Open Question: What should I do about my Girlfriend not telling me the truth?

I have been dating my girlfriend for the better part of 8 months, and since the beginning she has been totally shady. I understand it's my fault for not confronting the issue when I noticed it the first time, but I haven't been in that many relationships before and I didn't think much of it( plus i wasn't to keen on invading her personal privacy because i do care about her). Either way, after our first date and around 3 weeks of hanging out together I drove by her apartment on the way to class and another guys car is parked at her apartment, This guy, in particular, had been extremely jealous of me when he first learned that she was interested. He always mentioned something obvious like, "You know she likes you right?" Anyway I called her asking if she had already found a replacement, to which she replied no of course, and that he had slept on the couch with her friend (Which is total b.s. and her apartment is a tiny one- bedroom). A month later she goes to Hawaii with her family for two weeks. When she returned instead of coming back to see me (we met at school and that's where i was), she stayed in her home town for another week and a half. I found out from some friends of mine that she had been talking to one of her ex's and they were facebooking all summer. When she finally returns from her "vacation", things are not the same at all. She treated me like a friend for almost two weeks after. In between this time I notice she keeps getting text from the same guy repeatedly all day and night. Considering that she had gone through my phone and facebook page, I jumped at the opportunity to go through hers. The guy she had been texting had wrote things like "yeah I hope they never find out", "it's been so long since i've had sex" and she said things like, "Glad I could help you out." Also, on her facebook page on August 8, 2009 she put "(her name) loves (this guy, which was the guy she had been texting). She also posted a quote from Mae- "Embers and Envelopes" on Aug. 8, 2009 her blog suggesting she had done something she may regret but was not sure. She still text this guy to this very day. She has blurted out several comments about her ex's when she is drunk and does not think anything of it. Her birthday rolls around on Aug. 15, and I catch her in the bathroom with one of my friends doing xanax (this same friend spent the night at her house and she said he slept on the couch as well. I know this guy, and he would hump a catchers mit once again it was just him and her this time, and she still said he slept on the couch in that small apt?! yeah right.). They were both hammered drunk because i talked to both of them on the phone that night. Another insane instance, her U.S. History professor and her have been texting back and forth. She tried to forward the texts to a friend because she thought it was cool that a "hot" professor wanted her to hang out, and accidentallysent them all to me as well. She claims that she was just doing it because she didn't know he was trying to hit on her and blah blah. She still texts him to this very day and says that it's harmless. Finally, perhaps the last straw for me, she left her journal in my car, on Valentines Day! This journal only included one entry and it was dated Feb 12, 2010 (im guessing either she meant for me to see this or she transfers the other entries to another notebook). Some of the lines that shocked me: "reminds me of sexy freshman trials, uninhibited by obligations to others feelings..." "2 dorm beds, and 2 friends with a deniable yet ridiculously hot attraction to one another.." "sexy passionate gestures, lips in perfect synchronization the parting of which allows his tongue to touch hers.." "she pulls his body towards her for a mind blowing kiss.." She goes on to talk about how he ends up giving her oral sex and how despite what she is doing now she is happy and filled with emotion when she thinks about it, and she mist always remember that "she has felt that!". It made me sick to my stomach. I had just bought her flowers etc.. not three minutes later i'm reading that garbage. It seems like she has been all bad, but I love her. We've had plenty of memorable experiences i'll never forget, but it just seems like everyday something else is uncovered to prove how stupid I am for putting up with this. I know I shouldn't have gone through her phone, but like I said she still does it to me, and I had probable cause for sure. She denies ever lying, cheating, or doing anything she isn't suppose to. Although, the things I have listed in this inquiry have been proven, no maybes here. I need advice on what to do. She tells me she loves me and wants to be with me forever, but I do not think I can continue this relationship as laid back as I am. I cannot keep up with the lies. Someone please help quickly!!! more

hey so the girl ive liked for 8 years keeps asking me if i can go on vacay with her and her family and i feel somfortable (like weve been best friends for along time and i love her family and they love me :P so obviously i want to go on this trip...but the problem is there renting a lake house in the middle of nowhere...its a nice cottage that takes you away from the stress of the city :P the house has a working toilet...but not a shower (which i dont really mind :P) her and i would be sharing the room with our mutual female friend and we would most likely pull all nighters...this sounds perfect doesnt it? but here the problem she loves swimming like she is a lifeguard during the summer and she is really good...and i love to swim too but i dont feel comfortable swimming with her like i have a third nipple :P ahaha which is super embarrasing and i have a three scars on my back from a car accident i was in and another scar on my shoulder from a german shepard that bit me on my shoulder :P so im getting all these things removed in 9 months,,,but that will be after the vacation,,,its impossible to have them change the date since theyve been on a waiting list for almost a year like it wouldnt be that bad if she swam for like an hour...but she will probably be swimming for like 6 hours a day :P and our friend loves swimming too and so does her family other then her mom :P also what do i do about the bathroom problem :P like ill be there for a week so i will have to...take a dump and i really dont want to do that in her house :P more

My current expenses are: $100.00 to the Orthodontist - monthly $55.00 cell phone bill - monthly $100.00 education - monthly $250 Rent - monthly - live at home Currently $505.00 per month Here are my following options (depending on how they are paired up, I can do more than 1): - Pay off 7k worth of debt (but then have an empty savings account)? - Move out on my own, pay rent of $700 plus utilities and furnish the place? - Purchase a used car (have no car note) and have a mode of transportation instead of paying $30 weekly for public transportation? - Or Pay off majority of my bills, get a much more inexpensive used car? - Purchase website domain, and trademark/copyright the business name I'm working on opening in 2 years? - Go on a vacation this summer (I wouldn't need all of my money to do this)? - Open up a ROTH IRA with 2k? more

