Me and my best friends want to go to the one in Sandusky for Spring Break next month. I wanted to take my bestie/sister because she never gets to have any fun since her and her boyfriend broke up last year. Her family doesnt treat her good or ever pay attention to her because of her little brother. Shes 17 and he just turned 7 and they basically dont care because we're all about to graduate. Open Question: Good vacation for two for under $2,000?

I recently graduated from college and as a graduation present my mother is taking me on a trip, as I love to travel. I live in Virginia, but I don't want to do any domestic vacations as I just went to New Orleans for Mardi Gras, and Dallas for new years... Also, not Mexico, I was just there for a month this past summer and traveled pretty much the whole central area (Acapulco, Puebla, Cholula, Taxco, Cuernavaca, Teotihuacan, La Ciudad de Mexico, Tepotzlan, etc...). She said the budget (including airfare) is around $2,000-2,500, but she doesn't really want to do a cruise, SO, what are some great destinations where we could spend under that amount? I LOVE adventure and culture, so anywhere I can explore or be outside is wonderful... my mom on the other hand likes resorts and the beaches, and will probably just want to relax. About 1-2 weeks is the length we're looking at. Thanks! more

He is also really hot and i like him alot. Well i when it was like my 3rd day there my sister told him i find him attractive and that i like him alot. And im spanish so i made alot of friends that work at the resort and i told a guy that is my friend that i like a guy an i told him who it was and he talked him rite and the friends i made there that work there are part of the entertinment group so i would see them everyday, the whole day. Anyways the next day i go to my friend and after comes the guy i like and he asks me if i like him and i was shy that it took me a while to tell him yes so i did tell him he sai he likes me too. Soo on my last day i got a hug and his email from him. But the thing is that im 15 and his 19 about to be 20. And i have been in canada for 2 days and i cant stop thinking about him and our fun times we had. I have also been dreaming about him in my dreams and im believing this might be love but im not sure if it is? And if it is? What do i do? All i can think about is him and me. And thinking of working so i can go back. And i also want to know that if this is love? How would i tell him? Or when should i tell him? And yea i know he is to old from me but if you really think about it he isnt and people tell Me how its lust because if it was love then i wouldnt post this question up well people im just asking for your opinion and im thinking its love i cant get him out of my mind. Hi, Today I need your opinion on where to go for pleasure. I want to take my kids to a resort that's fun,cheap and good. We live in the San Diego area and were thinking of taking a weekend getaway before her mother in law moves back in with us (next month). We have been to l.a, but the last time we went it wasn't a really good experience. We weren't really sure where anything was and had to resort into staying at a dingy hotel near the rough part of town and didn't really get to do anything because there was a lot of commotion going on around us. Voting Question: Why are the British generally loud and rowdy in our hotel?

I work at Best Western in downtown Vancouver. We get tourists from every corner of the world, especially now that the winter Olympics are here. Generally, our guests are well-behaved, clean and decent, considering there are so many bars and nightclubs around our hotel. What we (staff) have noticed is that the British (not always, but it's the reputation here) go out, get drunk, and then come back behaving like idiots...they get loud, rowdy and intoxicated without any consideration for others. We knew we would face this problem in the winter olympics, so we screened out the young British tourists from our pre-reservation list. Is 'control' something not taught to the British youth? I'd understand if this were Cancun or some vacation resort, but it's not - this is Vancouver! And - there are other tourists staying with us as well, both young and old, who don't behave like complete idiots and know what they're doing when they're drunk. more

We are going to Florida in May for one week and would like a beach vacation on the Gulf Coast. We are 2 adult couples travelling from the UK. We would prefer somewhere that is not too far south as we have to fly home from Tampa. We have been to Naples before but found the hotels a bit spread out. We were miles from the beach and had to get taxis to restaurants in the evening as we like a glass of wine! We also found Naples very pricey. Ideally we would like a two bedroom suite/condo close to a nice beach but walking distance to lively restaurants and bars in the evening. Any ideas? more

I love to travel and i do it with my family (husband & 2 kids) at least 4 times per year. we are a black middle class family. i usually like to choose moerate-luxury resorts.NO MoTELS! I would like to go to a nice vacation spot that is ethnically diverse. i am asking this because we usually end of making up the 1% of black people at a resort. sometimes i care, sometimes i dont. and the only reason i do care is b/c white people stare at us like they have never seen blacks before or give us the "why are you here" look, or the "im just gonna ignore you b/c you dont exist" look. so i guess i am looking for a either a mixed vacation area or a "black friendly" place. btw- i have already been to disney many times and i know the islands are usually great. but i would love to be able to stay in the USA sometimes! any ideas? suggestions? thanks! more

Resolved Question: Magical Express Bus Routes?

We are planning our vacation and are debating using the Magical Express. We used it last May for the first time and we were the last stop to drop-off and the first to pick-up which meant a lot of waiting. It took over 2 hours from the time we got off the plane to the time we checked-in at our resort. And, we arrived at our resort around 2:30pm, our luggage was not delivered until 10:00 that night. I'm on a cruise and will have internet for the next 39 minutes. mine was probably when I was in seventh grade we went to florida. the resort turned out to be some old rich people-golfing hub and we got these weirdo burgers that caused me, my sister, and my dad to be sick for three days (weirdly my mom was okay...) My wife has the opportunity to get a job working on a Beet farm in Mexico and I want her to take it but she doesn't want to.
