Open Question: i've been watching the texas chainsaw massacre movies and i am wondering how they all fit together.?

i see how the first two (1974&1986) go together but then i saw the 3rd(1990) and was wondering how it goes with the other two. first, didnt "grandpa" and leatherface die in the second movie? i thought leatherface gets stabbed with a chainsaw and both of them would probably die from the grenade and yet they are both in the 3rd movie. another thing, where do the rest of the family in the third movie come from such as: tex, the little girl, "mama", the guy with one hand, ect. and pretty much everyone in their family dies except the little girl and (i think but not sure) the guy with one hand but they still make another movie in 1994 more

Open Question: Why did the teeth movie disturb me so much?

Ok so I'm not really a squeamish person, I watched all the Saw movies, Texas Chainsaw massacre, etc. without so much as a second thought. But after I watched a movie called teeth. I felt really creeped out, obviously most guys might cringe a bit but I mean I really have been obsessed with it. It gave me a ton Of anxiety on a psychological level. It also affected me to see that the girls I was with thought it was hilarious...really? I don't know sexual mutilation really bothers me, I really hate seeing rape scenes in movies 2. Girls, is the idea of a guy being sexually mutilated really funny? and why am I freaked out particularly by this kinda stuff? When all other blood and gore has no effect on me at all. more

Texas Chainsaw Massacre was pretty gross, & so was all 3 of the Wrong Turn movies. Do you guys have any movies that are disgusting & gross? Ok people I need some help.... I KNOW that the "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" is fake that it is loosely done on the live of Ed Gein, but my friend and husband are INSISTENT that it is real and really happen on highway 90 in Texas. I know that that is just where the house is that they used can someone please point me in the right direction to show them that it is fake... That yes Ed Gein did wear "leather" skin on his face and that is how leather face came along. LOL I feel like we are in high school but I enjoy being right. ThanksI know its based on a true story, but it DID NOT happen in Texas it was in Wisconsin and they only know of 2 victims that he killed. They found many body parts but cannot confirm or deny that Ed Gein did it. more

How scary is the original "The Exorsist". As the film interests me so much but what generally happens with me and scary films that play with your mind afterwards is that I end up scaring myself and can't sleep that night lol. But yeah I can handle The Scream Trilogy, What Lies Beneath, When A Stranger Calls (new and original), Nightmare On Elm Street trilogy (then again who can't handle those!!), The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (the new ones), the Saw Series, Silence of the Lambs, Hannibal Rising, The Unborn and The Uninvited. slashers dont really scare me or make me not be able to sleep, but the one movie that creeped me out BIG TIME and still does if i think about it late at night was, "the others".