I know this is long, but please read...i need help and am not sure what to do. I don't come home to visit from school often because I live in another state than my parents do, they are in Michgain, I am in Chiacgo. When I do come home to visit however, my parents are often very mean. I have a lot to tell them when I come home because I never see them and so I'm sure I talk a whole lot while I'm home however, they yell at me constantly for it and after one day of being home they ask me when I'm leaving. Ever since I've turned 18 they have done NOTHING for me. They never bought me clothes, didn't help pay for school...they would occasionally give me money for groceries or if they wanted to take a vacation, come and take me to go buy groceries and dinner. Recently I was home for a month as most are for xmas break. While I was home, my parents decided that they wanted to buy my 17 yr old sister a car because she was planning to take her drivers test soon....they never even offered to buy me a car. They also have taken my room away. When I come home I have to sleep on the couch or in bed with my sister....I have an apartment at school however I can't afford to stay there in the summer so I come home every summer to work and have a place to stay. Three days after my dad bought my sisters car he decided to drive me back to school and we went to the grocery store where he told me "i can't afford to pay for your groceries because i just bought your sister a car and paid $120 for your doctor bill" ...I went to the doctor because we thought I had diabetes......so I had to pay $300 for groceries because I have no car to get to the store if I need something. So then I am now having an issue with my hands turning funny colors and I am home on Spring Break....There could be something seriously wrong with me and he is telling me, someone who makes about $50 every 2 weeks because my job sucks... that he's not paying for my doctors bills because I'm 21 years old and no one paid for his stuff when he was 21 that it isn't his responsibility....he has been telling me that I'm not his responsibility to feed or anything since the day I turned 18.... the day that I got home for break my dad yelled at me to take the dog out even though he was standing right next to her and the door going to bed. So I said no because I was doing something and he started screaming at me to let the dog out or get out of his house because I wasn't going to sit on my ass and be lazy the whole week I was home.... Its my spring break, i work 7 days a week on top of classes and NEVER get to relax or go out.... but I'm lazy. Since I've been home, everyone can be having a conversation but if I decide to say even "hello" he's screaming at me to STFU because he's watching TV and tells me to go talk to myself cus no one cares. The other day he told me he doesn't want me here and he doesn't know what its gonna take for me to get the hint and says I don't care go to school, get your degree be happy and healthy but I don't want you around. All I was doing was trying to have a conversation with my sister about something but because he was watching something he got mad. I'm so fed up with it that now I've started to respond back at him with an attitude because I'm doing nothing wrong and he's yelling at me. But if anyone else in this house does that, he doesn't say a word to them. He never yells at anyone else here no matter what they do wrong or if they are talking and he tells me that I have no opinion while I'm at his house that this isn't my house so I need to shut up. AND ANOTHER DAY.... we were all having a conversation at dinner and my brother started being mean for no reason so I said like any sister would, that he needed to shut up. My mother and sister both said the same thing but he said nothing to them and proceeded to tell me "stfu and don't tell my son what to do you don't live here and we don't give a fuck if you don't like it you can leave." I'm constantly feeling belittled and like I'm never good enough when I'm here and it doesn't help that I just recently stopped dating a guy who I was in love with that treated me basically the same way after the first year of dating me ....again, I wasn't ever doing anything to him. I would call him and he would be busy and he'd start screaming at me. I call my dad and my dad hangs up on me, he threatens me and then he tells me that I'm a bitch. I love my brother and mom and sister and I come home for them and the rest of my family but i DONT want anything to do with him anymore and I don't know what to do....... my entire family has noticed these things, from my gma to my uncles and they have all made comments about "where do you sleep since you no longer have a room," or "why is it they buy a car for her but not you" or "why is it that they make you do everything and act so mean to you all the time" and things like that. Resolved Question: 2001 toyota sienna vibration?

I have owned a 2001 Toyota Sienna minivan for several years now, and we have sometimes had a vibration felt strongly in the steering wheel. It’s a problem that often occurs at the worst time – When we are on a long trip! The tires are good and balanced, and have been replaced, and balanced several times without really changing the problem. The struts/shocks have been replaced. There is no noise associated with the vibration, nor is there ever any strange noises. The vibration happens intermittently. I have a theory that it’s related to the rear brakes, because once when we had to have the rear rotors replaced, we noticed the vibrations were worse than ever. The mechanic said that the new rotors had been very hot, and that he adjusted the rear brakes out some, and the problem went away. That makes me think that they are auto adjusting to be too tight, or that could be just a wild goose chase. It could be bearings… When I pull over after vibration the front wheels are often very hot, but I don’t know if that’s normal. I’d like to take a vacation this summer, but relying on the Sienna scares me. Other than that problem, it’s been a great car. Any ideas? more

It was summer vacation and my dad gave the news again that we where going to move and I felt sad again because we had to move every year scene I was 7 years old. Then I went up to my room and packed up all the things I needed. And then the next day we left to Tallahassee, Florida and then I got excited but then when we got to our new home my smile swept off my face as I stared at my new house. Then we went inside and went to my new room and unpacked. I looked out my bed room window and saw a house, it looked liked a hundred year old house. Then I went down stairs. Before I knew it was summer vacation was over and had to go back to school. My dad drove me to school and hen when I got to my new school I started to talk to myself saying be calm act like you always did when you went to a new school. When I got inside I went to my class and started first period then. At lunch I was sitting with my new friends and we talked about my moving to many different places and how hard it is to be me. When I went home my friends asked if we can stay at my house for a while, I asked my mom and she said yes. We were out side playing truth or dare. Sally Dared me to go to the house next to my house and to stay in there for 5 mins or longer. They pushed me into the house and I looked around and saw a doll, I took the doll. When I was half way out my friends scared me. Then we went in my house and they told me the house I went in was cursed and that anyone that went in it will get cursed for life and I said your just saying that to scare me. But then they told me about the boy that went in and when he went out and crossed the street to go to his house a car ran him over, people thought it was because the house cursed him. Then I said do u have proof that happened then she pulled out a news paper from her backpack and she gave it to me and told me to read the first part. Then I gave it back and said you weren't kidding about that story. Then they left and then Sally went back in and said you might want to return that doll to that house everyone says it’s cursed, ok Bye. I picked up the doll and said to my self return it it’s the right thing to do. Then I got up to return the doll but my mom stopped me because I needed to go to bed. I went up stairs to my room and threw the doll out the window and went to sleep. When I got up I saw that doll on my computer desk. T took the doll and threw it out the window again. When I got down stairs my little sister was holding it. I was about to scream but I held it in. I went to the table and watched my little sister and after I was done eating I went to school. more

Open Question: Guinea Pig questions and concerns?

