yahoo answerer recounted a fine experience with his services. Another's account was beyond horrible - reminisance of say, the Saw movies.
Has anyone had experience with the "Affordable Dentures" locations in Salisbury Maryland, Harrisburg Pennsylvania, or Winchester VA?
They charge extractions at: $70/simple or $120/complex. Their "Premium New Denture Wearer Package" (Immediate denture, 'aftercare treatment plan,' second denture and adjustments) for a top denture is $760.

My mother is a diabetic and has had 2 major heart attacks. Last October, she had to have a quadruple heart valve bypass. She has very bad teeth and gum disease. Doctors have told her her that her teeth play a huge part in why she had the heart attacks and why she cant keep her blood sugar under control. She has state issued Medicaid, but there isn't a dentist who will take her. She dosn't have a job, and lives off of social security benefits. Is there anyone out there who can help? She lives in Maryland. Please.