I would like to adopt a pair of Guinea Pigs from a local shelter, but I have some worries. Our family goes on vacations during the summer and whenever else we can, and I was wondering if I could take them with me on a car ride or if I should leave them at home and pay one of my well trusted neighbors to take care of them. I have a small-ish room and would not be able to give them seven feet of space, but they would have a four of five foot cage to live in. Is that good, because that is the best our family has? I could let them outside in one of those x-pens in the spring and summer. I also would take them out in the morning for ten minutes or so each, and then again in the evening, after I return from school. I would give them their exercise in the evening, after I get home from school. Will they be lonely if I am gone from 6am to 3pm? I would get two so they would be less bored and lonely and I would also give them some things to do in their age. Is that enough? If not, could you give me some advice? If we need to go to the grocery store the next day and are lacking in fruits and veggies, what should I do? How much should a Guinea Pig cost for it’s entire life, not including the original purchase price? How would I introduce the two Guineas together? I want them to be able to live calmly together, and I am getting two females, most likely around the same age or from the same shelter. Thank you very much, Indigo more

Pleaseee!!! help this is due tomorow and i don't know how to say what i want it to say.. feel free to also add opinion on the other part as well. The first day of school. Ugh! Now don't get me wrong, usually I would be excited. I drove myself in my new car (a white 2009, convertible Volkswagen bug!) and my school totally rocks! We're allowed to go off campus for lunch, even though lots of kids prefer to stay and eat the cafeteria food, which is surprisingly delicious. And even though our school is considered small, we have tons of extracurricular activities and we usually win in sports. Great football team, who Jason Donssen is the captain of (who I've been crushing on since forever and is totally hot!). But my best friends Leah and Hannah, twins, aren't back from their summer vacations. So, naturally I have to start junior year by myself. Well, I guess not completely alone. I could easily go hang with the gang, but I fell weird around them without the twins (It was their crew before we met.)But I didn't feel like it, and besides they already left for lunch at Subway. I was reading in the library (I know, DORK!) when I remembered I had my car. So i hastily put everything in my bag and started walking towards the parking lot, eager to cruise and show off. I was just about there when i realized i hadn't stopped for my purse or keys. “Crap” I cursed under my breath and sharply turned around, unaware that someone was there. I ran smack into him. Well, I think it was a him. If It was a girl it must have been an unbelievably muscular and tall one. I'm 5'6 and people call me tall, but whoever was in my way must have been more than 6 feet tall, seeing that my forehead ran smack into his chin. Falling to the ground, the first thing I thought of was; OMG! If this is Jason we might actually have a conversation! Not; Now I am going to break my head open on the hard tile floors. That thought only occurred to me a heartbeat before firm, strong, hands enveloped me saving me from my possibly fatal fall. If my heart wasn't racing before, it sure as hell was now. Not from my forehead, which was still throbbing. Not from the fact I almost landed flat on my derriere. Because staring into my eyes were those amazing sapphire eyes i had... ** i dont know what to say, but i want it to be like when she looks into his eyes all the memories come back and she just gets lost in them but i dont know how to say that.. help?!! Here is chapter one of my story (I'm not asking about grammar I just want to know what you think of the plot so far. Also i have chapter 2 done and i am working on number 3 right now) On the first day of my adventure I woke up to my favorite song “It’s My Life” by Bon Jovi. Of course at the time I had no idea what was about to happen “Morning already?” I groaned. Suddenly my eyes shot open as I realized what day it was “It’s the first day of summer vacation and yesterday was my last day of 12th grade…that means freedom!” suddenly the phone rang “Hello?” I said when I picked up the phone it was my friend Mike on the other line. “Hey Michael,” said Mike “’Sup?” I asked casually “Not much, you?” “I just woke up,” “You just woke up? Dude it’s like 1 in the afternoon,” “So? It’s not like there’s school today,” “Dude there was a snow make up day today you missed school today and they said anyone who didn’t show loses their diploma and has to repeat the 12th grade,” “…what? Are you serious?!” I asked, panicking “Nope I’m just screwin’ with you,” “I’ll get you for that,” “You say that every time and yet you never do,” “Just you wait you’ll never see it coming,” “Yeah, yeah, I’ve heard it all before anyway I gotta go, talk to you later,” “Bye,” I said and hung up. Mike and I have been friends since grade school some people say it was fate because they had we same first and middle names, and, although it was fate, our names had nothing to do with it. Mike was the always the prankster and I always tried to get him back but never succeeded but I would always dream of the day when I would win, little did I know it would actually happen…but that’s for later. I walked outside, locked up my house, turned on the alarm, put Moose, my St. Bernard outside, and got in my car. I didn’t know where I was going I just knew I would drive until I felt like stopping I was free and that’s all I cared about. I was driving for a few hours and that’s when it happened. I was just driving along minding my own business when someone ran right in front of my car. I slammed on my brakes to try and stop in time but I still hit the guy and totaled my car. I immediately got out of the car to see if the guy was ok. “Hey man I’m so sorry you alright?” I asked the guy lying on the street. I turned the man over to see the blood coming from my forehead “Oh my god I think I killed him.” The man’s eyes slowly opened as I reached into my pocket “Take this and go to this address,” he said handing me a piece of paper “Tell him…Cerb sent you” and with those last words the man passed away and I walked to the gas station 2 miles away and called Mike. “Dude you gotta help me I think I killed a guy,” I said “What?! Where are you?!” “I’m at a gas station at where we used to drive,” “Alright I’ll be over ASAP,” “Thanks dude oh and bring 2 shovels.” A few hours later Mike showed up at the gas station “Come on I’ll take you there,” and they went to the crash site but my car was fine and there was no body “What the hell happened? My car was totaled,” I said “Well it looks fine now,” Mike replied not believing me. “You think I’m making this up!?” I asked now scared “Well earlier you did threaten to get me back,” “I didn’t mean like this,” “It’s over Michael you won I’m going home.” And with that Mike walked away and went back home. I stayed and looked at my car to make sure it was fine. I reached into my pocket, pulled out the paper with the address and ripped it up. After that I got in my car and drove to the gas station. I looked at my gas gauge. “Empty,” I muttered. I walked inside grabbed a soda and some snacks for the road and gave the cashier 20 dollars “Number 6,” “My favorite number,” the cashier replied. As I was leaving the cashier called back to him “Sir, I think you forgot something,” I walked back to the register to see a piece of paper “Tell anyone of our meeting and you will regret it, now then you will go to this address tomorrow or I will find you,” I grabbed the paper ran to the car and turned it on. When I looked in the gas station the guy at the register smiled a wicked smile and I glanced at the gas gauge and saw it was full and saw the 20 dollars in my cup holder and drove off. The next morning I woke up lazily, looked outside saw the bright sun and partial clouds and remembered the previous day instantly. “I’m not going to let my life be controlled by some creep I’ve never even met.” I carried on with my day normally which consisted of video games, eating, and watching television. This time as I was watching my favorite show the screen went fuzzy, turned off, and the man from earlier showed up on the screen. “Go to the address. Go to the address,” I repeated over and over. I tried changing the channel but it didn’t work. I tried turning off the TV. Nothing. I tried unplugging it, muting it,I have never seen secret life of the american teenager I've just always liked the name moose for a St. Bernard but i will change it anyway. more

Resolved Question: Should I bring my dog to Port Aransas?

I have a little long haired chihuahua mix and I am going on vacation to Port Aransas, Texas in the Summer. She is potty trained but with a doggy door. She eats alot and we will be gone for 3 days. I don't mind taking her on walks everyday because we are staying in a house. I really want her to have the opportunity to swim and play in the ocean with me. She is very protective of me so she won't wander off and she travels well in a car. PLease tell me what to do because I don't want to leave her alone or have her poop all around the house we are renting. more

When I recall some of the best times in my life, I often think about a little trip I took back in the summer of '04. If made into a movie, this story could be considered a drama, comedy, or even a romance tale, but most would consider it all three rolled into one. It came about suddenly and unexpectedly. My friend of many years, Bert, and his mother decided to join several of their friends at the last minute on a trip to their favorite vacation spot, Destin, Florida. I was then invited along by Bert as we did most everything together. Besides the planning that comes along with most vacations, it started out very typical. We loaded up the car on a Friday afternoon, and planned to leave the next morning, however, at 3 AM we all three, (Bert, myself, and Bert's mom), found ourselves wide awake and, figuring we wouldn't get much sleep anyway, decided to depart for Florida right then and there. After a quick stop at Hardee's to fulfill our late night munchies, we were on our way. To take up the time we decided to watch some movies on a portable DVD player we had brought along, which in theory was a good idea, but not in the backseat with Bert. He was quickly asleep and had taken up most of the room. I tried to keep my own space, but within 30 minutes he had sprawled out all over the backseat, including on top of me, and I couldn't stand it. I decided to move up to the front seat with Bert's mom, which wasn't so bad, except for the fact that for the next eight hours, of which about 3 of them I had the pleasure of sleeping, she forced me to listen to some of the worst music I have ever experienced in my entire life. I'm still not quite sure who it was singing, but a female country singer giving her rendition of famous Elvis songs has never sounded so bad. At about noon my ears were finally granted some relief when Bert awoke and commanded his mom to turn on some new music and stop torturing me. The next few hours were not so bad. I had good music, someone to talk to, and some nice ocean views. Even with all this, the time couldn't come soon enough for us to get out of the car and get our vacation started. Right around 3PM we finally rolled into the parking lot of our motel, The Ocean Moon Inn. I couldn't wait to get unpacked, get poolside, and get some tropical drinks in my hand...sure, I got all that, but I also got something I didn't bargain for. As I stepped out of the car the first thing I had to do was stretch, as it had been a very long and cramped ride. As I was doing so I gazed up to take in what would be my home for the next week, and as I swung my view from left to right, there she was, sitting with a group of friends on the staircase leading up to the second floor. We made eye contact for what seemed to be forever, and then she glanced away. My heart thumped, I felt a sudden rush of adrenaline, and then I quickly grabbed my bags and made my way down a hallway and out of sight to think about what had just happened. I wasn't sure if Bert had seen her or not, I was sure he noticed the loud group of mostly boys surrounding one or two girls, but I wasn't sure if he had really noticed the one that I had, or the way that she looked at me. The motel was a sort of "L" shape. It had two stories, and was quite small with only about 30 rooms. They all opened up to the pool which was in the center of the "L". It was an outdoor motel with no lobby, no indoor hallways, no convention rooms, as in you were either inside a bedroom, or you were outdoors. Bert followed me as we quickly made our way to room 205. We were familiar with its location as we had both stayed in it only a year before, along with Bert having stayed in it with his family for nearly the past 5 years. We opened the door and a cool breeze rushed us from inside the room. Bert unknowingly plopped down onto one of the beds, and rolled over as if to go to sleep. I stood there for a few moments and then blurted out, "Did you see that girl?" "What girl," said Bert, his voice muffled by the pillow his face was planted in. "The one at the top of the steps!" Bert rolled over, "Which one at the top of the steps...the dark haired one?" I nodded my head. "Yeah, what about her?" said Bert.” Did you think she was hot?" I didn't reply. I just stood there with a "DUH" look on my face. A few more seconds passed and finally Burt assured me, "She wasn't that great." Dismissing the idea entirely and rolling back over. For the next hour or two we relaxed, watched MTV, and ate Cheetos...correction, Bert relaxed, watched MTV, I also ate the Cheetos (and some Ho-Ho's), but I couldn't do anything but think about those few seconds that I made eye contact with the girl on the stairs and the feeling that she gave me, even though I didn't even know her. I didn't want to make a big deal out of it, as Bert obviously didn't feel the same way as I did, but I couldn't get her out of my head. I wond more

When I was 14 maybe, I can't remember exactly. I know it wasn't much older than that. I shoplifted and got caught. A police officer came in and told me how stupid it was. I know that it was put on my record that police can see. I was then hanging out with my friends at a school over summer vacation and we climbed on top of the school. Someone called the cops on us, and we were driven back to my house in a cop car. But about a month ago, my friends and I were walking down the street and stopped by a cop, wondering if we had been at the arena the night before (there was a disturbance) so he typed in all of our names, to see if we had a record; and he didn't say anything to me. Is that because it's not there? I am going to college for my DSW, working with disabled children. I have already been accepted. Ok, so Im a lifeguard, but I also attend University full-time. The thing is, everytime we have week breaks, or christmas break etc, even alot of the summer, I can never work that much because I am always either on vacation somewhere or something comes up that I cant work. I only work like 2 hours a week during the school year and even then, I take days off cause I have meetings the one day I work. Or if they call me in on a weekend, Im out skiing or something. I got divorce last summer after 10 years of marriage, my ex left me for his young co-worker. On pendente lite, the court ordered him to pay mortgage, child support, day care and house bills since I wasn't working at that time (I have not been working for 7 years to care for our son as per our agreement, I was working before our son was born and gave him all the money I made to pay his debt from his previous marriage). He paid nothing and it caused the house in foreclosure, electric got shut and debts on bills and day cares for our son. On the divorce agreement, he ordered to pay child support, alimony, day care, health care, and life insurance. He was making 110,000 but when I filed for divorce his suddenly decrease to 52,000 . He pays only child support and alimony because I asked the court for it to be garnished from his wage. He got away paying me a half of what he actually making because I have no proof to the court that he makes the same amount money (or even more) when we separate. He is working with cousin. After the divorce he told me that he was making the same amount of money but only 52,000 putting on his paycheck and the rest his cousin gave him by paying all his expenses. He also mentioned he has to put his salary low because he didn't want to give me any supports and planning to file for bancruptcy so he can get chapter 7 since our house in foreclosure, and after that he will get all his full amount of salary back. I started working when we separated and recently I have full time job as a entry level and unfortunately I don't make enough money and I still need his help with our son since our house will be taking away by the bank and I have to moved to an apartment. I have two eleven year old cats, Sunny and Sophie. When my cats were kittens they had no problem whatsoever with getting in the car. However as of about 6 years ago it became impossible to take them anywhere and it is still a problem. They go crazy and scream and shriek at the top of their little kitty lungs. When I put my hand on their chest I could feel their heart beating rapidly. A couple summers ago we were going on a long vacation so we had to take them to the house of one of my mothers friends. I have had 2 really creepy dreams, and I was wondering if anyone knows what they could mean. Theres a few things you should know though... I am 15 and currently live with my dad and stepmom, i have lived with them for most of my life. Okay so starting about summer 2009 my life was going perfect and I mean PERFECT! I was on my summer vacation in the philippines. I had money, family, friends, maids, a driver, the best clothes, ok I had everything. I was even in a magazine for the modeling agency I was working with. I went to all the best clubs and parties. I was living the dream of any 16 year old girl. Then I got back to the states and everything was still going perfect. I still had the money, my own brand new car, my family and awesome new clothes that I brought back. The modeling kept going here in the states and it seemed like at school more people seemed to like me and I had a lot of friends. Even the guy I liked for two years started to be interested. When we broke up two months later I still had guys coming up to me and a ton liking me. I was never without a guy at my side. I'm not trying to be cocky I'm just saying what's real. So then November 7 2009 I met my current boyfriend. I ended up getting drunk and high and hooking up with him. We went farther then I ever had with a guy. We started dating two weeks after that. I think that's when it all started to go wrong. I lost all my money. The school found out about my boyfriend and I hooking up so they started talking. I became the school skank. My parents went back to the Philippines so my family was gone. The clothes went out of style and everything seemed to go wrong. Plus I would always let my boyfriend drive and guess what he totalled my car. EVERYTHING is going so wrong. He even broke my cell phone. Then on new years when he told me he loved me we had sex. It seems like I'm loosing everything. Now my bestfriend is starting to talk to my ex boyfriend and I'm not even totally over him yet. Today they all hung out without me. My ex and current boyfriend, and my bestfriend. I'm starting to think I'm depressed. I cry all the time and I feel hopeless and worthless. My boyfriend chooses drugs, alcohol and partying over me all the time which makes it even worse. My life totally sucks. My grades are slipping. we have been together for 4 yrs. we live in nebraska. she's 25 yrs old and i'm 27 yrs old. back when we first met she would let her ex use her car and she would buy him stuff because he wasnt working nor was he taking care of his kids. he wasnt paying child support at all. she told me that she hated him and that he was no good but she was letting him use her car and she knew he was selling dope. she assured me she didnt want to be w/ him.she has 2 kids ( 6 yrs old & 4 yrs old) that are not mine. her baby's father is locked up for drugs and is on parole in 2011. i really thought we were going to have a future together. we rented a house together in january of 2009. at that time we were both excited and we both were happy about it. we went on a summer vacation w/ the kids to california via roadtrip. by all accounts we were building on a dream of both of ours. up until mid october we went everywhere together me and her. we went to football games, parties etc always me and her. she never once complained, never once said anything to me. then it seemed like to me after she went to a doctor and started losing weight and started hanging out w/ her new so called friends, it seemed like she changed. at first i didnt notice it. then one night she told me she going w/ her friend to a single moms thing at a local church. ok i didnt worry. then she comes back at like 4am telling me that she stopped at one of her guy friend's house (who i know) and fell asleep there and woke up and didnt know it was that late and she said she just left. then in november she said she was spending the night at her friends house and that we were going to spend the whole day together the next day. again i didnt worry, so 11am came the next day ans she wasnt home and i texted her insteading of calling her. she texted me back saying she would be home in alittle bit. then alittle bit turned into 2 hours. i was upset. i went for a walk so that the kids wouldnt see me upset. their grandma was watching the kids at that point. i came back in the house and texted her some more but more line of b.s. now i am in a state of paranoia. i'm upset and pissed but i keep my emotions in check. then at 430pm i get a text from her saying she'll be home in 1 hour and that her mom needed to go somewhere in 30 minutes and she wanted me to watch the kids. i said i wouldnt watch her kids until she came home and i asked her where she was. she couldnt tell me where she was. finally i did watch her kids and she came home at 6pm. we went into a private room and talked alone and i asked her" what if i told u we would spend the whole day together the next day and i pulled the same thing u did to me what would u do?" she said she would say nothing. that was b.s. i know her and she would flip out on me. also one day she left her profile up ona particular website on the computer so i looked at it and i found disturbing texts to guys and some revealing pictures of her on her homepage. she even texted one guy that were werent even together. i shouldve seen the handwriting on the wall then. i was upset. long story short we go through thanksgiving and we go through around christmas where she is having misgivings about our relationship. she said some of her issue dealt w/ some problems we had in 2008 & she thought ive changed and i thought we got past that. i asked her why did u rent this house w/ me if u had problems w/ me? she responded by telling me she was happy w/ me. she said doesnt know if she wants to be w/ me anymore but she said she also doesnt want to hurt my feelings. she said she wants to be single for awhile to find out if she wants to be w/ me or not. needless to say i was floored. i have been angry, sad, and depressed for a week. this was the worst christmas and new years ive had. i invested 4 yrs in this relationship. i worked when i was sick so sick i shouldve stayed in bed so that her kids would have the things they have and pay the bills and food to eat. i moved 1000 miles across the country just to be w/ her and now she wants to end it. i sked if she wanted to go to counseling but she said no. i feel ive been used to help take care of her kids and to let her ex off the hook and that she broke up w/ me now because she knew she was getting that $7000 tax refund for having kids because earlier she didnt have much money. what should i do?? i'm still on the lease i'm still living here. its so hard. more

Resolved Question: Best place to stay with a family near Tampa?

I'm planning a summer family vacation to Florida (from the UK) and we're thinking of spending some time in the Tampa area. There are literally thousands of vacation rentals in the region - ranging from condos in gated developments to large villas - and I haven't the first clue as to what area(s) are going to be best for us. We have a young family (kids of seven and ten) so the beaches around Clearwater are tempting - but is that the best area in which to stay? We'll have a car so it's not going to be particularly important for the big attractions to be right on the doorstep - but we would probably want to have basic amenities (shops, restaurants etc) nearby, so we're not looking for somewhere that's tucked away in a backwater. Any ideas as to some reasonably high-quality neighborhoods that we should be focusing our research on? I've heard of places like Indian Shores, Indian Rocks, St Petersburg, Madeira Beach - but I have no idea which ones are nice and which are not so good! Thanks! Tim PS - next I will be asking about Orlando area, as we will be wanting to spend some time there, too!By the way, we'll be staying in some sort of self-catering unit - a house, apartment or condo. Voting Question: Travelling with my Chihuahua?

in the summer my family goes on vacation for a week. its a 4 hour drive away, with one break for lunch about halfway. i have two dogs, a black lab and a chihuahua. would a chihuahua be okay in the car for 4 hours, with a break about halfway for lunch/bathroom breaks? ill have to hold him because we dont have room for his cage or anything in our car because we have the black lab, me, and the chihuahua in the backseat. also.. i need a crate for the chihuahua because at night time i dont trust the black lab and chihuahua alone together. but the crate i have doesnt fold.. i found a crate online but im not sure what size i should get for him? sorry i made this question a bit confusing ill resay the questions: - would my chihuahua be okay in my lap in the car for a 4 hour drive with only one break in between? - what size folding crate should i buy for him for bed time? more

okay, now i know this sounds crazy but, hear me out. i am very open minded of spirits not really of ghosts. but, i think spirits can excist . So. before his death i never EVER was a fan of his. I had no idea of who he was i had no idea he made music i didnt even know he sung thriller my impression of him was that he got famous for throwing kids off baconys. So , after he died i started having dreams about him & i wanted to know more about him.. which was kinda impossible unless i watched tv for my computer broke the day he died. well, i went on vacation this summer in july & i was watching the news about him & they said they were going to show his final rehersals well, i was excited i never saw him perform before so it was kinda amazing . well, i watched it three different times that night because it kept coming on & i started crying . well bawling you could say i ran up to tell my friend i couldnt stop crying & she was pissed i woke her up but, we decided to make a bet to see if he was watching. although at the time we werent serious.. well, i kept crying for a good hour still not knowing why & i got to the point where i couldnt breathe i got on my knees and prayed to God, that didnt stop my crying so i went outside for fresh air & after an hour long of crying for no reason i finally stopped. well, the next day me & my friend went to an amusement park & while riding a ride i heard some idiot scream & i turned around & looked & the mexican looked exactly like michael jackson i told my friend & she freaked . i won the bet, but then we made a second one to see if we could find someone else that looked like him & we did. we say another mexican that night. so, by then were freaked we go to a parade & thriller was playing non stop [ the video ] & so we made a final bet to see if he was watching we said we wanted billie jean to come on well we left the parade & as soon as we got in the car this radio station clashed together & all we heard was billie jean is not my lover & it shut off. well, thats one of my stories, the first of MANY! what do you think? sorry if it was so long i suck at shortening things,okayyy, you say im crazy i'm sick & shitt. but, actually i'm not im not asking anyone to believe me but, i can ask stuff from him & i get it. i ask for all my red lights to be green bahmm, i get somewhere fast. it really hurts that people would say that about me. thats why i havent come out about this before. more

Resolved Question: Vermont vacation - summer 2010?

I am planning a visit to rural Vermont next summer. I thought that I might fly in to Burlington VT and stay beside Lake Champlain for a few days before venturing further afield to see as much of Vermont as possible - St Albans, Stowe, Rutland etc. Can I do this without hiring a car (not sure that rail/bus is fully available). Should I stay in one place throughout or perhaps stay in two or three places during my 10 -12 day stay? Will be travelling with the wife but we do have a limited budget - circa £1500. It’s a really weird name, but when I was little, my parents couldn’t decide what my name is going to be. When I said my first word, Mango, they decided that that’s a perfect name for me. I’m 14 years old. I have long, thick, black hair and huge green eyes. I live in a big house near the forest with my dad, mom, grandpa and my little brother. He is five years old. His name is Juliann. I used to have an older sister also, but she died in a car crash with her boyfriend two years ago. She was nineteen years old and she was just going to school by car with her boyfriend. Everyone blamed her boyfriend, even though she was driving. I also blamed him and since then I thought that boys are just jerks who are messing with girls’ lives. It was summer vacation and Saturday morning. My mom told me to take my brother for a walk into the forest that was near our home so we would get some fresh air. I was ready to do anything else except that! I hated going for a walk into the forest. It just is so boring. I still had to do it to get my pocket money. We were walking in the forest by the same path we always do, and I decided to make it interesting and let my brother lead the way. “Jay, want to decide where to go?” I asked my brother. Jay is the way I call him sometimes because Juliann is so long. He looked really excited about that. First we walked just forward, but then he suddenly changed the direction and went deeper into the forest where I have never been before. First I wanted to stop him, but then I decided that something interesting might happen, even though it never does. We walked further into the forest and I thought that as long as we go straight forward, we won’t get lost. Then after walking for a while, I got the feeling that we should go back. I got my brother and went home. When we came home, I suddenly decided to go and check the place out. I was just curious what’s in there even though I knew that there is probably nothing. “Mom, I’ll be back in about an hour!” I said. “Where are you going?” She asked me. “Just out.” I said and left. I went to the forest and went to the same place where we were walking with Juliann. I walked forward and the forest just didn’t seem to end. I looked at the clock and saw that I had to go home soon. Resolved Question: Is Mother In Law being strange? Rude? Cheap?

Mother In Law has always sent thrift store purchases as gifts for xmas and birthdays to our 4 y-o. Usually sends about 3 or 4 very small things from the thrift store (used 5 inch beanie babies, a small book that costs $1.50- we know this b/c the price tag is left on, a small wooden top- these are examples of what she has sent in the past). Most of the time, the presents are unwrapped. On the rare occasion they are wrapped, it's usually in tissue paper with no tag indicating it's from grandma/grandpa. Last year she sent her nothing for xmas (but did send something for her birthday in January). This year one of her gifts was half of a simple train set- unwrapped. The first 1/2 consisted of track about a foot wide and two train cars. Told my hubby 2 weeks after it came that the other half of the train set would be sent for her birthday. Everyone is telling me she is cheap, rude and mean to send her 'half' a present. Thoughts? We ALWAYS tell her thank you and say how much we appreciate the gifts no matter what. They retired 10 years early and are well off- they vacation for 3 weeks across country every summer, sent a relative a $200 wedding gift this year (it was off of an online registry so we knew the price). In other words, they weren't financially forced to retire and are doing well- she even told my hubby a week ago that she received a substantial increase in her retirement pension just recently. She encourages my hubby to 'give generously' to his other relatives. Is it mean/strange/rude to send half a gift? Is it cheap to always send used thrift store gifts? What about the lack of wrapping gifts? She sent our daughter a digital camera along and told my hubby that it cost her only $8- don't know why she would tell my hubby how much she paid for things?Ok here's the deal- she does not like me. I have tried to reach out to her but stopped doing so after the following things happened: 1. pouted when she found out that my Mom was not able to pay for $400 of wedding pics that she ordered- told my hubby and me when she found out she had to pay for what she wanted that she didn't want ANY pictures from our wedding (she had taken pics w/ a disposable camera and those would be fine). Me, my hubby and I paid for the entire wedding- she did not offer to contribute at all but turned around and had a costly, separate reception for HER side of the family 2 months after the wedding. 2. When I was trying to get pregnant w/ our 1st child and had trouble conceiving, she sent a book to me entitled "Women who think too much' 3. I sent birthday/xmas cards and gifts that I put thought and effort into for three years and she said absolutely NOTHING to me- hubby had to ask if she got the gifts.3. My Mom paid for a hotel for them when they came to visit at the last minute b/c she could get a great price reduction (they could afford to pay but my Mom was trying to be hospitable)...they did not say anything to my Mom- no thank you or acknowledgement. 4. She would not speak to my husband for a few months when he sold some land HE had bought years ago that was near where they lived...he sold it to help pay for him to finish college. 5. My husband had been away on business for a month and the first weekend he could come home to visit was our 1st anniversary. They retired early and are well off financially. She decided to pick THAT weekend to visit us from across country. She did the same thing for our 5th anniversary. Chose the weekend of our anniversary to visit.6. She has never asked when my birthday is and never says anything about it. 7. She never asks anything about me or my family- I am not kidding. Nothing. The way she converses with me is telling me about her side/my husband's of the family and how they do things. 'WE do this this way, WE do this that way..." "OUR family does blah blah blah" "When John (hubby) was a little boy, OUR FAMILY did things this way...". When my 93 year old grandmother told them a little bit about where we were from when they were visiting, she made a comment that insinuated our ancestors isolated themselves and did not care about anyone but themselves. 8. When I was pregnant and they were visiting on our anniversary she did not ask ONE THING about the pregnancy or how I was feeling. Before they arrived they got lost and called for directions. I answered the phone and she got impatient w/ my directions and snapped at me. She did not even say hello when I answered but just said "We're lost".She then proceeded to hang up on me at the end (did not say goodbye or we'll see you in a few minutes...). more

Well, personally I am growing to "hate" my "best friend" You see, I think he is the most rude, most ignorant arrogant person I've ever met. I knew him since like 5th grade and the summer of 08 he got a g/f and we haven't hung out to often, anyway.. When he got his permit he drove to my house and kept doing that until he got his license. When he got that (only time he came to my house in a year) he came to my door saying he got it.. I'm like "OKAY" a simple text would have been enough.. When he got his first working car.. he came up again saying he got one...As you can see he is kind of a jerk/Bragger. How annoying! Alright now, I think he is stupid..... Hello all. Ok, so here's the deal. I currently just finished my first semester at my school but have beeen plagued with the idea of wanting to transfer to a diff school sense my first week. Now, the school I'm going to, I didnt know anyone going into it and felt very isolated and frustrated being there. I have two sisters who go to a school anbout an hour away. I choose to go to my school because I would be somewhere diff(I dont like their school all that much) but I wouldnt be too far away from some family. Now this was all decided on when I thought I was getting a car for college. A week before school starts my parents decide to give the car to my sisters...not me. So the whole reason for me going to this diff school was gone and I have no way to go anywhere off campus, home, or to see my sisters. I go to a school about 4 hours from my home home and it's in a diff state- I only know 2 people who actually live where I do- and they have diff schedules than I do. Anyway so basically now I'm at a school, with really no reason for being there. I got all A's last semester, I have made friends, and the school is fine, but it's not that much diff than my sister's school that I would have gone to if I knew I wouldnt have the car. Now for the other school. It's not the one my sisters go to, but it is one my friend goes to, which is how I heard about it. It's a lot more laid back, nature trails, smaller, and a really good art program(I'm graphic design) and it costs about the same. My friend didn't know anyone there either so those first few weeks we really bonded and if I could have I would have transfered there right than and there. But I wanted to give my school a shot- I knew the way I was feeling was just cause I didnt know anyone so I promised myself I would wait till Christmas before I made any decissions. If I felt an attraction to the school and liked it, I would stay. If I really didn't after 5 months, I would put in my application for the other school. The only problem is...I still have no idea. My school is fine- that's it fine. nothing bad, but nothing great either. I have made a few friends but nothing life altering and it feels more like a summer vacation and I'm gonna leave in a few weeks than connections and life long friends. Like I said academically I'm fine, mentally I'm fine there I just can't get the other school out of my mind. Everytime I think I'm content with staying at my school, the other one always take over my thinking. Is this me just wanting to try something new and just killing myselfs with what if's, or is my line of thinking legit and I should transfer schools? I'm so confused and I have no idea what I should do or if I'm just being stupid and need to accept where I am? Thank you all so much! cheers more

sorry about the length but i really needed to get it all out. please some one give me some advice. it all started two years ago... i started talking to this guy in class and after a while i started to like him. my mom doesn't allow me to date and i never thought about dating him but i just really liked talking to him and a little flirting, he flirted too. a storm came in the middle of the year so we didn't have school for 3 weeks. i text him the day before he got out of school because he lives right around the corner and it was raining bad at my house so i wanted to know if we still had school that day, we did, and that's how we started talking on the phone. later in the vacation i text him for a whole day and he told me he missed me which was kinda weird since all he did was ignore me at school when we weren't in class. i told him i missed him too and that was it... summer came and we didn't talk then last year we talked again at school. i talked a lot and had to stay after school together because we talked so much in class. we flirted so much. lol. but we were shy so never talked about us just other stuff. our friends hooked us up and i was so happy when he asked me out, i didn't even think about the fact that im not allowed to date. anyways a couple days after we started going out i told him i couldn't date and he had just got out of a relationship like that but he said he really liked me and that he was willing to be with me but i really should tell my mom. so i did. i didn't tell her i had a bf cuz that's just suicidal but i told her he asked me out and she flipped out. she wanted to cus him and his parents out but i talked her down and she let us be friends. so i broke up with him for like a day and then we got back together two days later my mom caught us on the phone and broke my phone. we broke up again. we stayed apart for three weeks, he completely ignored me and looking back at that he did the right thing, i should have let it go too. but before we broke up he told me he loved me and always would. i started it this time i really liked him so we got back together one last time and have been together for a year now. i love him too. this time we were smarter, or so we thought. we only talked when my mom wasn't home and we text nonstop. a night ago my mom took my phone away and read my texts. nothing incriminating until the last two messages where i told him i loved him and that i had fun dancing with him at homecoming because my mom wasn't there to keep watch. suuucks right? if only i hadn't said that. anyway she says i no longer have a phone i called him and he says that maybe we shouldn't talk anymore, on the phone or at school. he's not ditching me, he's really trying to help because my mom said she would put me out the house if i continue to talk to him. she says if i want to date him then i need to go live with him and his parents because she's not going to watch me throw my life away. she said that our car is no longer ours and that i need to find another way of transportation and that i need to make arrangements to live on campus for college because she's not going to support me. he really isn't the kind of guy who is out for sex, like she says. yeah, he told me he does want sex but that's not all he's wants from me, he said he can wait forever for me. we both want to wait until marriage but that's not the problem. i cant stop crying but idk if its because my relationship is over or because of my mom. i think a little both. im 17 going on 18, if that helps. i really do need some advice... sorry again about the length i just had to get it all out. o and this all started when i was 16, when he asked me out. i know im too old for this to care what my mom thinks but i do, i just need to know if i should just let it go or what? Resolved Question: Our my parents spoiling me?

Well, they let me do alot of stuff, and they give me a lot of stuff. Christmas is coming up, but I kind of hate it because they use up so much money just to make me happy. I am happy that they care for me, but maybe they care for me a little too much. Last year they gave a Nintendo Wii, Xbox 360 ( with live and a bundle of 7 games), DS, ping pong table, air hockey table, basketball hoop, pencils, barbie dolls( so when i baby-sit i can give my kids entertainment), barbie house, food, and an extra $100 in money. They also let me do a lot of stuff like let me ride the car around the block a few times, have sleep-overs/parties every weekend with a limit of 35 kids. Girls aloud, but not aloud to sleep-over. They let me pick out any place to go for summer vacation. Aslong as I keep getting A's in all my classes they said they'll keep spoiling me. I don't want to fail or anything. They said their getting me a ferrari once I get my license with is pretty cool. So what are your thoughts? more

Resolved Question: questions about a toddler on a road trip? sorry so long?

a couple friends of mine and i will be taking a road trip next summer about 6 hours away to visit our other friend who is in college in the city we will be visiting. My son who will be around 22 months old at the time is going too. If you have any advice at all, general or specific i will be glad to hear it. I also have some specific questions. We will be going for a week, driving out and back and staying in a hotel, 2 beds all 4 of us in 1 room. We will be driving a toyota rav 4, which is like a sporty suv. please answer thoroughly and be as detailed as possible and I will be choosing best answer. 1. I am not sure what to do about sippy cups. I thought about taking juice boxes, but I don't want my son sucking down sugary juice that i can't dilute the whole week, plus i imagine he would get tired of that and that would mean no milk or water, just whatever flavor of juice box i brought. Not to mention that i absolutly cannot turn my son loose with a juice box and ESPECIALLY not in the car.He squirts and squeezes them everyplace.What can I do about the accumulation of dirty sippy cups? 2.What are some good travel friendly snacks to take along? either commercial brands or homemade or generic. 3.I have already thought to take some huggies or similar disposable washcloths and a bottle of kids shampoo. any other ideas on how to make bathing time easier while on vacation? i am assuming worst case scenerio is that he will have to shower with and their will be no tub. 4. What can I transport toys in and what can I store them in once were at the hotel? I know we will not be spending tons of time at the hotel but he will need something to play with in the car and before bed or when we are getting ready to go places. I know i will not need a ton of toys but i don't want him to get bored with his selection either. 5.Any other suggestions about traveling with a toddler? Anything I should not forget to take? also i have never done this sort of thing before so i have no idea how much emergency $ is a good idea to take or anything like that.
